(( Decoii )) How long has it been since Armin had allowed himself to get this close? Too long, he knew, the first few months Armin had told himself he couldn’t get near her, that Armin would only be putting Annie in danger, that there were still some loose ends concerning Marley and they would hunt Annie down and bring her pain for everything Armin had done. But six months after she had left him, Marley was no more. Destroyed indefinitely. Every little connection it had-decimated into nothingness. It had taken a lot of work, blood and lives, endless nights, and so on. Finally his Wolf had caved in, aiding Armin along with the Beast after one too many close calls. After that, it was fairly easy and Armin was left with no more excuses as to why he couldn’t be with Annie. Well no new excuses, the main one still very much alive, even now as he watched the laughing woman, stuck in the middle of two men, disappear into the establishment, Armin could hear the same old story. Of how Annie was better off without him. It was so clear to Armin, she looked so happy, so healthy, no shadows behind her eyes or tears staining her cheeks. No, Annie looked carefree and joyous between the two men. Just the way Armin had wished her to be. Armin should have turned around, gone back to his home, and left Annie where she belonged. But it had been three months of Armin not doing anything with his life, three months of not having anything to vent his frustrations at. He almost despised himself for killing Marley off so soon, should have taken more time, so that Armin wouldn’t be driving himself crazy alone with only his thoughts. But that wasn’t right either, everyday Marley existed was a day too many. Too many horrors. Too many sins. Too much misery. Yet Armin still missed losing himself in his rage and taking it out on the organization. For the last three months, he had been stalking Annie longer than he had before. Watching her for hours and days from afar until the sight hurt his eyes and Armin would escape. Lose himself in drink and his own miserable company. Sometimes his neighbors would barge in, demanding Armin to shape up and spend some time with them. Historia and Ymir had been just two of the souls he had saved out of hundreds. But unlike the rest, they stayed close, saying that they had to find a way to repay Armin even though Armin didn’t want anything. Not from them, even if Historia reminded Armin so much of Annie, it wasn’t her. Would never be her. But it was their persistent friendship that probably kept Armin from going completely insane. He should go home and try to talk to the girls and yet? Armin found himself scaling down the walls of the building across the street, and heading for the door that Annie had disappeared into. He would have been content to watch through the windows but the bar was packed and Annie not in sight. He had stayed strong for about half an hour until finally Armin pushed open the door, sliding into the shadows and behind customers until his eyes found Annie. He ordered a drink and watched her for a few moments, completely cut off from her sight of him until Armin wanted to be seen. His gaze darkening at the way the men acted with her, so close and happy, so very different from how Annie had acted with him. He knew their names already, their home address, the gym Reiner owned and Annie frequently visited, and the other man. Hoover. Annie’s ex. The bank teller. The boyfriend. The normal guy. The man that Armin could never be. The man that was right for Annie. He glared at the back of the man’s head, hearing Annie’s laughter throughout the chorus of other voices, his drink came and Armin drowned it, realizing this was all a mistake. Him coming inside was a mistake. Being this close, hearing her laughter and seeing her smiles...was all a mistake. Armin was about to leave undetected when suddenly he saw something that made his blood boil with rage. Armin straightened, coming to his full height and glared at the table of three of them, of what Annie was doing, what Hoover was allowing her to do. Knowing that if she just looked up, Annie would now see Armin’s hateful stare. When their eyes finally connected, Armin pulled back his lips, showing his canines and growled deeply at what he saw. Intent on leaving now that she had saw him. Either that or going over there and shaking her around asking her what the fuck was Annie’s problem. And then he’d turn his rage on the men that surrounded her. But no. Leaving would be best.

"Annie has like, the biggest nose in the world, she wont have a problem." Reiner said, earning a kick from said girl under the table as he worked on making a line over the soft surface of the table.
"I already said no." Annie told him cooly, earning a nod from Bertholdt.
"Reiner... Let's just not do drugs? Please." Bertholdt begged, looking around. Despite the crowded bar, no one was looking at them. Maybe too distracted by conversations, but he frowned, seeing other people doing drugs out in the open. Bertholdt swallowed. Wasn't this illegal?
"Bro, it's like a line or two for each, chill out, Annie would want you to do some, right baby?" Reiner said, once again grinning at Annie.
Annie was already pretty much tipsy. It had been a long day and she only agreed to come because Reiner got her a job. One as a security guard from one of his clients at the gym. He'd also started letting Annie train people, and she was finally making her own money and getting on her own two feet. Not having to use the money she had stored. "First of all," Annie snapped. "Don't fucking call me that. Second of all, no." To enforce her words, she kicked him under the table and folded her arms.
Reiner wasn't letting up, he wanted to try things, new things. It was safe for now, she knew, but she had no interest. Until they started arguing nonstop and she was getting annoyed. With a sigh, Annie leaned forward and took the rolled bill from Reiners hands, putting it to her nose and inhaling the three lines that Reiner had oh so carefully made. She tossed the bill on the table, bending up and sniffling. Reiner was yelling at her now, mad, and Bertholdt was oh so obviously disappointed. The drug worked fast, making her vision slightly blurred when she looked up and despite the fact that her ears had a slight buzz to it, everything became so unfocused the moment she laid eyes on him.
Armin.
Annie gasped, causing Bertholdt to stand and start asking her if she was okay. Reiner was still frowning, talking about her big ass nose. But Annie only paused long enough to blink a couple of times before she stood up, rounded the table, and ran towards Armin. Practically throwing herself on him. Her arms wrapping around his midsection and her face tucking into his neck. She had to get on her tippy toes for that. "Armin! It's..." She took a deep breath, pulling in closer to him, it was him! It was really him. "My god I missed you! What took you so long to come here? You promised you would, what took so long? I-"
She started pulling away, excitement clear in her voice. "I knew you didn't mean what you said! I-I--" Her words died quickly when she saw the anger in his eyes. Despite this, despite the obvious signs of his titan there, she didn't look away. Seeing Armin mad at her was better than the months of loneliness. Of the stupid dreams that he would one day come back for her. Like he told her he would. "A-Armihh?" She had a blush on her face by now.

She was doing drugs. Armin was watching Annie doing a line of cocaine, scratch that-lines-in full view of anyone in the establishment, right in front of him. Armin could feel his rage rising and yet when their eyes clicked, when Annie’s widened at seeing him there, Armin couldn’t help how his heart leaped with joy. How pleased he was when Annie practically jumped into his arms, a reaction Armin definitely hadn’t been expecting. It made his rage pause and Armin couldn’t help the smile that took hold of his face, the first in months, as Annie’s warmth started to penetrate him through his clothing.
