((Post Fire, Lu's in a coma. @jewel, Azalea (if you want to))) William sat down next to his mother's bed, with his toddler sister in his arms, rocking her as she slept. His mother had been in a coma since the fire. She hadn't woken up, moved or done anything. She had brain activity and she was breathing, but shallow, which meant she had been put on a respirator. Her brain had haemorrhaged when she fell and the burns had caused her body to go into shock, so it was just a question of waiting for her to wake up. William hoped it would be soon, but every time he looked at his mother, he worried even more. All she did was sleep. William had come each day, stayed with his mother for hours and talked to her, read her stories and told her about what was going on. He would come with Selena. He never let her out of his sight, especially when it was because he dropped her that his mum was in a coma, at least that's how he saw it. He focused all his attention on raising his baby sister till his mum woke up and he knew that MK probably wouldn't like that he was devoting all of his time and energy to his sister. He felt guilty for dropping his sister, which caused his mum to have to go and get her. William looked over at his mother and sighed. She had a few bad burns on her arms, which were covered in bandages and her face was scared a little. Her head was bandaged up, but her red hair still fell around the bandage. She was in a hospital robe, her clothes she had been brought in were in the bin because they were torn, bloody and burnt. His mother was under some hospital blankets and she lay with her arms on either side of her with IV tubes in her arms. She had on a respirator around her mouth and nose. Her bed was raised a little, so she was sitting up slightly, but not enough to make her seem uncomfortable. William lay Selena down in her pram and covered her with the blanket he had brought for her. She snuggled her favourite toy, an old bear that was Lu's when she was young, and continued to sleep. William went back to his seat and started to talk to his mum. "I've contacted a few builders and found the best deal, they are going to start rebuilding the house. I've told them that we need a large living room, large kitchen and dining room. I also told them we need a master bedroom with en-suite for you. A room for Jewel and Westly. A room for MK and me, when I'm home from University. A room for Riley and Cameron, when Riley comes back that is. I'll tell you about that in a moment. A room for Selena. A room for Jewel's baby. A play room for the little ones that also has a games station. Two bathrooms, with the amount of people we have, one upstairs and one down. They said they'd do one or two spare rooms for us as well, to even it out and a few hall closest as they were sure we'd need them. They said the basement would be the starting point, as it was a good structure. The back garden is fine, a little scorched, but the shed with the underground armoury is fine. You were smart for putting it out there." William explained to his mother, going into detail about what he had told the builder, who said that they would do it as soon as they could. "Now, on to Riley. He got so miffed - that's the nice way of saying it as I know you hate me swearing - about what Graham did." William never called Graham Granddad as he wasn't one to him. "He got so riled up and hated that he had gotten away that he ran off, taking all the gang from the city three towns over and went after him. I don't know when he'll be back, but I know he's gone for blood. He wants him dead. He said he wants him dead because he came for you, for us and he could have hurt us more than he did. He could have killed Lena or Cameron if he had been there and that's why Riley has ran off." William told his mum and she didn't move even a little bit. She just kept on breathing, with a little help from the machine. William sighed. ///\\\ Westly sighed as he looked at his mauled face. He looked down at his shirtless body and half of it was burnt just like his face. He was healing, but the fire had been bad. It was going to take him a few weeks, if not a month to be back to how he was. Right now, he looked like burnt food. Wrinkly, red and sore to the touch. He hated to be seen. He put on a long sleeved shirt and jumper. He put his hood up, it was a big hood and covered most of his face and he put his hands in his pockets. Westly left the apartment he had gone back to after the fire, he hated to be seen and so went back to his old apartment. Westly got into his beat up old Volvo and drove over to the infirmary to see Lu. She took the hardest hit out of all of them. He wished that she would wake up. She would tell him what to do about his face. Probably telling him he's being idiotic and that he would get better. He went up to her room, nodded at Will who smiled back and he sat down on the other side of her bed. He held her hand with his good hand and rubbed her palm. "I wish you would wake up Lu, we all need you back." He told his oldest friend. "Have you seen Jewel?" William asked. "Not really, I'd hate for her to see me like this." Westly admitted as he unconsciously moved his hood more to cover his face. The bad side of his face covered in darkness. "Any news from Riley?" William shook his head. "No, last I heard from him he was close, about a mile or so away." William admitted. "When does the doctor come around?" Westly asked. "Soon." William sighed as he looked at his comatose mother.

