He didn't want to do this either.
Yet here he was, doing it anyway.
Angus sat down at the small cafe type place, a coffee in hand and a book tucked underneath his arm. Having already arranged things with the owners here, the place was shut down for the day and completely open to just pack members. He knew that it was probably for the best, but that didn't mean he wanted to do it. After all, what pack didn't know one of their Alpha's? So, he felt obligated to at least meet all the people he could. That didn't mean that he would be here more often, the Alpha Female made her stance on it all fairly clear. She didn't want him here.
Yet, here he was. He knew that connecting with the pack was better than simply never showing his face around. So, he was once again, doing his duty. How life loved to mess up the good things that he had, no matter how rare they were. So, he waited for someone to show up. It was a sip of some coffee and reading that he was enjoying right now. The air-conditioning was beyond nice, it was almost heavenly. Not too hot, and not too cold. He knew that he shouldn't get too use too it, but he was soaking it up anyway.
"When are they going to be here? I contacted them through the pack link." He stated to himself.

Decoii ~
She stood there, in front of the stupid Café like place, and glared. Once again, it wasn't anything personal, just the introduction, setting things up, trying to juggle all the lose ends that Talon left... It was annoying. Still, taking a break from it all she decided to go and join this sort of 'introduction' Angus had set up with the pack. Even though she already knew him and wasn't really looking forward to the whole re-introduction, she wanted to be a family face for her pack.
So she put aside whatever complains she tried coming up with and came here. The sun was hot and she preferred not to be outside at this time of day. Still, her current attire, no matter how much skin was exposed did nothing to keep her cooler. She wore a pair of tight faded jean short shorts, and a baggy stripped black and white tank top. Her hair was up in a messy bun and she wore a pair of black heels. When Decoii slipped into the café, she was grateful that Angus had chosen a place with air conditioner. At last, he did something right in her mind.
But instead of commenting on the nice place he'd chosen, she heard him talking to himself, and preferred to comment on that instead, "Talking to yourself, eh? I knew there was something wrong with you. Sign one of the seven signs of an insane man. You're well on your way." She smirked at him before turning her attention to the room.

Ariella was kind of iffy about meeting her Alphas in a public place. She would meet her father in a public place, sure, but not these two people, whoever they were. So far as Ariella was concerned, they weren't to be trusted. "Stick with me, kids." She huddled her kids closer, and James stuck to her like pine sap.
She'd got the pack link, and was now opening the door to the cafe she had pulled up in front of. Seeing two people sitting at a table, she decided to sit 2 tables across from them, keeping her distance. James and Rosalina stuck by her, while Hayden decided it was polite to just go up and introduce himself. "Uh, h-hi... I-I'm... I'm Hayden..."
At that, Ariella stood up and said "Pardon my son, sir and ma'am. He knows he shouldn't talk to strangers, but you know... kids these days..." Ariella laughed, though fake, trying to lighten the mood. As she walked away, she realized something: she'd known those two people... she could trust them...
"Oh, my God, you guys! I totally didn't recognize the two of you! Though Decoii's remark - ye I heard it, glass doesn't always block out sound, you know - was a dead give away, or should have been. God, I'm an idiot!" Ariella slammed her head down on the table a few times before a waitress came over and asked her "Miss, are you okay? Can I get you anything?" to which she replied "My sanity... and a vanilla chai latte with an espresso shot... please..." The waitress nodded and walked away without another word.

