Fallyn walked to Red's pace. It was an easy stride despite Red's big legs. As they walked, Fallyn had to think of the last time she was flushed against someone in their wolf form. She couldn’t think of anyone besides her boyfriend. She frowned at that thought, not because she didn’t like Heath but because it had been too long since they saw each other.
Fallyn didn’t want the journey to be quiet so she started to talk, it wasn’t hard. She was a talkative person and she took the gentle nudge and lick as Red saying that she didn’t mind her chatting. "You're really big! I'm a little envious because I'm so small. Everyone's so large and they look so scary which is good because then they could intimidate all the bad people but I'm so tiny. I'm just like a regular wolf or like my family use to tease me, I'm like a common dog." Fallyn giggled, silently guiding Red in the direction to the Pack House.
"I'm not that strong either, I'm afraid that if there’s ever a fight then I would be useless. I don’t think my pack minds, as you saw Azalea didn’t mind when I told her I was afraid to tell the Outsiders but it bothers me sometimes. Sure Packs don’t always have to be composed of only strong, fierce and deadly members but it’s those people that guard the pack. Most of the others, the sweet, determined and not that strong members usually work as a Healer or a scout or something like that, so they contribute as well. But I don’t do any of that."
"I'm not smart enough for medicine, sure I’m a librarian and I like history but that doesn’t really help my pack. I'm not strong so I can’t fight to keep my pack safe. I'm a pansy." Fallyn stretched her hands out in front of her, stretching and smiling shyly at Red. "But at least I can bring you to safety. And once we get there, I'll call the Infirmary and see if we can get someone to visit you. Or maybe I'll take you straight there, your pregnant and injured so we need to make sure that those pups are safe."
Fallyn frowned, "But the Infirmary is a little farther away than the Main Building of the Pack House and I don’t want to make you walk any more than you have to, so Ill just call someone and get you settled in one of the Main Building rooms. Once the Healer comes, they can decide if they need to bring you to the Infirmary or not. They're really good at helping people and they are really kind and sweet. I know for sure that you'll be at peace!" Fallyn kept walking as they-well she-talked, making sure that when she turned it was slow so that Red didn’t hurt herself too much.
They were about twenty to thirty minutes away from the gated community of the Pack House, they had already covered a good amount of land without straining Red. Fallyn wanted to quickly get her at the Main Building and check out her foot, she wasn’t skilled but she had a general idea of things. Check to see if anything is in the paw, get it out if it doesn’t look too threating, clean the wound and then stop the bleeding by applying pressure.
"Are you excited for your pups!? I love kids, they're so cute. Another pack member had babies too but they are already so old! So I can’t wait to see your babies running around. I bet that they're gonna be as pretty as you are. I can tell that you’re really pretty just from your coat!"

Cinder would smile inwardly as she spoke on about how useless she thought she was, she nudged her lightly. Watching Fallyn turn down the path she would seem to push her self more to go a little faster. Her paw was full on fire with pain, this making her furred body go numb, she would step fully on it now. She her self knew she would keep the pups an protect them fully, but this being her first litter she didn't know how or what reaction she would have to having.
She would look at Fallyn again her ears perking, she would nudge her gently, before she would slowly lay down lolling her tongue a bit. She would let out a whining bark before she would turn an nip at her side, before she would growl as if in pain. Getting up she slightly she would nudge Fallyn some more as if trying say she wanted to move faster. She could smell the many mixed musk not far off.
"I need to lay down ..."
She thought, she wished she could speak with her. It made relaying things so much more difficult, wanting to speak but after hearing what Azalea the pack leader had said. Shifting when pregnant an close to birthing could deform your kids she wasn't about to try. This leaving only the only body language she had instead of speech.

Fallyn was talking and only when Red nipped her did she realize what was happening. "Oh! Yes, okay. We're here anyways." Fallyn grinned, making sure not to touch the bars that much as she opened them, nodding towards Red and letting her past. Once she did that, she went back to her spot and continued her gentle rubbing on Red's coat, trying to make her relax. A few minutes later and they were at the Pack House, Fallyn quickly opened the door and waved her in. "Come on, let’s get you seated." She hurried Red to the rooms that were close and nodded at the bed. "Come on, up you go. Then you can finally relax and I'll call a Healer." Fallyn stayed with Red, helping her if she needed help getting up while mindlinking the only two healers she knew. "Eliora? Jewel? This is Fallyn? You might not remember me but anyways, there’s a female wolf here at the Main Building of the Pack House and she's hurt. She's pregnant too and she's bleeding so please hurry and check her? I'll see if I could tend to her paw." "Okay Red, someone should be coming. Just relax for now...oh are you thirsty? Hungry? Do you need help? Do you want me to look at your paw? Do you want some pillows? Anything?" ((It's okay. You're doing great!))