Jewel had been working with Lupita's patients since she fell in a coma. And everytime she was alone, she cried. Bawled.
McKinley had been freaking out in te middle of the night. The fire reminded her too much of what happened when she was ten.
Westly had been avoiding her since the fire. She wanted him to be by her side, considering that she was four and a half weeks pregnant.
And, of course, her sister and best friend was in a coma.
But as Jewel slowed her crying, she couldn't help but be thankful. Lupita had a good chance of overcoming the coma; she wasn't dead. Westly was still alive, as well. And the house can be rebuilt.
Thank God.
Currently, Jewel picked McKinley up, who was scouting the borders. The young girl jumped in the bed of the pick-up, watching the woods vigilantly for any intruders as the traveled to the infirmary. Although Jewel wasn't Lupita's doctor for this injury, both females wanted to visit the woman who had been there for them.
Once there, they opened the door to Lu's room to find no change in the Beta's health, Will and Westly crowded around her, and Lena playing in her pen.
"Hey," mother and daughter said at the same time. Jewel stepped forward so that McKinley could close the door.
Jewel looked towards Westly happily, yet curiously. Why was he wearing a long-sleeved shirt and hood in the infirmary? It was eighty degrees in here. It was too hot for any of that. And why was he half in the shadows?
But she didn't care either way. She was happy that Westly was here. He hadn't felt Thea kick yet.
Though right now, she just wanted to see Lu.
MK and Jewel walked forward silently, claiming a spot on the edge of the hospital bed. Jewel took one of Lu's hands in both of hers. "Hey," she repeated to her sister, but she knew that her greeting fell on deaf ears.

Westly shrank back more into his hood when Jewel turned up. He hated the idea of Jewel seeing his like this. He hated for her to see him so messed up and vulnerable when he was the strong one for her. He hated that he was away from her especially when she was pregnant, but he really did hate the way he looked. He might sound shallow, but well...whatever.
William smiled at his aunt, but the smile didn't reach his eyes and he looked at MK. He felt bad that he hadn't really spent time with her, but his sister needed him and it was his fault that she was being raised by him at the moment with their mother in a coma and one of her fathers on a revenge hunt.
William watched as Jewel picked up one of his mother's hands, but he knew that no reaction would come from her. She was gone to the world. She wouldn't wake up. She wouldn't be talking back any time soon and it amazed Will how much he missed his mother's voice. He missed her yelling at him to go to school or take out the trash or to take Lena to the park. He missed her laughing with him and telling him stories of her and his father. He missed her so much.
"Hi." He replied and sighed as he looked at his mum. He ran his hand through his hair and rubbed his eyes from the tiredness. Selena had been a little restless for the last few nights. Selena woke up, screaming and crying and Will got up to pick her up. He hugged her to him and hushed her as he rocked back and forth with her in his arms. He rocked his sister gently, kissing her forehead and calming her down.
She settled eventually and looked up to her brother. He had taught her how to talk, she could say a good few words and she smiled at her brother. "Will...I want mama." Selena mumbled to her brother. Will nodded to her and lay her down next to their mother. Selena cuddled up to her mother's arm and looked up at her. Lena touched her mother's face and sighed when she felt warm, but not hot.
"Where's the doctor?" Westly asked behind his hidden hood.
"Coming." Will said. "She'll be here soon."

Angus was cold.
So much was going on in his life. Two of his children had gone missing. He was dealing with the Nightstar. Gail and Orfeo. Suki. The outsiders, Ryan's drugs, everything was just crashing down everywhere and he was unable to control any of it anymore. Then his family. Dear gods, his family was a hot mess and all over the place. He couldn't even keep it all in one piece honestly and it was making him mad. He couldn't even begin to put all the pieces together in his mind and things were just wrong. He was doing it all alone too. Both beta's in the Hospital. No Head Warrior, Quinn was all over the place, and Eliora had enough on her hands.
