So I know that since the New Dawn has territory spreading over the majority of the country that they reside in, it cant be just forests, ya know? So why don't we have roleplays in the New Dawn pack territory that are also in the cities? It would be much more fun to write. And to top it off, I know that cities have mayors, if they were big enough, so it would be kinda dramatic if there were werewolves that were in elected offices of humans, ya know? That way, it would be much easier to filter out the people that aren't supposed to be in pack territory (i.e. vampires, witches, yada yada yada, because systems aren't perfect and creatures like that are bound to go unnoticed xD).
I dunno, just a little thought I had. lol

I've always seen the New Dawn territory as being the private property of the Coberts, owned land in other words. At least as far as I remember that's how it was. Unless we are talking about spheres of influence I don't really think that the lands are spreading that much to cover entire cities.
Again, if we are talking purely on spheres of influence beyond physical pack borders, then it would be different in my opinion.

lol I wouldn't be opposed to that, if it was as big as you implied. XD I keep hearing the sentiment that it covers most of the country, but that's not true. In fact, the large majority of the country is actually covered by Deadlands. However, the New Dawn territory is the only territory that had the balls to march right into the Deadlands and establish themselves in the middle of it. Most other packs are located on the coasts and such. In those packs, it would make much more sense because those packs have more human interaction. However, New Dawn only has interaction with small human towns- most of which are highly controlled areas because, as Orfeo mentioned, it is owned by the Coberts. The entire territory isn't "Private" property, however, a large majority of it is owned by the famous land and business Tycoons, the Cobert's. Steep rent in small communities, land contracts preventing new building, all to keep rent high in an area that is designed for the more "Natural" life. At least, that's how it would be advertised to humans. Most of these small towns aren't even large enough for a mayor. XD Purposefully done that way. The Cobert's have a LOT of money. Talon started it with Reality, Angus continued with businesses, Azalea tends the flame with more illegal methods but she's still keeping the legacy alive. Her net worth is almost as large as her fathers 20.5 million. How else did she afford to just buy Lily a car? XD

Gotcha lol I dunno, I was under the impression the ND covered a lot of country. And I remember you saying that humans were allowed to live within the territory, so long as they didn't have any hunter ties. But I guess it's just 'cause it's the biggest in the country, which doesn't really mean that it covers an expanse of land (but it is really easy to get it confused).

Although... Now you got me thinking of a weird uprising, taking over human governments from the inside, install a New a Dawn member as president.....
That would be fun. And chaotic. Mostly fun.
But can't skimp on the chaotic. That would be like skim (skimp?) milk. Nobody likes that stuff. 2% all the way.