Cinder
She would whine softly as she moved up past the gate, moving up the path toward's the main house she would whine softly. Leaving behind paw prints of blood as she moved up the path an up onto the porch, moving into the house she would follow Fallyn into a bed room she would jump up onto it an flop down lolling her tongue slightly. She watched her as she spoke her ears would perk slightly as she spoke about water. She would shift her hind legs around so she could hang her front paws off the edge.
A shard of shale rock was stuck in the bottom of at least her front right paw an her back left, her ears pin back in a submissive manner tail thumping against the bed as she felt safe with Fallyn an seemed to trust her well enough to do what she thought was right. She would move up an whine thumping her tail harder, her tail would stop as she perked her ears hearing a low howl far off in the Distance. She would lay her head down an wait to see what would Fallyn would do.

Jewel remembered Fallyn. It just took her a few minutes to figure out who was talking and what she was saying. Because, ah, she was sleeping in the hospital chair beside her daughter's bed.
"Pregnant?" Jewel asked groggily out loud, causing Thea to glance at her mother confusedly.
"Who's pregnant?"
"I … I don't know," she said, standing up. She was now fully awake, standing up to bend down and kiss Thea on the forehead.
"Mom," Thea complained, smiling because she honestly didn't care. "I'm not two."
"I know you aren't," Jewel replied, reluctant to leave her daughter. But alas! Duty called. "Got to go."
"Where you going?"
"To the main building."
"Kay, have fun!"
Could you give me specifics, Fallyn? Jewel asked, chuckling at Thea's dissmissal. She was surprised she didn't say she wanted to go. Like, do you know how deep the cut is? Do you see her ribs? Anything of the sort? I'm over at the Infirmary, but I don't know what to bring. And she doesn't sound like she's in fit shape to walk anymore.

Fallyn stared at Red, trying to examine her and guess at what she wanted. "It’s going to be okay," Fallyn didn’t enjoy seeing anyone acting like they were nervous or in pain and Red seemed to be in both.
"I'm just going to look at your paws, okay Red?" Fallyn told Red in her gentle voice, smiling as she bended over and stared at the still bleeding paw in question. While she was staring, she heard Jewel speak and smiled, thankful that someone could now help Red.
"Well she's hurt on all four paws; it looks like rocks are embedded deeply into her skin. Shards of rocks because they have to be sharp to keep cutting her and making her bleed right? She's only bleeding in one paw; all the other paws have stopped bleeding. She has few slight cuts on her body from what I can see and I think that’s it. I think the real problem is this paw. Yeah, she's not in any shape to walk. I think the fact that she had to walk this far made the paw worse. So it might be infected as well. I don’t know if I should touch it, you're only a few minutes away...should I leave it alone and get some warm towels or something?"
"A Healer is coming Red, she's really good. One of our best, so just sit tight okay? She's only a few minutes away." Fallyn bit her bottom lip, moving to a closet and grabbing a extra pillow before going to Red’s head, “You should get comfortable.” Fallyn placed the pillow on the mattress so she could easily lay her head on it.
Fallyn stared at the wolf and felt stupid, once again berating herself that she didn’t know anything. She didn’t know how to help anyone. She was useless. Fallyn shook her head and gave Red a smile, repeating herself: “You’re going to be okay.”

Cinder
She would watch Fallyn her head laying on the bed, her eyes half open in a slight rest. It felt amazing not to be on such hot sharp pained paws. She thought her a god send, her paw twitching lightly every once in a while. Her nervousness seemed only to ease a little though, relieve from a deep pain is all she felt at the moment.
"I wish I could thank her .."
She thought to her self, wondering if this loneliness would remain forever. She knew the others had to be in some kind of contact.
" It must be a pack thing..."
She scooted towards the edge of the bed, when Fallyn bent to look at her paws. Cinder would stretch slightly making her paw pads open a little more. So she would have a better look at the bottom of her paws.
"Some one is coming to help? I hope she doesn't leave..."
She thought as she tensed a little, knowing she would of had to deal with some one new. She relaxed again laying her head down once she placed the pillow down. She closed eyes for a moment, feeling a change in the air she would sit up an bark before nipping at her shirt pulling her towards the bed. She would then stand up slightly on her paws an lick her face. Barking again as if scolding her for her negative thoughts, she could see the doubt in her self in her eyes an her body language.
"Do not be so silly"
She thought before barked again nudging her stomach a little.
" Worrying like that only downs your self..."
She knew from experience, she had allowed her self to be pushed into the situation she was in. Making her feel that what had happened to her was her fault. She logically knew this was not the case, that weather she had said no or not to going with Voss. Well she would of ended going through either him dragging her or her walking. She would shake her head lightly, her fur fluffing up. Before she would stare up at Fallyn the paw dripping blood on the floor an bed sheets every time it moved.