He was alone. Decoii was no help. Everything he was doing with the pack was all him and he was throwing so much weight around that he couldn't even see if he was hitting anything. He was blind, though that would be a poor choice of wording since one of his missing children was blind. He still couldn't see anything that was going on, it was just overwhelming to him.
He took a deep breath as he pulled the keys out of the ignition. His eyes cast over to his mother who sat in the passenger seat. She hadn't wanted to come here. She didn't feel like she belonged, largely because she wasn't 'apart of the family.' Maria's family included her children, her grandchildren, and her mate. To her? Something about being with Lupita's family made her feel...uncomfortable. Like she didn't belong there. After all, it was her half brother that was the link between the two families. A half-brother she had never known existed. Their families were never meant to interact, at least, that's what she had been trained to believe. Her mother was one hell of a bitch. That's how Angus convinced her to come here in the first place.
Angus smiled at her, but even Maria knew it was forced. She didn't know her son that well, having missed twenty three years of his life, but she knew that he wasn't well. She placed a gentle hand on his shoulder, rubbing it slightly before she opened the door to the truck. Angus was the next one to follow suit.
Boots tapped against the ground as the female walked down the hallway. Per usual, she held files in her hand and a bag in the other. Her white hair swished back and forth as she took the hall at her typical fast, steady pace. To any by passer, it would be as if it were any other day. Suki was known for walking the halls at random, never truly seeming to be doing anything there other than checking in with nurses or gathering some sort of material. Hell, she would sometimes seem to just come to look around for a bit before walking out. She was never without a file or her bag though, and that was her staple that made everything normal. The difference today was that she had a patient.
A very important patient, apparently.
Lupita Igraine Fiorenza Everett. The Beta of Angus, and his cousin. She'd already given her preliminary treatments. This was simply ensuring that she was stable. After all, she had been there when they pulled them all out. She was the most level headed doctor at the time, Jewel having been capable but she was too attached to the situation. Though Lupita was currently stable, everything was far from fine. Testing confirmed that she inhaled traces of silver, which would slow her healing considerably. This wasn't good considering the extent of her injuries.
She was slowly beginning to develope a hematoma- a blood clot underneath the skull that was caused by the hemorrhage. This was revealed in the CT scan, and wasn't exactly a good indicator. Thankfully, there wouldn't be surgery needed as long as it didn't reach an inch. They would have to monitor it, closely- even if she wasn't fond of moving Lupita in this state. The actually injury to her skull wasn't too bad...relatively. Her skull was cracked, yeah, but it could be worse.
She knocked on the door, simply to encourage anyone close to the door to move, before she walked in. The first thing she did, was go directly to Lupita. She was checking the machines, took a few notes. In fact, she didn't even look at anyone in the room at first. She didn't acknowledge them, but rather set to work. She checked the bandages, affirming that they were still good for the moment. She pulled back Lupita's eyelid, checking her eyes and nodding. It was only after all this was done that she turned to all of them, writing in her files.
"Who will be speaking on her behalf for procedures, medications, etc?" She asked, glancing up at them and looking between them all. "Just want to get that out of the way before anything else is done. Nothing was said at an earlier date, so I assume you all were deciding. Has there been a choice made?"
Straight to business. What else was new?

William looked up as the doctor walked in and he'd heard around, well more like checked up on the doctor who was taking care of his mother and found out that her name was Suki. He knew that she knew his cousin, who he thought of as his uncle, because she arrived at the house with his uncle when the fire happened.
He looked up at her when she came in, hope glinted in his eyes and he moved out of the way so that she can get to his mother. He wanted to know what was going on and what they were going to do.
"Me, I'm her son. I'll be dealing with her procedures, medications and all of that." William told the doctor as he stood at the foot of his mother's bed.
"What's the course of action then Doctor? I know she's got burnt arms and then there is her cracked skull, but why does she need the ventilator? Is something wrong with her lungs? When will she wake up?" William asked and he was getting a little nuts with the questions.

Jewel ouldn't help but feel like she did something wrong when Westly shrank away from her. She wanted to know why.