Armin closed his eyes, hearing her voice, hearing his name coming out of her mouth, saying she’d miss him. Armin’s hands coming up to grab at her, hugging her back because how could Armin not? Her scent pushing greedily against his face, into his nostrils and down deep into his lungs. Armin growled lightly, opening his eyes to glare at the men who had rushed after her, and stood just a few feet watching with slack open mouths.
Armin ignored them and stared down at Annie, his gaze softening despite his anger at what she was doing with her freedom, a hand coming up to brush back some strands of her hair out of her eyes. Tucking it under her ear before pulling away, licking his lips as he found himself softly laughing. She was so cute, it hurt. And was looking at him as she had months ago, before all their problems started to catch up with him. The sight of her blush sending a wave of pleasure through him.
“Annie,” Armin finally said her name and it sounded so sweet on his lips. How long had he dared not to say it aloud? How long had it been since he last felt her warmth?
“I..” Armin started to say but the men were closing in now, one of their hands from each of them reaching for Annie, Armin quickly maneuvered them, pushing Annie behind him and slapped the approaching hands away.
“Fuck off.” He told the men, angry at how they provided Annie with the drugs. Angry of how close they all seemed. Jealous even. One of his hands gripping Annie’s over his chest, not wanting to let her go even though he could feel her moving back towards his front.
Armin turned to her and stared hard at her eyes, his heartbeat thundering and so many words on his lips. “I need to talk to you.” He ground out, wanting to grab her, throw her over his shoulder as he had threatened all those months ago, and see where her head was at. But she was drunk and high from coke and Armin wondered if she would even remember seeing him when she woke up tomorrow.
What would Armin even say? That he was stupid for letting her walk out? For pushing her away because he thought that was the best? Maybe he’d tell her that Marley was finished, that it couldn’t hurt them anymore and therefore they could start anew. Armin didn’t know what he would say, just that he wanted time alone with her. Which would never happen with the two men hovering over her.
Armin turned his attention to them, glaring at Reiner and Hoover. “What the fuck do you think you’re doing with her? Whos smart idea was it?” So that Armin could beat him to a pulp. Armin turned his stare at Annie. “Is this what you’ve been doing these past few months? Getting high with these lowlives and losing yourself in drugs and alcohol? Is this why you left me?” Armin gritted, not wanting to say their personal shit out loud but he was still raging on the inside. And his Titans? A whole different story.

Annie squealed happily when Armin said her name. Despite his obvious anger this was good. So very good and sweet that Annie ended up tearing up despite the big sloppy smile that was still plastered on her blushing cheeks. She stumbled when he pushed her behind him, hands still gripping his shirt as she poked her head between his arm and side, looking up at a frowning Reiner and Bertholdt. She gave them a frown, but it quickly turned to a grin. Armin was here. Her Armin. Nothing they would say would make her pull her attention from Armin.
"Bro, how about you fuck off?" Reiner snapped, straightening up and sizing Armin. "Give her over, she's with us, you fucking pervert." The roughness to his tone made Bertholdt pause, his eyes moving to look at Armin. There was a deep confusion there and some pain at what Annie was doing. She wasn't doing anything bad, but she never let anyone touch her, yet here she was, in the arms of a stranger. It didn't sit well with either of them.
Bertholdt nodded, holding a hand out for Annie still. She frowned at it and wrapped her arms closer around him. "Stahp. This is Armin!" She said happily, bouncing up and down behind him. "Leave him alone!" She said with a pout, "He's mine."
Reiner growled, not liking the aggression behind Armin's voice. "Look, you short stick, if you keep that tone I'm going to snap you in-"
Bertholdt cut his friend off, raising his hands in surrender. "It isn't even like that, man. It's some stupid mistake-"
"-I gave her the drugs, wanna do something about it?-"
Bertholdt raised his voice. "Annie, come on. You should stick with us. We don't know this dude."
But Annie still didn't let go of Armin. In fact she wasn't even listening to them anymore. Her grin was slowly falling from her face and now she was confused. Staring at Armin with watery tears. "I-I just did it so they would shut up okay? I-It's not a big deal, it's not like that, Armin please... I promise.." Her voice was softer now, hands sliding down to his hands, to hold them. "T-This isn't even why I left, why would you say that? You told me you didn't love me anymore! I-I waited for you to come out and tell me I was wrong! I waited for hours and you never came!"
She had forgotten about both Reiner and Bertholdt by now, voice raising as she talked with emotions, brows furrowed as she looked right into Armin's eyes. Her previous sadness and hesitation was gone. God, she had been so stupid, so lost in her feelings back then. She wiped the tears that had fallen, frowning while looking into Armin's ocean blue eyes. "You told me you didn't love me, that's why I left. I-I knew it was hard for you to be around me, all you did was run away, it wasn't fair for you. I did it for you!"
Reiner hadn't said anything, but Bertholdt's eyes widened at what he was hearing. He let out a small shakey "Oh." And started backing down, grabbing Reiner's arm so the guy wouldn't do something stupid.

Armin felt torn between taking his rage out on the two men and giving all his attention to Annie. He focused on Annie, keeping the boys in his peripheral in case one of them tried something. His one hand still holding hers possessively and his other touching the sides of her hip, as Annie pressed herself out from under his arm, her eyes watery but grinning.
Defending him still, Armin squeezed her hand, feeling the shrivel up hope sparking into life, along with his anger. “You heard her, buzzer off before you live to regret it.” Armin hated how they tried coaxing Annie away from him but loved the way Annie tightened her hold on him, saying that he was hers.
He laughed at Reiner’s face, knowing he’d be the first one Armin would go for, but ignoring them for now. Because Annie was far more important and was actually talking to him again. Armin turned around, giving them his back and blocking their view of his Annie. The tears on her face sent Armin into a panic and guilt started to rip into him, not even five minutes and Annie was already crying. It would have destroyed him back then but Armin had toughen up a bit enough to not be blaming himself.
Armin definitely didn’t want to be having this conversation right here, where too many eyes were on him, on Annie, but figured that if this was his only shot. Then he’d take it. Armin flexed his hands over hers, taking the time to entwined their fingers together and enjoying that small piece of heaven. He wanted to brush her tears away but she was clinging on to his hands. And Armin really didn’t want to let her go.
“Annie...that’s not good for you..” Armin wanted to shake her but soften his tone, not wanting to make her cry anymore. “I didn’t say that?” Armin felt his heart constricting, was this what Annie believed this whole time? That Armin didn’t love her? “No baby no, I’ve never stopped loving you!” Armin practically whine back, squeezing their joined hands and bringing one pair to his lips so he could press kisses all against her knuckles and fingertips. Each kiss searing into his soul.