Jewel was surprised that this patient was even in the heart of the pack. Her walking was a mystery, considering how bad it sounded. All four paws? She wouldn't be surprised if she needed to do a blood transfusion.
Towels, regardless of the tempurature. In fact, anything to wipe away the blood without it making her bleed more, Jewel said, walking down the long hallway to the nurses' desk. There she paged Miss Penny, the nurse that always watched Thea when she was younger.
Get a bowl of water, too. Hot, cold, doesn't matter. I'm getting everything else.
Miss Penny was speed-walking to Jewel's office as soon as her name was called. And when she caught sight of Dr. Everett, she waved her hand frantically. "Is it Thea?" she worried when Jewel's head turned her way. "Is she alright?"
Jewel shook her head, giving the older woman a reassuring smile. "No, but what I do need is for you to get me a few things, then head on over to the main part of the Pack House with me. There's someone there with injured feet."
Miss Penny couldn't help but be worried and relieved at the same time. Thea wasn't hurt, which was good; she found Thea to be a sort of granddaughter to her. Then again, someone was injured, in desperate need of help.
"Okay," Miss Penny said, nodding. "What do we need?"
Twenty minutes or less later, Jewel and Miss Penny were sprinting across the distance between the Infirmary and the PH. Jewel had a medium-sized first-aide box in her hand with quite a few things.
Tweezers, two pairs of gloves, a shot of pain-killers that won't upset the pregnancy, and bandages with antiseptic.
They would have brought items to stitch the wounds, but it is uncommon to suture a dog's paw, as it is not only one of the toughest patches of skin but one of the hardest to keep from the wound opening again. They'd use it as a last resort if she is still bleeding or having difficulty healing as an average shifter would.
It didn't take long to find them after they opened those doors quickly. After a few breaths of the air, Jewel followed the stench of blood to the room, Miss Penny close behind.
The nurse didn't expect for the patient to be heavily pregnant. And in her animal form, too. Suddenly, she was even more worried for the canine on the bed.
"Sorry for the wait," Jewel huffed, walking in to kneal by the bed. "Did you get what I asked for, Fallyn?"

Fallyn smiled down at the wolf before gently scratching her under the ear. "Thanks Red, I think I know what you're trying to say and well it means a lot. Honestly but you don’t worry about me and just relax before Jewel comes here." Fallyn smiled reassuringly as she continued to try to soothe the pregnant wolf.
"And she's really nice-Jewel I mean. I've only had a few encounters with her but she makes me happy. Plus, I'll be-" She paused when Jewel mindlinked her, she listened and then smiled, letting out a little "Ok" through the link before glancing back at Red.
"I'll stay with you but right now I'm gonna get you some blankets and some water. Be right back." Fallyn waited a moment, and then dashed off to get the stuff. Thankfully she knew where everything was so she didn’t need to look too far. She moved around in the kitchen, grabbed a big enough bowl and put luke-warm water in it and then went back to Red's room and placed it in the counter.
"One sec," Fallyn smiled at the girl before leaving again, moving to the closet so that she could find some towels. They were soft so they wouldn’t hurt the girl-at least that’s what Fallyn hoped Jewel meant. She grabbed the whole stack and went back to the room and then waited.
When Jewel came in, Fallyn was still standing up and just talking to Red in an attempt to keep her relaxed. Although she knew some people relaxed better without someone rambling so she hoped Red was fine.
"Yes," Fallyn gestured to the counter and smiled weakly, standing to the side so that the Healer had enough space. Fallyn gave Red a reassuring smile while Jewel examined her.