But this feeling was very weak compared to the despair and hope that was galloping through her like a cattle stampede at the sight of her sister. If she wasn't on the respirator that was helping her breathe, there was a chance that Lupita's shallow breath would be still.
As McKinley watched Selena cozy up to Lupita, she couldn't help but think it was a sad sight. Her cousin/sister-in-law was seeking comfort from her mother, but received none. Of course, McKinley knew why. But didn't still thought it was sad nonetheless.
MK scootched closer to the little girl to comb her fingers through her hair. She vaguely remembered her biological mother doing this to calm her, and so she hoped that it would help with Selena as well.
When Suki arrived, Jewel only gave her co-Healer a "Morning." She would have said "Good morning" or "Bonjour", but Jewel didn't feel like it was a happy morning. Her sister was lying on a hospital cot, so still that she could be passed for dead. Not to mention she was close to tears.
"Calm down, Willy," MK said soothingly, looking at him from her perch. "I'm sure Suki's got it taken care of."

Suki simply nodded at Jewel's greeting, giving none of her own- by some people's standards. To her own standards, that nod was her greeting. She was known to nod to people in greeting, but she had no doubts that Jewel would take it in a rude manner considering the fact that no one here really knew her for sure. Most people here only knew her vaguely, and though Jewel might understand that as her greeting from anytime they might have crossed one another in the halls of the infirmary. So, Suki had no problems nodding to her, but she wasn't sure how it would be taken. In the end, it truly didn't matter because she had one job here, and that wasn't to make her feel okay. That was to make her patient better.
She was tempted to tell William to keep his questions to one at a time, but she didn't bother. She didn't want the drama that came with that, which would eventually just draw the entire process out longer than it needed to be. She was just going to get right to the point like she had done before.
"Full name, for the record." She stated, looking directly at him now. Her gaze was like sitting under a microscope, it always was. Largely because once she locked onto a person and she was doing something, she never looked away unless it was to write something down. And so, she waited until his name was given before she went and rattled off everything about what was wrong with her. She would look to the databases of the pack for any other required information, most healers had access to it in the instance of an emergency like this. They contained any previous medical information that would be important, as well as the important facts about the person.
"Lupita is presently on a respirator due to tracings of silver that were found in her system. From the findings, it suggests airborne. It's a less common method than usual, but I'll assume that it was done through forms of extract. To avoid most of the more science related information, I'll just simply say that what was used to create the fire was laced with tracings of silver that then went into the air via the smoke. I would suggest that each person that was in the fire goes to a doctor to get themselves checked- especially if you've been having any form of chest pain, problems breathing, sinus problems, or issues with your sight. Alpha Angus has been treated for this already."
She remembered how Angus ran into the house, thinking that they were still inside. Suki had followed him in after all, but after they couldn't find them on the main floor, the house had already advanced to a level where they risked having it crash down on them if they were inside. As such, the two left the home. (Just going over what I planned to happen in Fire with those two. I don't know if I'm going to reply to it.) The two of them had been exposed to it as a result, and it was very slow acting. In fact, Angus had the reaction on the way back to his home and that's what made Suki realize what had happened. Of course, his reaction was more violent than she imagined any of them having.
"So, to help her breathing, she was placed on it. Not to mention, those who are in coma's generally require one regardless. Thankfully she's stable, the silver is the only issue that put her in need of a respirator."
She flipped a page before looking back up to William. "As for her skull, she has a closed linear fracture. Thankfully for her, these will usually heal up on their own given that there are no complications. No surgery required- generally. However, upon going through a CT scan, it was found, it would appear that some of the blood was trapped with the hemorrhage. Not a lot, so far. However, if there is some bleeding that we didn't realize, then this hematoma might grow larger. If it grows to be an inch in size, then we will have to preform surgery. It puts pressure against the brain, which can be bad for the patient. This alone increases her possibility for stroke greatly down the road."
She set the file down on the bed, not even looking at it right now, keeping her eyes on Will. "We'll be keeping an eye on it. I can't tell you when she'll be waking up either. Any doctor who ever gives you an estimate on this sort of thing is a liar- no one can predict the length of a coma and I'm not about to give you false hope. I will only provide facts. I'm not worried about her burns, as once we clear the silver from her system, we should be able to get her natural healing processes to take care of them."