“Annie..all I was doing was bringing you pain. I was trying to give you space. You couldn’t even bare to look at me baby, that’s why I kept leaving. I wanted the best for you and then you asked me if you should leave...I thought that’s what you wanted? I thought you didn’t love me anymore...”
Armin used their joined hands to wipe at her cheeks, his eyes softening and giving her another smile. “I was so stupid for letting you go. For not chasing after you. But I had convinced myself that you were better off with someone normal. Someone who wasn’t a Devil. Devils. Annie I couldn’t even move after you walked out. It felt like I was going to die and god I wanted to. What’s life without the person you love?” Armin didn’t care that he was pouring his heart out in front of witnesses, didn’t care that he left himself defenseless towards the threats behind him. He could take a few punches, even now he was crystallizing his back under his shirt, having had time to figure out all the new abilities that came from owning two Titans. Didn’t care about anything other than his Annie.
“I love you Annie.” Armin breathed, bending low so Annie could see the sincerity in his gaze. Trying to keep the other colors at bay as to not scare her again.
“Didn’t I say I was yours? Always have been always will...but I felt like I was ruining your life. I could feel you questioning us, whether what we had was love or just two people clinging to each other because there was no one else, and because all I did was make things worse but Annie I never said I didn’t love you. Never baby, I...oh Annie these nine months without you have been a nightmare and I just couldn’t anymore. I had to come in here. Had to see you. Talk to you. Even though I knew I shouldn’t. Knew I had no right to barge into your happy life. But drugs Annie? Baby you’re so much better than that. If this is your life then why did I let you go? Why did I think you’d be better off? Are you happy Annie? Should I leave? I don’t want to at all. I want to be by your side, I can’t stand another minute more of not being here. By you...” Armin could feel his eyes burning, could smell his hurt floating off of him in waves and he squeezed Annie’s hands again.
“We need to talk Annie. Alone please? Can’t we go somewhere?”

The more this Armin guy and Annie talked, the more Bertholdt felt... Defeated.
Things have been going so well for all of them these last months. With Annie moving in, joining their little group, it was all starting to feel like home- a real home for them. Reiner didn't know how to show it, he usually picked on Annie, but he trusted her with so much. Even going as far as recommending her for a job when she struggled to find one, or pawning off his clients to her. That was his business, his reputation, and even his home. He had bought the whole building, for them to work and live together. Despite the fact that Bertholdt had his part-time banker gig he put as much love into the gym as the rest of them.
But despite Reiner's reasoning to be angry, Bertholdt had a more personal one. He simply loved Annie. He would never go out of his way to confess or anything as frightening as that. He loved his two best friends and would never do anything to break their dynamic. That didn't mean that what was being shared between Annie and Armin wasn't hurting him, no, it was stinging him like hell. He was just better at hiding it.
Reiner, however, was picking up on these changes in Bertholdt. The way the guy grabbed his arm, the way his shoulders sagged. The whole sight was pissing him off and it was worse with this douchebag of a clown coming between them and Annie. He was getting so worked up, simply because of what all this bullshit love talk was doing to Bertholdt. It hurt him some too, Annie had never mentioned Armin. She had apparently not mentioned anything that really mattered.
So instead of going after Armin, for hurting Bertholdt, he went after Annie since it was her fault. Her stupid fault for getting so plastered, for hurting Bertholdt. "Hey, you big nosed ugly bitch stop acting like a whore and come back home with us!" He yelled, earning a scoff from Bertholdt.
Something about Armin had made the guy freeze up and he turned to his friend. "Reiner, lets just... Hey! Chill!" He yelped when Reiner moved in to punch Armin in the back. Grabbing him under his arm and pulling him back before any impact was made. "I'm sorry for my friend, he's... We care about Annie a lot... We'll be waiting up front. There's a smoke section to your right if you want more privacy.. Please understand that we just don't want her to get hurt..." He explained, hauling an angry Reiner out of the bar
Annie was just waiting for the yelling to die down. She wasn't listening closely, but she did frown when Reiner mentioned her nose again, subconsciously reaching up to cover it with a frown. She was glued to every single word that came out of Armin, going as far as telling him to be nice when he snapped at Reiner. Her initial jitters was starting to die down, her body metabolizing the drug rapidly. But all the noises and everything Armin was saying and Reiner yelling was starting to clearly overwhelm her.
She played with the sleeve of her sweater, frowning as she tried to process it all. Frowning as she tried to really pay attention to what he was saying and not just assume and react with whatever feeling hit her first. Reiner was helping her with that, bluntly telling her of her shortcoming while Bertholdt would later explain to her what he meant, giving her examples so she could figure things out easier and she was honestly working on herself now. Kinda.
Her heart was aching, her head spinning at what he was saying. It all made her feel almost sick, this was far from the reality she had forced herself to face so often. Yet, the screaming in the bar and the laughter and all the noises was getting to her, so she couldn't put her words in order as she wanted them to be. "You didn't say it, but you also didn't not say it, you know?" She whispered, brows furrowing as she looked into his eyes.
"You can stop doing that, holding them back I mean. Armin," She paused, "Armin I asked because I was insecure. You told me there was nothing there for me. But there was. There was you and our little Paradis but you told me there was nothing. Look, they've helped me figure out a couple of things, I know it doesn't make up for what I did to you but please let me explain it to you before you leave again because if you have to ask me if you should stay... it means you don't know, I should fix that. Reiner said that I can't get mad at people when they don't know stuff. Especially if I haven't told them. Bert says it's because I get frustrated letting people in or I expect too much and don't give enough so people don't get a chance and therefore I can't get hurt -oh my god- Armin I can't fucking think, can we please go?"

“Be nice? You deal with that shit?” Armin asked her when the two idiots finally left, wishing that Reiner had hit him so one he could break his own hand against his back and two so Armin could finally use him as a punching bag. It felt like Annie completely disregarded everything he had just said, the fact that he was baring his entire heart out for her again, and chose to defend those two.
Armin stared down at her, feeling his earlier anger popping back up and despite her insurances that he could let his Titans out, Armin didn’t. Just stared hard down at her until he decided to give it another try. He had to be patient, had to not let his anger get to him, his jealousy-Armin should have been happy Annie made some friends but he wasn’t. Because they were men and their relationship felt a little too close for comfort. Too close than theirs.
“Come on,” Armin gently turned her around and pushed her towards the smoking section, ignoring the smart comments the customers threw him about ‘hey where’s the show going’ and whatnot. He rounded the corner, ignoring the little smoking area because why would he listen to what that guy had to say, and urged Annie farther along, and held open one of the bathroom doors that was empty. It was meant only for one person and once Armin locked them both inside, the door cutting most of the sounds from the bar, Armin felt himself relaxing a fraction.