Cinder
She tilted her head a little listening to Fallyn before shifting to relax once more. She laid her head down her eyes slowly closing as she began to relax, her nose twitched a little as she began to smell more odd scents. She would pant lightly her legs stretching out again, letting out a small grunting noise it turning into a sigh. She felt worn out barly hearing fallyn speak to her about being right back. She would hear some one return to the room, her tail would thump lightly on the bed.
" So comfortable.... wait who is that "
She thought to her self seeing a new ..no two new people in the room. Seeing fallyn smile she would stay relaxed, though open her eyes more. She wanted to be able to move fast if something was wrong. She was more instinctual at the very moment, her lip would curl slightly on her muzzle. But she would not growl, her tail completely still. She sniffed the air an shifted, the smell was the two women. It gave her a slight comfort knowing the smell was near by. She would lay her head back down assuming they were the ones that were going to help with her injuries. She would let out a odd groan sigh, she began to pant again her swollen stomach twitching. She would let out a simple whine before looking up at fallyn her head still laying on the bed.

A top the Canyon
Two large wolves sniffed the shale rock smears of blood of cinders painted it. They would would follow the blood smears across the rocks towards the forest. They looked merely like scouts they would stop along the forest side smelling the alpha's scents cautioned them to not enter. They would look at each other for a moment as if speaking to each other before separating one heading down the forests edge an the other heading directly in following the scents. The other would head in a separate direction hoping to lead any one that might be watching away.
The darker wolf followed the blood trail watching carefully an stepping lightly its ears twitching each way listening for any sounds.

Both doctor and nurse was careful approaching the wolf. No sudden movements, besides Miss Penny's heavy breathing. The volatile actions made them wary, until they were crouching by the bed. "Thank you Fallyn. Could you please hand me the bowl? And the towls? I should have gotten them before I was down here, huh?" Jewel chuckled, trying to ease the serious tension in there.
Miss Penny laid the box down, then opened it quickly, as if it were life or death. She handed Jewel her gloves, then donned her own. Both females' hair was pulled back away from her face, and looks of concentration was plastered on their faces.
"Would you mind me giving you a shot?" Jewel asked rhetorically to the wolf, laying a gloved hand gently onto the protruding stomach.

Fallyn smiled at Red, making sure she didn't feel threaten by the other two females in the room. "It's okay, these are the friends I told you about. You're going to be okay Red. Just relax."
Fallyn nodded at Jewel, "Sure thing." She moved to get the water and picked it up, made sure not to drop any of it on the floor (though not that it would matter at this point) and handed it towards Jewel.
"Nah, it's good. I got soft towels...I hope that's okay?" She would grab the towels the second Jewel took the bowl away. Once she did, she would give them to her as well.
"So...should I get out of the way and let you two work? And yeah, if you haven't realized, Red's pregnant. Not that that's a bad thing because children are great but I just hope that's okay with the medical stuff. And yeah, oh. Her name isn't Red. That's just my nickname for her until she's able to talk and tell me her real name herself. It feels wrong of me to just call her 'wolf' or 'she'. Right Red?" She smiled at the wolf, moving out of the way but staying in the room.
She didn't want to leave Red alone. She wouldn't leave her alone. Fallyn would stay until everything was settled and until Red felt like she was finally safe.

Cinder would watch the nurse an doctor placing their gloves on. When they spoke to fallyn she would tilt her head slightly listening, her ears twitching slightly. When the woman laid her hand on her stomach she would shift slightly.
" I wonder how bad this will hurt..."
She would remain relaxed an stare at the woman, as if telling her to go ahead. She would lay her head down an make a groaning sigh noise as her ears laid back. She watched Fallyn before closing her eyes waiting for the prick. Perhaps she would not feel the pain over her stomach pain.

Jewel only smiled slightly, taking her hand off the stomach to get the syringe ready. When it was ready, she found the vein she needed and injected Red with the liquid in the tube.
"I assume you've had pain killers before," Jewel said aloud to the she-wolf. To Fallyn, "Good. Because it would be preferable for them to be soft while wiping the blood from the sore paws." She took out the syringe, pressing her thumb to the prick that was only slightly bleeding. "Miss Penny, if you would start that, please?"
"Yes ma'am." The human got to work, gettig on her knees to get a better view of the paws. Then she grabbed a paw gently and dabbed a corner of a towel into the water to make it easier to get rid of the dried blood.
"You can stay in here if you like, Fallyn. I'm sure that Red would like for you to stay in here." She too, bent and got on her knees, doing what Miss Penny was doing until they were positive they got rid of the blood around their work site.
"Now for the hard part," she mumbled, sighing and grabbing the tweezers.