She crossed her arms, leaning back on her feet. "The main thing is getting the silver out of her system. When she was put under my care, I put her on blood pressure medication. This was an emergency decision. I would like permission to continue. This is to lower her blood pressure and hopefully prevent the hematoma from growing. Originally this was to control the bleeding of the hemorrhage. Secondly, I intend to put her on a regiment of anti-biotics and pain killers. As for treatment for her lungs, we have multiple options that can be used that might work with the proper supplements."
She stopped there, waiting for William to say something. She said all of that without really stopping for anyone to speak, and so, she was waiting for it to sink in. Let them figure out and decide everything.
Around that time, Angus and Maria had just gotten the room number from one of the nurses and were on their way up to Lupita's room. Angus knew that Suki was her doctor, but he wasn't particularly pleased about the entire issue. He didn't like her dealing with anyone in the pack, honestly. However, she was the best healer that they had as of currently, so there was little to be done other than that. She had to help. He just didn't have to like it.

Will knew that he was going overboard with the questions, but this was his mother and he was so worried about her. He just wanted his mum back and he wanted this nightmare to be over. Why was that man still alive? He questioned it all the time. William knew vaguely of this woman in front of him, but he didn’t know much about her and apparently, neither did a lot of others, but he knew that she was the best and so he needed her.
When she asked for his full name, he mentally slapped himself. “Oh, I’m so sorry, where are my manners? I’m William Everett-Roberts, Lupita’s eldest.” He told the doctor and he knew he should have said his name first, but he worried so much about his mum.
When the doctor started to talk about what was going on with his mother, he listened and he thanked that his family was a medical based one because now he knew what she was talking about. William sighed when the doctor started talking about silver in the air. It didn’t surprise him, it seemed like something that Graham would do, just to be sure that they died, but luckily they seemed to be ok, well they will be once mum is awake.
“We all got seen to after the fire. We’re ok and mum shielded Lena, mum took the worst of it all.” William admitted to her. He knew what Silver could do, that was why she wasn’t healing as fast as she should, the silver was making it hard for her body to do that.
“So, once the silver is out of her system, do you think she will start healing completely?” William asked her as he took a quick glance back to his mother. Then the doctor went back to talking about his mum and this time, it was about her head and this was the thing that was keeping her asleep. He knew about the haemorrhage and he hoped the blood clot would not get any bigger. He nodded at what she was saying and knew that they would have to thin his mother’s blood with something like warfarin.
“Ok,” Was all the barely said when Suki said she had no idea when he mum would wake up and he sighed at the idea of her staying asleep like this. He agreed that they had to get the silver out as fast as possible and he nodded to Suki when she wanted to keep her on the medication she had started with. “That’s fine, something like Warfarin?” He asked when it came to thinning her blood. “Just, continue to do what you think is best, I trust you.” William told the doctor. If the doctor had been able to get rid of the silver in his cousin, then he trusted that she could do it with his mum.
“I agree we have to thin her blood and I agree the most important thing is getting rid of the silver.” William agreed and nodded to the doctor to do as she saw fit. The best they could do was hope that his mother would make it through this without having to have major surgery.

((Just to warn you, Writers Block is killing me, so this reply will be a piece of crap on rye.))
Jewel chocked back a lump of tears. She knew that there was no definate time span for a patient to wake up from a coma, but hearing that there was no certainty when it came to her sister made her want to bawl.
Or it could be the pregnancy hormones acting up again.
She reached for Westly's left hand, wanting comfort at the least.
The silver ... Jewel growled almost inaudibly. She wouldn't put it past her sperm donor to pull a horrid stunt like that. And she wondered exactly what her nephew wanted to know: would she start healing once the silver was out? Or would it still be an unknown territory?
After the silver, both McKinley and Jewel blanked out. All they could do and were currently doing was staying in the sidelines until everything on the medicine was taken care of.

Suki jotted down his name as soon as he said it, nodding to herself at it.