He kept his back to the door, giving Annie the room so he wouldn’t be crowding her. “I didn’t say anything at Paradis because Annie I didn’t want to be influencing you. I didn’t want you to stay with me because you felt like you had to-because of a promise or duty or whatever the fuck. I wanted you to make your own decisions and not regret them down the line and hate me for it.” Armin rubbed at his neck, where his mark should have been but it was gone. Just as Annie had been gone. Broke the minute she walked out. The bond finally snapping after holding on for so long by mere threads.
“I asked you if you wanted me to stay. I just told you I wanted to myself? But if it’s what you want, if you choose to be with those idiots then fine. I can’t choose for you Annie. Dont you see? That’s all I’ve been trying to do, is let you do what you want to do, I don’t want to do anything that would hurt you, bring you pain and more heartache, I know I’ve done enough.” Armin hated the way she had said their names, so familiar so close, he clenched at his fists, feeling like he already lost her.
That this was stupid of him to be baring his heart to Annie when she was intoxicated and going on and on about her two lover boys. He wanted to leave and stay at the same time, didn’t understand why they were like this, why it had to be so hard. It wasn’t hard talking to Historia or Ymir, Armin didn’t feel like his heart was literally ripping from his chest and every word coming out wrong. Why couldn’t they just talk normally? We’re they really meant to not be together? Even though that was the only thing keeping Armin going?
Armin reached up to grab at his necklace over his shirt, squeezing the ring there and staring hard at Annie before looking away. His shoulders slumping in defeat. “Annie..” Armin began and brought his gaze back towards her. “I’m so sorry for everything Annie. I’m sorry.”

Annie for the most part, was just wide eyed, blushing face, sloppy grin staring at Armin. He was saying so much, so much that she had wanted to hear for so long. A part of her wondered if it was fake. But this was so much sharper than her memories and she wasn't about to fuck it up. She couldn't risk that. So she sat down on the sink counter, ignoring the wet spots that soaked through her pants, and stared. Long and hard as Armin talked and explained himself.
She figured that if she ever saw him again, she'd explode with anger. But she wasn't angry, she was surprised. She had convinced herself of a whole different reality and now Armin was telling her that he loved her? It made no sense. "Armin..." She said softly, looking into his eyes and allowing all her loneliness, insecurity, and sadness show. She wasn't trying to put up a front anymore. To be strong. No, she was just trying to show him what she was feeling, trying to explain everything now to the best of her abilities.
"Armin, I-I've never been good with words -hell- I'm worst with feelings. I've never really had to deal with anything that... Had a true emotional impact on me, even with my Father, I just always did what I was told. Then... Armin, god, there you where. Expecting me to be my own person, expecting me to be more than some lonely fucked up warrior. I wanted that, I wanted it so bad."
She let out a shaky breath, breaking eye contact and looking down at her shaking fingers. "Armin everything that happened, from New Dawn, to Marley, to my dad, to you, to Paradis... It was all so fast. I've never had to worry about my feelings before and now, everything left a different impact on me and I wasn't able to figure out what everything really meant. What I actually felt. The only thing I know for sure is anger, right?" She paused, letting out a small laugh.
"Anyways, I felt bipolar, when I found out about my father... I was depressed as fuck. I didn't know what that meant back then, but I've learned since then. I was depressed, I spent my time disassociating myself, and when I hit rock bottom instead of clinging to the things that mattered to me, to the things that would help, I grabbed on to it all and dragged it right along down with me because that's what I felt I deserved for all my wrong doings. I dragged you, our connection, your titans, and Paradis down with me because I didn't deserve it."
She cleared her throat, rubbing the back of her neck before looking back into his ever so beautiful eyes. "I was blaming everyone but myself for my own actions. It wasn't your titan's fault and it wasn't mine. I know that now too, that was the hardest bit to accept. I'm so sorry I hurt you because I was projecting everything negative onto you. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. God, Armin... I was so fucked up, I almost killed myself without knowing what I was doing, I jumped off the top terrace into the ocean and the moment I hit the water I fought so hard to come back up. To not die. To come back to you. Even though seconds before that all I thought about was that stupid ring Magath gave me."
She cleared her throat, suddenly feeling thirsty. "I was insecure and I wanted to know that you where still there. Fuck, Armin... How is telling me that there's nothing left for me there something that was supposed to not influence me? 'There's nothing left for you here, There's nothing left for you here.' How does it feel when I say it to you? It feels like I'm saying that I don't love you anymore, right? It feels like I'm saying that you should go, right? I waited for you, for hours, and I understand that you where also going through shit, and I forgive you for everything you think you did wrong. But that fucking shattered my heart, Armin."

Armin swallowed hard at the sight of Annie’s eyes, so full of misery that Armin had to look away even though he had craved for months to be able to see them up close. Listening to her voice and eating up every word she said, it sank his heart in, made him tremble with guilt of yet another reason why he hated himself. The thought of Annie almost dying and Armin having no idea of it only made it worse.
Everything she was saying Armin more or less knew already. Besides the fall and her almost dying, everything Armin had already accepted. He knew everything had been going too fast for them, it was why he had been trying to give her space. Why he kept leaving. Why he said those words. Words that nearly killed him to say and shattered Annie’s heart. He had convinced himself that it was for her own good.
“It was for you. There’s nothing here for you-but pain and misery. But tears and fights and your inability to love me. To love them. To accept everything that I am. There’s nothing here but devils and the constant reminder of your past. Of Marley staring into your eyes. Nothing here for you that’s good for you. That can make you happy. Dammit Annie.” Armin hit the wall, making a dent and busting his knuckles. He was pacing now, back and forth throughout the small bathroom feeling like he had just been caged in.
“You think it didn’t kill me to say it?” Armin whipped his head to hers, the colors in his eyes finally flaring into life. The anger of her betrayal, of their fuck ups, of his Titans, burning within the sea of blue. “You were killing yourself slowly with me. You think I didn’t notice you not eating? Not drinking water or anything? Just staring soullessly at that fucking TV. I tried Annie. I would sit right across from you and wait. Wait for you to even acknowledge me. To look in my direction. Anywhere but the damn television. But you didn’t. I had to let you go, don’t you see? I had to.” Armin let go of his necklace and ran his hands through his hair, pulling it up and into a quick low ponytail.