Ventia moved through her home, she was tired having stayed late at the pack house at her office and going over paper work, and barely having any sleep througout the night. Yawning as she moved passed the kitchen, she resisted the urge to make herself a coffee since the meeting was at a Café. She considered it a meeting, she wasn't keen on meeting the new Alpha Male and didn't care for introductions. If it was up to her, she'll would have loved to stayed in the sidelines, help the pack the best she could and never meet the old lad.
She was glad that she missed him the day he came, rumors of the arrogant and charming male swept through the walls of the packhouse but Ventia didn't care for that. Or him. To be honest, Ventia didn't like the guy. It was unusual seeing as she hadn't even met him but still, she did not like him. It was a feeling that she got, and she trusted her gut feelings. She just hoped she didn't kill the poor old chap before he talked.
Dressed in some sweats, a tank top, her combat boots and her black leather jacket, Ventia realized she was dressed all in black besides for the white shirt she had on. Rolling her eyes at her reflection in the mirror, Ventia blew out the annoying bangs from her white face, her grey eyes heated with annoyance. She hated interacting with people, the only person who got a conversation out of her was Decoil. Her Alpha. She didn't consider the new guy her Alpha, she wouldn't. He was just some dude to her.
Driving in her black mustang to the Café, Ventia listened to Guns and Roses and tapped her fingers to the drums rhythm. A few songs later, Ventia pulled into the parking lot, noticed some familiar figures already inside the Café and got out, cutting the engine with a scowl. Moving toward the door, Ventia pushed her long ass hair over her shoulder and opened the door.

Quite honestly, Bean was a little aprehensive about all of this. She still wasn't used to having a stranger as an Alpha, but it would probably be best for her to play nice. For now. If something happened, she wouldn't be afraid to let out her mean side. Word had it that the new Alpha was a rogue, but she wasn't too sure.
After driving to the coffeeshop, Bean parked in the front and headed inside. "Hi Ventia," she said. It was a little surprising to see so few people there, but she paid it no attention. "Hey! Long time no see!" she said to Ariella and Decoii. She eyed the other guy warily. "..hi. I'm assuming you're the new Alpha?"
Bean took a seat at a table in between the two groups and waited for someone to take her order. When a waitress came, she ordered a mocha with whipped cream. She relaxed in her chair, glad that she had decided to wear her soft purple hoodie and a pair of jeans.

Angus cast a look over to Decoii and was about to retorted when a rather...eccentric young woman walked in with her four children. He smiled at the child, a true and honestly genuine smile. "Hey Hayden, it's nice to meet you. I'm Angus." He said with a grin, leaving out the Alpha part. Although it was true, he considered it almost rude to be calling himself that before they got to know him. He addressed himself as such around Decoii to merely test the waters. He was still a rogue to them all, many packs didn't take too well to rogues either. Many had been harmed by them, and therefore blinded to the fact that not all Rogues were evil. He held out his hand to the child, continuing to smile at him and nodding to the girl.
"Oh it's fine-" then she went off about having should have known and began bashing her head against the table. He was rather startled by the display, lifting his eyebrow and looking to Decoii. He didn't say it out loud but the words were clear in his expression. 'And I'm the crazy one?' He took a deep breath as the waitress came in before looking back to the girl. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you too...?" He chuckled lightly, smiling again. "I'm Angus, and you are?"
That...wasn't going so well. He was almost thrilled when the next pack member came in, thrilled enough to stand up and move away from the slightly insane female. He smiled at her, nodding to her in a respectful manner. "Hello, I'm Angus. You are?" He asked, kindly. He knew this had to be Decoii's beta. She smelled heavily of Decoii, and he figured her beta would spend a lot of time with her.
He was surprised with the next female, nodding to her. He didn't see her come in, though he was relatively shocked at the overwhelming female presence that was around him. He was the only man so far, besides the manager, but he didn't count. "I suppose you could say that, but I would prefer to just be called Angus. Might I ask your name?"

Ariella squealed with joy when Bean came into the Cafe. "Beanie Weenie! How are you!?" she said, hugging the girl. She let go, and squealed even louder when she saw Ventia enter the room. "Ventia! Oh my God, I missed you!"
Rosalina pushed her long brown hair out of her face and muttered. "Whatever, guys. Yay, Mama's happy... Now can we get going? I have a life to live, thank you very much."
Hayden smirked, then resumed texting his friend, while James hung by his mother and asked "So, why did we move, Mama?" Ariella smiled at her son and said "We moved because Mama felt like a change of scenery and wanted to be closer to her parents." Smiling, she ruffled his hair and hugged him.
Then she heard 'Angus' speak to her and said "My apologies, Angus... I'm Ariella, and these are my kids, James, Hayden and Rosalina" she said pointing to the blond boy, the dark haired boy, and the girl, and held out her hand.