To be honest? She didn't care about the rest of what he said. She had merely suggested getting checked out. If they were all good? Good for them! They weren't her patients. In fact, they were lucky she was so willing to pick up the case. She normally only worked with the defected, those who don't have much research done on their condition. She's worked with many different types of shifting issues, many different types of shifters, she's studied the specifics of the shift itself. It was fascinating to her. Cases like this were routine. Well, they weren't 'routine' but the were common. There was nothing new to be found, nothing new to be tested and seen. As a scientist, that was her goal. As a doctor though, she knew that she was the best chance for the girl out of the entire pack.
"I think that once the silver is flushed out, things will begin to get better. Coma's are strange things. Even if she 'comes out of it' there's the possibility that she'll never be like she was again. I'm saying this plainly because I don't believe in bullshitting you guys. She can come out with all assortments of mental issues. Even if there's no mental issues, a coma almost always causes some sort of issue. Whether this is cognitive or psychological, it is what will generally happen. I'll form a list of possible effects to watch for once she wakes, when she does." She figured that having such a list would be good for them so that they knew what to watch for or expect.
"Warfarin is an option, and most likely the one that I will keep her on for now. However, her lungs are our main worry now. If we want the silver out quickly, something must be done with them. I believe that hyperbaric oxygen therapy would be beneficial in this situation. Overall, I don't see any cons to this other than moving her to the chamber itself. It should be able to help us treat her silver and promote healing, as well as encourage her body to fight off the silver. I'll be administering some antibiotics, as well as testing small bits of...other medications to see if this can promote any other effect of her body fighting it off."
She said other medications like she didn't want to specify them. She said it slowly, and that was the first time during this entire conversation that she sounded unsure of herself. It wasn't like she truly gave them a chance to reply though. No, she wouldn't dare give them that after telling them that. She needed to clear certain information before she did that.
"Now, I do have a small inquiry. Your cousin, Alpha Angus, has a certain allerg-"
Angus opened the door, followed by a rather irritated looking Maria. Angus himself looked pissed. The two of them had heard what Suki was saying, and to say the least? Neither of them were very pleased at what they were hearing. They didn't hear any of the medical stuff, but they did hear the talk about what was clearly going to be talking about his allergy. The only people in the room that would know of that were Suki, Angus, and Maria. Lupita knew, but, well, she was in a coma.
"I'll answer that." He growled lowly. "No, she doesn't have it."
"That comes from his father, so back it off, mad scientist."
Suki looked toward the new comer's, lifting her eyebrow and cracking a smirk. They were an amusing pair, honestly. In her eyes at least. She shrugged her shoulders, figuring it didn't matter. The other medication would still be tested in very small amounts. She wanted to see if it had any effect on other shifters and their reaction toward silver in their system. After all, it helped Angus' cells completely be blocked off from any silver particles and eventually reject them from his body. She wanted to see if it did something similar with someone else. Lupita was a cousin, meaning she shared some of his make up and might have a similar reaction.
"Very well."
For most of them? This would only be the second time that they saw Angus' mother, but her appearance was always striking, in a way. After all, she looked like a mangled animal. Hair was still missing from the top corner of her temple where the scar started, the same scar that mangled the entire side of her face. Her neck was still scarred to hell and back, but they weren't as angry as before. They had calmed in their redness but they were still ugly and distracted from what looked like would have been good looks based on the other side of her face. Unlike Westly, she didn't hide it.
No, Maria proudly showed it, it seemed. She had her hair pulled back. Sure, she used to hide them with her hair as best as she could, but she didn't care anymore. It was a testament to her strength. Sure, these wounds killed her, but come on. Whoever killed her got one hell of a fight if she was still kicking with all of these wounds before she finally bled out? Suki herself said, once she was put under an x-ray, that her skull had been bashed in where her scar starts at her temple. She was fighting with damage to the brain and blind there. Suki had actually went through and pieced together the order of her wounds based on some mummbo-jumbo factors. All Maria knew was that she fought hard, and these scars proved that she was willing to do it again.
Angus looked at everyone before looking to Lupita and taking a deep breath. "What happened in there?" He asked bluntly. He had no clue what caused the fire, hell, neither Suki nor himself knew. They were just working with what they did know.