“If you love someone you want them to be happy. Even if it’s not with you. Well Annie I love you. Loved you enough to let you walk out of my life because you couldn’t cope with me with you. Because I wasn’t right for you. Because you didn’t even know if what we had was love. Doubting us. Doubting yourself. And doubting me. You want to know why I didn’t chase after you? Because I physically could not. I laid there on my knees as my heart broke, as the bond broke, unable to breathe let alone get up and go after you. I couldn’t. I couldn’t drag you back to my side, couldn’t shackle you to me, when I believed that you wanted a out. You wanted to be rid of me and so I let it. Holding on to stupid hope that one day we could try again.”
“But I’m a fool for believing that. I’ve seen you with those two. You went back to your ex and some third wheeler. You chose them. I should never had intruded, I should just stop talking because it doesn’t even matter anymore does it? You’ve moved on. The only reason why you’re here right now is because you’re drunk and high and it’s been a while. But come tomorrow you won’t even remember me. Come tomorrow you won’t want to. You’ll carry on with your happy life stuck between those two blockheads. Defending them. Living with them. Sleeping with them.” Armin gritted his teeth and his eyes were swirling with his pain now. With everything Armin kept locked inside.
“You didn’t even want to sleep on the same bed as me. But go about your days with them in your bed. While I? I’ve been waiting for you all these months. Waiting without hope but still fucking waiting. For what Annie? Why have I been such a idiot this whole time? And yet I’m still hoping Annie. Even when my hope has died since that day.”
Armin rubbed at his face, putting up his hands in defeat. “I’m sorry I don’t know what I’m saying anymore. I’ve kept quiet all these months and now everything is just as bad as it was back then. Maybe that just shows us that this could never work. I’m sorry Annie. I should have just stayed away.” Then Armin was reaching for the door, intent to do just that. Leave her and never intrude on Annie’s life ever again.

His anger was making her feel defensive. Why was he so angry when she was trying to explain herself. "Well you knew more than I did back then!" She yelled, standing from the sink and staring at all the colors swirling in his eyes. She didn't feel the need to look away from them. In fact, she followed them until she couldn't reach them, showing him, that she wasn't like that anymore. "Fuck! Armin... How... How long have you been following me!? You have it all fucking wrong. I-I didn't go to Bertholdt. I know what it looks like but it's not like that!"
But he was already leaving and Annie's eyes flooded with tears again. Why was this so hard? Why was this always so goddamn hard? She watched him leave the bathroom, waiting a couple of seconds before she set out to follow him. Only to end up being grabbed by Reiner. The contact made her cock her fist back and punch him in the face. He hissed in pain and fell back, Bertholdt by his side. "Annie, what the hell?"
"I told you not to touch me! I told both of you not to ever touch me!" She yelled out, a crowd was forming and Armin was gone, just like that. She was crying now. Feeling her old heart break fresh in her chest. "My god." She whimpered out, trying to get past the crowd but unable to do so. She was fucked up, so fucked up. "Please, please tell me this is real. Tell me that he's- he was actually here right?" She asked, turning to Bertholdt.
Bertholdt nodded, helping Reiner to his feet. "We should really get out of here, okay?"
Annie nodded in agreement. Reiner didn't say anything, but he was still glaring at her. They made their way out of the bar, walking the two blocks back to their home in silence. Annie kept looking around, frantically searching for Armin. "Are you okay?" Reiner finally asked, opening the door, still welcoming her home.
"What's wrong with me?" Annie asked, tears staining her cheek. The guys didn't know how to react, just glanced at each other before looking back at her. It felt like they where seeing something they shouldn't be. "What's so wrong with me that I can't get anything right?"
"Annie." Surprisingly Bertholdt was the one to step up. "You're amazing, don't be too harsh on yourself. I don't know who he is or what your history is... But you deserve someone who wouldn't walk away from you while you're crying." He reached out for her, but she ducked and walked into the house. Locking herself up in her bathroom and laying on her bed. She covered her eyes and went to sleep, willing the nasty feeling in her stomach to go away.
"There are people from Marley there, people like us Annie. People who survived them and their stupid human cannibals'. " Reiner was speaking through a mouth full of food. Annie ignored the stab of guilt, knowing he wasn't trying to be mean. He just didn't know about her. Their whole friendship based on one lie. "You have to come."
"I already said no." She shot back, groaning and going back to her room. If they left, would Armin show up again? She slept with her windows opened that night, willing him to crawl in through the fire escape. He never did. Eventually, she gave up fighting them. They wouldn't leave her alone. Maybe if she was out and about she'd see Armin? the whole thing had felt like a dream. She wasn't sure.
But still, Annie showed up to the party. Sitting on the couch between Bertholdt and Reiner. Frowning when anyone came near her, dismissing small talk, she really hated small talk.
This whole week was Reiner's idea. He said they needed a vacation. But what sort of vacation was this? Just an excuse to close the gym and for him to party a little too hard. He pulled out a bottle of pills, wiggling it in front of Annie.
"Ready for round two?" Reiner asked with a grin. It was as if nothing happened despite the fact that his cheek had a deep purple bruise on it. Despite the fact that she still hasn't apologized.
"Bro." Bertholdt snapped, looking past Annie's shoulder at his friend.
But Annie was in such a sour mood. Armin had followed her for a while, she supposed. But he never showed up until she did drugs, why? Now Reiner was offering her some again and she was looking around the room to find him. It was stupid to think he was here, in a party for Marley Warriors. Like Reiner so nicely put it. It made Annie nervous that they're all in the same general area. Why hadn't Marley figured this out yet? Why was there even a party? It wasn't like Marley was no more, it wasn't like they where free. This whole thing was just absolutely stupid.
But when she couldn't see Armin, she reached out for the pills angrily. Taking two of them into her hands. "Okay, girl. One at the time, wait at least fifteen minutes between.." Reiner started lecturing but Annie just popped both of them into her mouth, chasing them down with some Bacardi.
With a groan, she sat back on the couch, waiting for the drugs to take affect. Anything, anything at all, to keep Armin from her mind because every second he wasn't there felt like hell to him. She could feel the sound of the music and conversation swaying behind her ear in an odd way. Her chest feeling lighter but it only made her want to cry. Glaring harder into the room, she watched the lights flicker on and off in one of the big rooms nearby.

Armin went out the back door, the cold night air slapping against his face for every word he had said. Armin kick at the wall, glaring through the small window as he saw Annie rush out of the bathroom into the arms of one of the boys. Armin stopped looking and backed away, jumping the walls in his way until he was running throughout the night, down streets and parks, past busy roads and alleyways until finally Armin found himself under a apartment building.
He stared up at it, breathing roughly, his hand healed but blood staining it, sweat building at his back and every word of Annie’s and his conversation replaying in Armin’s head. Armin growled out and turned around, intent on hunting Annie down and finishing what he had started only to pause at the sight of a wide eyed Historia.