Decoii ~
Decoii turned when she saw Ariella join them in the café. To be honest, she thought everyone would be a little bit later and that she'd have more time to bother Angus and have him annoyed and not in a good mood by the time the introductions came by. Decoii couldn't help but laugh at Hayden and his introduction. He was a cute little kid. But when Ariella went into her small ramble, she didn't miss the look that Angus shot her way. Laughing again, Decoii bit her lower lip trying and failing to hide the huge grin on her face. She shrugged over at him in a 'I don't know', and shook her head slightly, 'not anymore'.
when Ventia showed up, Decoii smiled at her Beta. "Hey." She said as she walked over to the female. "Didn't expect to see you here." She told her, knowing what she felt about the new Alpha Male. Decoii laid her hand on Ventia's arm as she turned to Angus. "This is Ventia, my Beta." Decoii said, introducing her Beta to her packs new Alpha Male. Out of everyone in the pack, Ventia was probably the closest person to her. Everyone else barely talked to her and while Ventia barely talked to anyone else, Decoii could manage to get on her nicer side.
Decoii got distracted from her thinking when Bean showed up. She smiled over at the girl, waving briefly. "You know where to find me, Bean. If you haven't seen me in a long time, blame yourself." She said jokingly, not knowing if the girl would pick up on the tone or not. The pack sometimes didn't pick up on certain things that where meant to be jokes and not serious. Decoii turned to Angus and watched him introduce himself around the room. Asking a question here and there and she couldn't help but roll her eyes at him.

Ventia walked into the Café and noticed her pack members along with a male that she didn't recognized. She watched Ariella bang her head and saw the look the male gave to Decoil. She rose her eyebrow when he came over and introduced himself. The introduction was formal and kind by itself but it still managed to get on Ventia's nerves.
She ignored Angus, and turned towards Ariella, nodding softly before smiling at Decoil. "I thought it was mandatory." Ventia was close to her Alpha, being her Beta and all, but it was more for Ventia. Decoil had gotten under her skin, not many people did. Still she did and Ventia enjoyed her company immensely.
"He's the new guy?" Ventia inclined her head towards Angus, she already knew the answer. If he wasn't, Decoil wouldn't have introduced her to him in such a manner, still, Ventia wanted to annoy the male.
She watched Decoil greet Bean and smiled softly, thinking of how good of a Alpha she is. Decoil was always insecure about those things, little did she know that she was a great leader all on her own. Thinking of Alphas, Ventia stared back at the male, grateful for her 5'10 height and arched her eyebrow at him, scowling under her breath.

Orfeo licked away the last of the blood that stained his hands as he slowly paced away from the corpse. Another regular kill, nothing much really. It had become his daily routine, and nobody knew about it. Even if they did, he would have ignored any questions directed towards him.
The message had come to no surprise to him during the three minute ride back to his home. That new... Man which they talked about was the new alpha, apparently. He narrowed his eyes as he pushed the door open, laughing lightly as his slightly demented looked around his home. He preferred the solitude, away from pack territory. Besides, he never really got along well with any of the pack members.
Not even bothering to switch out of the blood stained shirt, he went back out and headed for the Café. Twenty minutes was all that it took. He lived the farthest from anywhere that the pack usually went to, as far as he was concerned. "What's that?" he began to speak as he pulled up at the parking, narrowing his eyes uncomfortably at the jumble of scents that hit his nose. "No Abraham, no killing for now."
Without as much as knocking, he pushed the door open and entered into the place. He did not spare a glance at either the Alpha Female, her Beta, or the Head Hunter; he did not so much as acknowledge their presence. Standing at six feet two inches, his massive build, and the fact that he was insane possibly made him stand out pretty well. All Orfeo did was walk to the farthest corner and sat himself down. The eyes which screamed madman looked nervously around as he leaned back on the chair.
"I'm here," he murmured lowly. "What now." Orfeo blinked and shook his head. "No, Abraham. You are talking to yourself again... Yes you are." He chuckled dementedly as he licked off a bit of blood from his arm, locking his gaze at the man that stood before him.

