(It is important to note that this is simply a rough guideline in order to help others get a grasp on the area before posting here.)
The Deadlands:
The Deadlands:
The Deadlands are everything that you'd imagine a true rogue territory to be.
Here, is the most dangerous area of the country. Consuming most of the area surrounding the New Dawn, the Nightstar, and the Neutral territory, it makes these locations to be the calm in the middle of a storm. The Deadlands themselves, on the other hand, are a battle ground for rogues. Here, every rogue fights for every little scrap that they have. Power struggles happen constantly, and shifter crimes are within the thousands. There is little to no safe place to hide here, unless you happen to be in good with a group that currently holds some form of power.
There are some small territories that come and go- usually in the form of small bands of rogues trying to find a place to be safe for just a little bit. However, there have been no successful, long term, pack territories to pop up in the area other than the New Dawn and the Nightstar. The Nightstar being a location that was wrestled away from the rogues after their revival, considering this area was not like this during the time of their death. The New Dawn being powerful enough and smart enough to hold it's own for as long as it had.
The power struggle is so constant that most groups that come up are crushed quickly.
Due to the area itself, most of the people that live here don't stay in one place for long unless they have a foothold in the power struggle and might be able to make a name for themselves. They're hostile and hardened, most likely vary wary of anyone- let alone anyone that smells like pack. Many are involved in some form of illegal activity, but this doesn't mean that they all are. There are a number of people who would wish death on packs, and as such, it can be a hostile area for pack members in general. They do not take kindly to any 'rogue' who took the offer of the New Dawn either, in most cases. As with anything though, this is not across the board.
For the Nightstar, they are to the East and west of this territory. It's Northern border is shared with unnamed packs and uninhabitable areas. It's southern boarder is with the New Dawn. South-western borders are shared with the Neutral territory.
The Neutral territory is surrounded on the Western side by this area, this includes the North-west, and south west, as well as a bit of south and north.

The Inhabitants:
The species here are varied, as there are no packs in the area. Anything really goes for these people, including who lives here. Most of the time, you'll find creatures that fit into human society. However, venturing into the forests, fields, or similar uninhabited areas might bring people across other creatures of the world that aren't as open due to the nature of what they are. The Borders:
This area surrounds the New Dawn to the South-west, south, south-east, east, and north-east.
The Land:
It is too varied to truly cover. Everything from desert to mountains, forests to ice fields in the north, lakes, and even a coast line. There is little that you won't find here as the entire territory stretches to the Western Coast line, curving South along the way. As such, there is little that isn't covered in the area. It just depends on how far out you go. The closest areas to the Neutral, New Dawn, and Nightstar packs are forests and fields, in the North-east there are more snowy landscapes that many packs simply don't want to claim due to lack of anything truly out there worth a damn.