His eyes drifted down to the countless bags she was holding, it’s plastic straps digging into her wrists. Armin automatically reached for them, ignoring her words, his fingers brushing against her arms as he took the bags from her.
“You’re bleeding again.. What happen Armim?” Historia reached for his bloodied hand, ironically the same one she had wrapped in her skirt all those months ago, and Armin flinched back from her.
“Nothing. Making dinner so late again?” Armin asked, turning back around and going towards the automatic doors. Historia hot on his heels. Armin made it to the elevator and Historia pressed their floor number, still looking at him with those big worried blue eyes.
“Have you eaten?” Historia asked her own question, staring at his side profile, seeing the raw pain in his eyes. She wanted to touch him, to soothe his hurt, to give Armin his freedom as he had given hers. Historia had thought three months ago that the pain in Armin‘s eyes would start to lessen. He had completely destroyed Marley and Historia assumed that would have been the solution for all his problems. And yet? Historia felt that it only got worse for Armin, for the man who had done so much for her and Ymir. For all of Marley’s victims.
Gods Historia just wanted to make him feel better. And yet each time she tried, Armin rejected her.
“I’m not hungry.” Armin finally said and once the doors opened, strode forward to her apartment, which was right next to his. He waited for Historia to follow and to open the door and then went in, seeing Ymir flipping through channels on the couch, but rising at their entrance.
“Finally!” Ymir groaned and crowded next to Armin as he put their groceries on the table. As he done countless other times. Ymir mused through the bags and took out three beers, placing them on the table and grabbing Armin’s shoulder as he turned to leave.
“Where are you going? Not going to eat with us today? You know today’s not my day, the cooking won’t be bad...you okay?” Ymir paused, feeling the tension of his muscles under her fingers.
“I’m fine-“ Armin began.
“Bullshit, sit your ass down and talk to us.” Ymir dragged him to his seat, the big black armchair that he always took and forced him down by his shoulders. Historia was already next to them with the beers. Such a good girl, Ymir thought and winked at her before grabbing one, opening it, and shoving it into Armin’s bloodied hands. The man always had blood on him these days. Mostly his own. It was beginning to worry even Ymir.
“We still have the party. You’ve already said you’d go with us. But if I let you leave now, I have a feeling I won’t be seeing you for the next week or so. So you’re staying. Get comfortable and I guess we’re pregaming.” Ymir took her beer and clunked it with Historia’s who was smiling softly with relief now, happy that Ymir had stepped in and was taking control of the situation.
“I’ll start cooking.” Historia said a little too eagerly and almost skipped back towards the table and kitchen, listening to Ymir’s persistent voice and Armin’s reluctant one. Her smilie widening, wishing that her days with the pair of them would never come to a end.
Armin sat in the backseat behind Ymir who was driving and Historia in the passenger. They were almost at the party’s location and Armin for the hundredth time was wondering why he decided to go with them. He was in no mood for a party. Matter of fact, Armin’s never really been to one. Not these kinds of parties. Adult ones.
“Can you drop me off here?” Armin wondered aloud, voicing his reluctance yet again.
Historia giggled at him and turned around, meeting his eyes. Armin hated to admit it, but she looked stunning. Even Ymir had dressed up a bit looking more feminine than Armin had ever seen her before. The pair of them were absolutely breathtaking. While Armin looked like a dark mess. A sexy mess, Ymir had informed him, but a mess all the same. He wore all black, leaving the buttons open against his chest because he felt too hot these days. After seeing Annie again. His black jeans and boots with his hair pulled back but loose. The necklace with the sole ring shimmering against his skin. The pair to the one Armin still wore on his ring finger.
“You’ll be fine.” Historia promised him, her eyes greedily drinking in his exposed chest and forearms, at the way his pants clung to him like a lovers embrace, how his eyes were so dark and his hair falling seductively against his clenched jaw. Historia reached for Ymir’s thigh, which was exposed in the pretty black dress she wore and squeezed her tender flesh. Unable to help the excitement she felt at the pair of them. Unable to control herself for the plans she had in store for the day and more importantly, the night.
Historia herself was dressed all in pink, pink high heels that would let her reach Ymir and Armin’s taller bodies, a short pink skirt, a scandalous pink one piece that showed off her breasts and small waist. Her hair was pulled back in a high ponytail, exposing her creamy neck and the little gems in her piercings. Her makeup? Flawless. Lips glossy and pink and her eyes darker with the smokey colors.
“Yeah man up. Gee you’d think we were bringing him to his death.” Ymir laughed, loud and continuous until she pulled in to one of the parking spaces. “Be happy I didn’t get into a accident with all your moaning. Come on, we’re here!” Ymir shut off the engine and waited for Historia to come around, grabbing her hand greedily and turning to look at Armin who was still sulking in the backseat.
Historia giggled at the sight and Ymir groaned, backed up and yanked open the door, giving him a look before Armin finally got out. Towering over the girls despite them both wearing heels and Ymir winked at Historia, the signal for their first mission of the night. To get Armin inside the damn party.
Both girls were suddenly wrapping their arms around Armin’s, her fingers digging into the crook of his arms and laughing as they half pushed half pulled Armin forward.
“I can walk you know.” Armin complained.
“Yeah walk away.” Both girls said in unison which only made them giggle more.
Armin rolled his eyes but knew they were right. Had Ymir not been playing watchdog with him all night and morning, well Armin would have already made his escape. But the two girls had stuck to him like glue, not even letting him get a clean change of clothes alone and demanding he get ready at their apartment. Armin had because what else was he to do? Keep on sulking around? Even after it was very clear that Annie had already moved on? No. Armin wouldn’t be that pathetic.
He would go to this damn party and have a jolly good time. One way or the other. Armin held on to that thought even as the girls pulled him along into the house, the music now filling his ears and the change of lighting taking Armin only a minute to adjust. They pulled him towards the drinks, saying hi to some people they recognized, hell even Armin could recognize a few faces-faces he had saved.
Historia pressed herself closer to Armin’s arm, using the excuse to listen to Ymir even though all Historia wanted was to feel Armin’s abnormal heat and gosh didn’t it feel good.
“This is great!” Historia called out to Ymir who squeezed closer as well, grinning at her girlfriend.
“Isn’t it? Come on let’s get some drinks!”
Armin had no choice but to follow and desperately wanted that drink anyway.

She saw him.
It was crazy really, to think he'd come just because she was drugging herself up again, but through Annie's blurred mind, she saw him. He came from the room with all the lights, the room that practically had Annie drooling at it's intensity, walking right past them. He didn't see her, it made her frown. Bertholdt and Reiner sat next to them, gulping down drinks and trying to make small talk. They knew Annie was still very much upset, so they where trying their hardest to make her feel better.