((Sorry for skipping you Bean.))
Angus nodded to each of the woman's children, they seemed in no mood to be talking to him at the moment. They were getting into that teenager phase, and Angus knew that it wouldn't be any use to get into their tiny little shells at a gathering like this. Especially the girl's. "Well, I'm pleased to meet you and your children Ariella. I apologize if I get a bit...distracted. Trying to meet everyone." He stated with a kind grin before he continued to move on.
Just as this...Ventia...ignored him, he merely glared and chose to ignore her. If she didn't want to deal with him, then he wouldn't bother dealing with her. Everyone was on edge, so he supposed it was a natural response. Besides, you don't push an animal. However, he did bother to respond to Decoii when she introduced them. "I figured as much. After all, who else would smell so much like you? You'd think she spent all of her time in your office." He said, shrugging his shoulders. It was the truth.
He moved on. Not even another word to the girl. Was it rude? Hell fucking yeah, but he wasn't one to be ignored. He hated it to the very core of his bones. That's when he noticed the man come in. At first? He was relieved. There was actually males in this pack...until he caught the smell of blood and he began speaking to himself. Angus was abruptly taken back by him. He looked over to Decoii with another one of those looks that just screamed 'And I'm the crazy one?! What the fuck?!' Despite this, Angus walked over to the man. He was...cautious, for lack of a better word, of him. He was staring right at him.
"It's nice to see another guy around here. I'm Angus Cobert, you are?" That was the first time he mentioned his last name in the group, if others heard him, they might pick up on the fact that Talon had the same last name. It wouldn't be too far of a jump, considering their strikingly similar appearances, to assume that they were related. He would correct them if they asked, but only if they asked.

Lupita heard the pack link and chuckled to herself. She guessed she could go, her shift was over an hour ago, it was just the paperwork that needed handing over and how that she'd done that, a strong coffee sounded wonderful to wake her up. She hadn't worked a full time job in years, now, at the age of 20, she was being the one thing she always wanted to be, a GP. She helped run a small practice in the town and dropped her son off at the daycare next door.
She knew she should go, she needed to get to know her Alpha better, she was his beta. It would be odd if she didn't go and say hello. She picked up her two year old son and put him in his car seat in her Jeep. Her son was a good mixture of her and his father. He had his father's brown hair and her blue/yellow eyes. The nursery nurse told her he needed a nap and she would put him down later. William was yawning and almost ready to drop off.
"Alright buddy, we just need to go and say hi to everyone and then we can go home, mummy promises." She told her son as she drove off to the cafe. When she arrived, she parked up and noticed a lot of people were already here. She grabbed her baby bag and her half-asleep son before walking in. She saw the small gang and walked over to them.
"Hey guys," She knew practically everyone here. "How's it going Angus? Making friends?" She asked. She sat down where she could and shifted her son on to her lap. He looked around curiously and started sucking his thumb, getting ready to fall asleep. A waitress came over to her and she ordered a black coffee. She needed it to wake up. She was dead tired.
Lupita looked to the Alpha Female and smiled before doing the same to Ventia. "Hey guys, everything ok?" She asked and she wondered how they were getting along with Angus. She knew who he was, so she didn't mind him, but she wondered if there was a lot of hosility.
Lupita smiled at Ofreo, Bean and Ariella. "Hey guys, how's things?" She asked them. She liked the people in her pack.
"Mummy, I'm tired." William whined and she shushed him softly before rocking him in her arms. He slowly fell asleep. Thank goodness, Lupita thought.