Will realised quite quickly that Suki was more interested in just telling him the facts, fixing his mum and spending as little time with them, but then that was probably how she was and William didn’t mind as long as the doctor fixed his mum. Will knew that when it came to getting this silver out of his mum, it was something that needed to be done quickly and the sooner it was done, the sooner his mother would start to heal herself.
Silver was something that was bad for lungs and now that it was in his mother’s lungs, he knew that they needed to get it out as soon as they could, but when the doctor said that there was a possibility his mother would never be the same he started to worry. He wondered what his mother would turn out to be like once she woke up and he wondered mostly, when would she wake up?
Mental issues? ‘Oh god’ he thought and he hated the idea of his mum having problems. ‘What if she couldn’t walk? Or talk properly? Or forgot them for a little while? What could happen to her?’ He wondered as he looked at his mother, who’s chest was the only thing that was moving when it came to her. She hadn’t moved in ages.
“What-? Um, what type of issues are we talking about? What side effects could there be?” William asked and now he worried. He just wanted his mother alive and well, but it seemed that something would happen to her, something would affect her. She wasn’t going to just be able to walk away from this.
Will nodded at what Suki was saying when it came to the medication that she wanted his mother to be on. “Alright, that seems like a good idea.” He wanted this silver out of his mother because then she would start healing faster and he wondered about all these medications that would be pumped through his mother. When she started asking about Angus and said something about and allergy, Will wondered what she was talking about, but before he could ask, Angus walked in and he looked pissed. It seemed he was very protective of his allergy.
“Allergy?” Will asked. “Mum doesn’t have any allergies.” Will told the doctor. He looked over at his great aunt and realised that she was not a woman to mess with, but then again so was Angus. Suki seemed to be thinking over what Angus had growled at her, must be some allergy, he thought.
“Hi Aunt Maria and Uncle Angus, thanks for coming. Mum would love the fact you are here.” Will told his family and what he is saying was true. He knew his mother loved her cousin, Angus, and she would love that he was here for her because she was very close to her cousin. He also knew that his mother really wanted to work on making a relationship with her aunt Maria, so she would love that she was here.
When Angus brought up the fire and asked what had happened in there, Will shuddered at the memory and looked at his mother before looking back at his cousin. “Well, we were all in the living room, just talking and hanging out when mum swore that she heard something, but before she could do anything about it, there was a alcohol bomb thrown into the house. That must have been where the silver came from and more quickly followed. The front of the house was up in smoke, we couldn’t get out and so mum told me to grab Selena and go. I got to the kitchen with Lena to find that half of the kitchen was in flames too and then there was a blast, I got knocked over and Lena went flying out of my arms.” William recalled and then it got hazy for him, so Westly stepped in.
“Lu, Riley and I followed, but we did try to find an exit and there was nothing. When we got into the kitchen, Lu realised the only safe place was the basement as she had reinforced it when her wolf went a little nuts and when Will had his first few shifts. It was air tight and could protect us. She saw Will on the floor, half-awake from the blast and told Riley and I to get him downstairs. Lu went to save Selena and when she got Lena, there was a blast from the living room and Lu shielded Selena from it. Lu told Lena to go down the stairs, I heard that much and Lu must have shut the door, but then she collapsed and fell down the stairs. Her arms were burnt, she was barely breathing and her head was so bad. We covered it the best we could and did what we could till the fire had subsided enough and we could get out. We got Lu to the hospital and the rest of us were fixed up too. You know the rest.” Westly told them and still hid his face.
“I had a mild concussion.” William told Angus. “Selena had a cut on her forehead and she was tested for the silver because other than mum she was subjected to the fire the most, but she was ok, she breathed in from mum’s clothes so she was ok. Westly –”
“I got burnt a little and am healing.” Westly interrupted.
“And Riley walked away okay actually. A little pissed, but healthy, I mean he had a few cuts from glass, but he was ok and has gone after who did this.” William told them and Selena sat up looking at the people who were a part of her family. She was sitting next to her mother on the bed and looked up at them. Her cut was almost fully healed and she was ok otherwise. William just had a little bit of memory loss and Westly was scarred. Only person who got hit badly was Lu.