Gulping, Annie sat up, swaying forward as she used the cushions for the couch to keep herself from stumbling forward. He hadn't even noticed her, how could he? Not with those two bitches glued on to him. Annie frowned, eyes glued to Historia and how the blonde leaned against Armin -her Armin- and used any excuse to touch him. She watched the girl blush, say something to the other one, before playfully hitting Armin.
They just kept walking forward. Past the room she sat in towards the kitchen that had countless bottles and can's of alcohol on it's center table. Annie staring at Historia, god, that stupid bitch looked so pretty. So nice next to Armin, was he smiling at her? With a growl, she suddenly stood up.
"Hey... Wasn't that the one girl you had the hots for? The one from Marley?" Bertholdt asked, frown on his face. "Wasn't that the dude...?"
"No way? Little hot princess? I would have noticed." Reiner said dismissively, slurring slightly and staring at Annie. "Bruh, you good?"
She wanted to go hurt them, all of them. "No. Not really." She whispered, hands trembling. So Armin was the one that moved on and yet, after stalking her, made stupid ass comments about her relationship with her friends, for what? To make himself feel better? Why would he even tell her all those things just to show up with not one but two bitches clinging on to him? What was the point!?
Annie knew she couldn't compete. They both looked gorgeous and all Annie wore was some black skinny jeans and a baggy grey hoodie. the guys tried getting her to dress up but they're lucky she even showed up. Yet Armin came in looking like he belonged here, with them.
Without thinking, she rushed into the room they entered, watching him be ever such a gentlemen and pouring them a drink. She was high as hell and even though she had come in looking for blood, she was frozen at the doorway. God, he was just so beautiful. "A-Armin?" She called out hesitantly, blinking roughly as he looked at her, a grin automatically forming on her lips.
"It is you!" she exclaimed excitedly, running up to him. This time, instead of hugging him, she jumped on him. Wrapping her legs tightly around hips, arms wrapping around his neck, where she greedily breathed his scent in again. It made her mouth water and her eyes blur. "God, I missed you so much, why did you leave before I could tell you that I love you and only you?" She was vaguely aware that she'd basically kicked the two girls off of him and she felt proud of herself at that moment, as she kissed his neck lightly and hummed in the pleasure of having Armin back in her arms.
She pulled her face back, leaning her forehead against him so she could look into his beautiful eyes. "I never told you to leave, you said you didn't want to, so why did you?"

“What do you girls want?” Armin asked, as they finally neared the kitchen counter, his eyes glancing over the countless bottles and cans. His fingers closing over the whiskey while Ymir put three cups in front of him.
“Whatever you’re getting-I guess whiskey?” Historia lifted herself up, using her hand on Armin’s forearm to speak into his ear. She didn’t have to, knowing Armin could hear her just fine but yet again Historia was going to use any and every excuse to bridge the gap between them. Enough was enough. She had spent nine long months waiting for Armin to look at her, really see her, and now Historia had that uncanny feeling that this time it might just work.
“Yess let’s get some darkness up in us.” Ymir laughed, stroking Armin’s arm and leaning against the counter, watching as Armin poured a hefty amount of liquor into the red cups. Her eyes drifting towards Historia’s, seeing the precious girl upping her game.
Armin swallowed hard, Historia’s breath against his ear and Ymir’s rough caresses suddenly making Armin a bit nervous. But Armin threw the feeling away, knowing that they were just trying to get him to relax. Right? Armin was placing the bottle down when his name was called...in her voice.
Armin’s head snapped up and stared across Historia’s head to see Annie watching him by the doorway. Armin’s eyes greedily looking her over, feeling his heartbeat begin to accelerate and the ache in his gut hit him again, his body reacting instantaneous to the sight of Annie. That lower part of his body stirring as it only did for her.
“A-Annie?” Armin croaked out, truly surprised to see her here of all places. But then why wouldn’t she? It was a Marley party hadn’t a part of him hoped she be here? Wasn’t that the only reason why Armin had agreed to coming?
“Annie?” Historia repeated, recognizing the name from Armin’s mutterings at night when he was plagued by nightmares. “That Annie?” She asked, her voice rising just a fraction, staring at Armin, expecting him to meet her gaze but no his eyes were fixated on the woman. Historia looked at Ymir, her own gaze widening with despair. Only to be kicked back and away from Armin, her fingers slipping from his arm as the Annie woman literally wrapped herself around him. Historia just watched, her mouth open, rubbing at her arms where the girl had kicked at her. Until Ymir came and stood next to her, gaping at the pair of them as well.
“What?” Armin muttered lost at her words, lost at suddenly having Annie in his arms again and feeling her legs wrapping around him, her arms curling around his neck and gods her lips against his neck. Armin shivered with delight, his arms coming up to wrap around her, gripping her to him and feeling crazy as her scent enveloped him.
Everything blacked out, leaving only Annie in focus and Armin felt like he had a second chance. Had stood up all night regretting his words to her, for how he had just blew up because of his jealousy at the men. At the pain of being away from her for so long. Nine long months and Armin had almost ruined everything at that bar. But now, she was saying she loved him?
“Annie?” Armin asked again, even as Annie pressed her forehead to his. Even as Armin could see her eyes-her beautiful blue skies of eyes-staring straight at him. Her pupils were dilated, Armin noticed as well, smelling the liquor on her breath but Armin didn’t care anymore. She was here and hugging onto him and asking him why he left her.
“I was making a fool of myself.” Armin breathed in her scent, his fingers slipping under the grey hoodie she wore, feeling her heated skin from underneath. “Are you for real right now?” Armin closed his eyes tightly, still breathing her scent in and opened them again, still seeing Annie staring back at him.
Armin felt himself smiling, grinning deeply like a fool in love because let’s face it, that’s exactly what Armin was. Still hopelessly and deeply in love with his Annie. “I’m sorry about the other day, I was just so mad and I’m such a idiot. Why don’t we ever talk it out like normal people? I promise to not blow up now, I promise to stay...if you’ll let me.” Armin reached for her face, cupping her cheek and rubbing his thumb along her softness.
“Gods I’ve missed you Annie. I’ve really missed you-I didn’t tell you that but I really do.” Armin hugged her to him, staring into her wonderful eyes and smiling because somehow someway Annie was back in his arms. Armin wouldn’t be stupid enough to let her go anymore. That was it. Enough was enough. If it killed him to be apart from her and with her, then Armin would stick to her like glue until everything finally settled down. Until they became happy again.