Ariella turned to Angus and said "Oh, it's fine, Angus, no worries" and beamed when she saw Lupi enter the cafe. "Hey, Lu. What's up?" James, who had been trying to catch some winks after staying awake every night thinking about God-knows-what, suddenly perked up. "Hey, Auntie Lupita. Hey, Will." Rosalina looked over too, but this time she seemed much more interested in the boy than she had with any other packmate. "Aw, what a cutie-wootie little boy!" she exclaimed, lightly pinching William's cheek with a gel-nailed hand.
Ariella wasn't the least bit surprised that her daughter had taken to William right away. She was volunteering at a day care center and had even told Ariella that she loved the kids after she had been there only a week. Ariella turned to Lupita and asked her "So how you doing?" Ariella poked Hayden with her elbow and he stopped texting. Hayden looked up and said "Oh, hey, Aunt Lupita" before going back to his phone

Eliora had heard news of a new Alpha coming in and was genuinely curious. Of course she was saddened that the previous Alpha had stepped down and was wondering how Decoii was handling everything. Lately she had been sad and depressed but as always, she never let anyone know and carried on with her duties. Ironic how she could help others dispel their sadness and worries but couldn't despel her own. She had been adding the last of her family's ashes in to soil surrounding her weeping willow, when she recieved the link message. Today she was going to meet the new Alpha. So there she was walking down the sidewalk in a blue and brown sundress with her sandals in her hand and her hair in a braid down her back. She didn't do too well with strangers, old habits die hard I guess, but she always tried to maintain her composure and be polite. That is if her wolf, Lani, didn't give her any trouble. They always say its the quiet one that you should be watchful of. Even if she was 5'6 with a honey light brown complexion and a smile on her face. It was her golden amber-blue flecked eyes that should be watched carefully. She smiled at that thought and walked into the cafe.
She smiled as familiar and unfamiliar scents rushed her. "Hello everyone." She said in greeting before walking over to her Alpha female and her Beta. "Hello Decoii,Ventia." She said with a warm smile. She looked around and saw Ariella and her three children, Lupita and her son William, Bean, Orfeo.... 'was that blood?' She asked herself. Lani lifted her head and Eliora growled at her. The wolf bared its teeth at her and laid back down. Eliora let out a sigh before continuing her perusal. There was a man standing over by him and his persona screamed rogue. Eliora unconsciously let out a soft growl and quickly looked around to see if anymore was with him. Satisfied that no others were present, she smiled sheepishly at Decoii. "My apologies. So where is the new Alpha? " she asked curiously.

Orfeo never lost contact with the man, who had approached him. He knew what's up now. This was to be the new alpha of the pack. Orfeo chuckled lightly as he for the first time got his eyes of the man and addressed the people in the room, nobody in general. "Hey everyone." With that, he got his eyes back on Angus.
"My name is Abraham Lugo, though people tend to call me Orfeo instead. It's a pleasure to finally be able to meet you." He rolled his head lightly, the popping bones resonating against his ears. "I know that by the way that you approached me..." Orfeo slowly stood up to be more at eye level with Angus. "You may think there is something wrong with me, you may not. Let me clarify, I'm, as some people in the pack would put it, insane to the bone." He smiled slightly as he widened his dark brown eyes. "Now there is one thing that I'd like to put straight, and don't take it as a challenge cause last thing we need is someone dying at such a... Joyous occasion."
Orfeo got much closer to Angus, no doubt within his person bubble of space, yet refrained from making contact with the man. "I don't abide to the whole 'Alpha's word is law' thing. Ask Decoii," he extended her name slightly. "Though your word is taken heavily into consideration, I am one hundred percent capable of making my own decision. That said, my top priority is the safety of this pack."
He took one step back and lowered his voice so as to only Angus would hear. "Mr. Cobert, was it? How interesting..." He made one of his demented smiles, the connection already made in his head. "It is always so interesting to see a Rouge transition into pack life. Somebody might have already fallen in love with you." He laughed lightly as he raised his voice once more, almost as if to dismiss suspicion from anyone else. "Yes, it is good to see another man in this pack. No doubt as you could tell, it is heavily dominated by females, picky ones at that." He laughed lightly as he narrowed down his eyes. "It will be a pleasure to work along side you."
