Magic?
Yeah, sure there were a few people within the Guild that practiced religions other than what she was used to. Elaine made comments about her ancestors. But that wasn't magic. Her mother's side of the family were witches, but Jewel didn't practice magic, nor did Thea. So why would the Guild be covered in magic?
But what really bothered her was the fact that this chick had all three of them go where she was, just to say she was worried about magic. It irritated Thea to no end. Why couldn't have this woman told Selena what was up? That way, she wouldn't have to be the fill-in leader. Elaine was the only one that was really supportive about Selena's choice. She had leapt onto the stage with her cat-like grace just to yowl to be picked up and purr in contentment. Everyone else jsut left without a word to her.
Whatever.
It's not like it hurt Thea's feelings or anything.
Pfft.
She had given the assignments out with no problem. Told Vincent and Atsila privately to keep an eye out for her cousin and X. Listened to music and stuff. Whatever. Just get back as soon as possible. I'm tired of being Selena already.

Kenneth had a feeling in the pit of his stomach that telling him that he shouldn't tell Thea the whole truth. Especially seeing as it was her 'friend' that put the dark magic in Lena in the first place.
##
When Thea had told the Guild that she was now in charge a lot of them just rolled their eyes and sighed before going off. They all hoped that Lena had given Thea enough rules that she didn't fuck up.
##
Kenneth sighed again and looked over at a sleeping Selena. 'We'll be back tomorrow.' He replied before slipping to sleep.
## Next Morning ##
Lena woke up the next morning and the Witch fixed them breakfast. Lena got changed in the Witch's bedroom and came out to eat.
"Okay, well I think you've learned all you can. You need to keep practicing and find out what magic that man is using. Protect the Guild and get rid of all that bad magic. I don't like it." The Witch grumbled as she ate her food.
"Good, okay and I'll do that. I don't trust this man and I need to find out what is up with him. We need to get back there." Lena ordered.
"I leave you with one rule though Lena and you two too, tell no one of what happened here!" She warned.
"Yeah that is a good idea. Thea contacted me last night and I told her that we were here because you'd sensed magic around the Guild and freaked over Lena's legs. I said we'd calmed you down and nothing is wrong." Kenneth explained.
"Good, keep the story that I felt Lena getting her legs back and magic around and now it's all fine. Just don't try and lose your head though Lena, your magic is still settling." The witch said.
"I got it."
"Alright, let's get going." Kenneth suggested.
Lena got up and hugged the witch before narrowing her eyes at her. "Don't do this to me again." Lena said as she pulled back and walked away. The witch just rolled her eyes and sighed.
Lena got back into the boat and sat down. Kenneth repacked the bag when everyone was redressed and got back into the boat with the suitcase. Lena was just glad to go home.
As soon as Drogo would get in the boat they would pull the other cord and row back to land. Lena couldn't wait to drive home. She pulled out her phone and texted Thea that they'd be home in 10 hours.