Armin's hands finally on her body after all this time felt so good to Annie, so good that it made her grind down against him, feeling him through their clothing. She let out a small moan, "I'm serious. I love you and I need you to stay. We can work this out, we can. I know I'm not in a right state of mind right now but watch, watch, I'll sleep this off and I'll tell you the same thing when I'm sober. I love you, Armin." She sounded breathless, his touch exciting her too much.
She opened her eyes, eyes slipping from his to look past him at the blond who was gaping at her. Smirking, Annie placed a soft kiss against his cheek, dipping her lips to kiss at his jaw, his neck, up to his ear. All while staring hard at Historia. "Can we get out of here, please?" She whispered into his ear, letting out another soft moan before she flicked her tongue out between her lips, licking his earlobe before giving it a small bite. "What do you say baby?"
She pulled back away, enough so she could bring her face back to his and try to kiss him now. Annie couldn't stop, but she felt a pair of hands on her side and all of a sudden she was being lifted and pulled away from Armin. She gasped, turning to face Bertholdt who looked unexpectedly pissed off as he placed her behind himself, between Reiner and him. "It's you again." He said dryly, staring at Armin.
"Bro, what the fuck!?" Reiner yelled, making her frown and look at Armin. "I don't think it's a coincidence that every time my girl takes something you show up and put your nasty as hands all over her."
Bertholdt nodded, agreeing with Reiner but saying nothing to Armin. Instead, he bowed over at Historia and Ymir. "Ladies, my apology for my friends behavior. We'll keep a closer eye on her so she doesn't interrupt your date again." He turned around and walked up to Annie, expecting her to move, but when she didn't he sighed again. "Why are you making a fool out of yourself he clear-"
Annie swerved passed him, moving between Reiner and him and towards Armin. She put her hands out, one facing each of the men. "Listen, Listen. just stop fighting, okay?" She swayed slightly, eyes focusing on the blinking colors from the other room for a couple of seconds before she moved her head to look at Armin instead. She rather focus on him. "We'll talk?" she gave him a questioning look. "Fix this, you wont leave. Then," She paused to look at the guys, "We'll talk too." A glance over at Armin. "Then everything will be okay, see? Just stop being so angry it hurts my heaaad.."
"Bro," Reiner called out making Annie glance at him. "If you think he's interested in you why did he show up with two smoking hot babes?" He paused, winked and grinned at Historia and Ymir, making a signal for them to call him, then looked back at Annie. "Only to end up with a witch with a bitch complex?"
Annie squealed, lowering herself to the floor and covering her nose with the sleeves of her sweater. Bertholdt snapped at Reiner, but it only made him laugh, saying he was only speaking the truth. Annie still covering her face, straightened out and frowned at Armin. "Actually, yeah. Why did you show up with them? and why did they have their hands all over you?" She couldn't hide the hurt behind her voice.

Armin couldn’t help but laugh, a real chuckle escaping him at Annie’s insistent grinding on him, making Armin harder by the second and wanting to take her away and show her how much Armin had missed her. Armin was still grinning, relaxing under Annie’s body, his eyes drinking up her face and her words. Her soft moans.
“Mmm Annie you don’t know how much I’ve been craving to hear those words.” Armin nuzzled his nose into her neck, breathing her scent in deeply and pressing his lips against her throbbing throat. Armin sighed against her, at the delicious little kisses he had been missing for too many months now and gripped Annie’s back, never wanting to let go. Her bite made him falter, made his grip on her loosen and Armin chuckled deeply again, about to tell her he loved her and would never leave her side again, about to take those sweet lips when suddenly Annie was gone.
Armin’s eyes snapped towards the two blockheads and he was about to throw a punch when suddenly Historia’s arms wrapped around his outstretched arm.
“Armin!” She hissed, ignoring the other men and tugging on his arm until Armin finally looked down at her.
“What’s going on? You’re not about to start a fight are you?” Historia pressed her chest into his arm, bending slightly to expose more of her cleavage. She had lost it at the smug look the other woman had gave her, as she pressed kisses all over Armin. As if she had a right to. Historia hated it. Hated hearing Armin’s laugh more, because it was so much more real than any of the laughs he had with them. Of the huge grin that had just been on Armin’s face.
“Who is she?” Historia urged again, even as Ymir pushed herself in front of them, giving Historia and Armin some space and rolling her eyes at the men. She recognized them alright.
“In your dreams.” Ymir told Reiner and glared down at the three of them.
“Historia...” Armin tried pulling his arm out from her grasp but Historia wasn’t having it. Gripping her nails into his skin and holding on. Armin could have yanked it off but then he would be hurting her and he couldn’t do that. Instead he glared over the females heads at the two men.
“You two again. Of course I should have known. That’s two beatings I’m going to give you Reiner. Keep giving her drugs and I’ll put you under. And you?” Armin turned to face Hoover. “Don’t talk to her like that, she’s no fool just because she wants to be with me.” Armin struggled again, trying to get to Annie but Historia and Ymir weren’t budging.
Armin growled low, his eyes brightening until only shades of ocean blues filled his gaze. “Annie I’ll stay, I’m not going anywhere. But you better rein in your boys or else.” Armin showed his teeth, smiling at the boys and daring them to do something.
“Matter of fact come on, let’s go outside. I have scores to settle.”
“Armin! Stop just stop!” Historia pleaded, trying to push him back but the man barely budge. She glared back at the female, at the infamous Annie and knew this was all her fault.
Her blue eyes sparked towards the men, recognizing them as well. “What are you waiting for?” She all but screamed. “Take her away already! God! Ymir help me?”
Ymir turned and grabbed Armin’s other hand, managing to pull him back a few steps. Ignoring his attempts to shove her off. “Come on Arlert, you were right, this party stinks. Let’s go home.”
“Ymir and Historia.” Armin all but growled their names, causing the blonde to finch and Ymir to roll her eyes. “Stop pushing me.” He threatened and turned back to face the three of them.
“They’re my friends, just like your boyfriends.” Armin snapped, still very jealous over how close and possessive the boys were of Annie.
“Annie talk to them?” His voice softened, his eyes searching hers. He gave Annie another smile, trying to tell her with his eyes that he was still there. Still with her. “I’ll talk to the girls. Then we can talk alone? Either way I’m not leaving. Understood?” He glared down at the two woman still trying to push him back and then at Annie’s boys.
“After all I have a date.” He showed Reiner his teeth, wanting to tear into the man for yet again fucking with Annie and with Hoover because he just couldn’t stand the man’s face. It would please him if it was all bloodied and lumpy.
Armin winked at Annie and led the woman out of the room, grabbing his drink as well because he would be needing it for all the talking he would be giving them.
