(( Voss)) He really hated favors. Of course, not when a faerie needed a favor from him. Then the ... illegitimate children could finally have a taste of their own medicine. But Kheelan had kept him under debt for going on fifty years. So long that the dwarf thought that the dragon-man had forgotten. But the faerie folk never forget. Not when it came to favors. And so here he was, emerging from a hold in the tree closest to the Velcrest Castle. A slip of crinkled parchment was in his greasy hand. In the dark and cold tunnels he had furs from many different animals covering him. Shoot, the only difference was now was that the fur now covered his face from the sun. Both he and the people around him benefitted from that; dwarves naturally were ugly creatures. Norman himself had a beard so thick once could not see his mouth. It was braided, going all the way down to his knees. They weren't very far from the ground, considering he was a little over four feet tall. Norman walked with a lumbering gait, as if his pot-belly was in the way of the exercise he was unwillingly getting. Eventually he stopped in front of the men guarding the gate, slightly bent over with hands on his knees and the tip of his beard dragging the ground. "Sorry, boys," he wheezed after a few moments. Norman sounded as if he had been chain smoking for the past five years. "Dwarves are meant ta be behind fires. Not runnin' around." Then he stood up straight. "I'm here on behalf of Prince Kheelan of the Seelie Court. He has a letter of request for King Damien."

The two guards that stood before the cities gates would look down at the short pudgy dwarf, one would smile his helmet under his arm. The other would chuckle lightly and shake his head before he would open a latch in the door for a smaller one to open. " Go ahead I am not cracking the gate for nothing. Take a left a at the end of this road and take the main one all the way up to the castle. Show the letter if you have trouble getting in " They would wait for him to move past before they would start to laugh. They in their life time had never seen a messenger dwarf, though they were young bloods so they had not seen the great war either. Damien would still be asleep in his chambers Anya in hers, the queen however would be wide awake after only a short few hours of rest.
She was sifting through scrolls while she sat on her throne, thorn vines curling around her legs, her skin even paler then her species normal. The throne itself glowed with several colors of the elements of magic, a wave would flash out from it encompassing the city. One would bounce back to the Throne before she eye's flitted from the paper them shuttering open and closed. " Armel?!" She shouted him seeming to magically pop out of the shadows" You screeched" He said with a chuckle. She would glare at him" Wake my husband sharply some one has entered the kingdom. " Armel went from playful to more serious. " Yes M'lady " He would twirl the boa as he moved quickly down the hall out into a side hall stepping off into his Mistress and her husbands chamber.
He would slow down seeing the man still in a deep sleep, his hand rested on a simple dagger on his belt. He had to the chance to end all ends, kill the king and free his fellow witches. All but Anya who he would gladly snuff out, the bitch curled under his thumb willingly and he could not understand why. As he drew closer his hand still on the hilt he would jump seeing the vision of the king disappear as he felt the grip of magic around his throat. A ethereal figure squeezing the life from him before it turned into the king. " You should think twice boy" He would drop him letting him gasp for air on the ground as he walked out of the bedroom leaving him behind. Damien would step into the throne room only minutes later, " Good morning love " She would smile to him as he sat next to her in his throne, his was merely a wooden chair with skulls adorning it. Her's was apart of the castle something for generations passed down to each female in the family.

Beneath his forest-like eyebrows they could clearly see him squinting in irritation. These men, in his eyes, were indeed boys. Otherwise they wouldn't have laughed. Yeah, sure dwarves weren't meant to be messengers. Especially when one has to go from one realm, through what seemed like dozens more, to another. Norman was old, and short. He was in pain. But he had to finish this favor.
He pointed a sausage of a finger at the both of them, raising a brow. But he had no words. So instead of speaking he made the universal motion of the phrase, "I've got my eyes on you". Then he walked.
And walked.
And walked.
And got interrupted.
Then walked some more. The more her walked the less amount of energy he seemed to have. And the less energy he had the more irritable. At least the faerie realm is closer to the vampires'. That meant he was closer to sleep and food.
When he was younger a spring would be in his step at the thought. Now he could hardly smile. "Dern favors and disrespectful boys and dragon folk. Oh, I oughta –" but he didn't feel like making the threat.
Eventually he ended up where he needed to be. He was happy to see the king and queen already in their thrones; that meant he didn't have to wait any more. No waiting or walking. He bowed deeply at the waist, knowing and using his manners. "Your Majesties." Then he stood up straight, then cleared his throat. He was breathing heavily. Embarrassed that he was sweating as bad as he did in the forges. "My apologies. But I have a favor to finish."
He straightened the crinkled letter out, brushing his thumb against the wax seal of a dragon's head at the bottom. "I was just finishing a trinket when he called on me. I would like to read it for you. This paper's seen better days."
The greasy smudges could attest to that.
"King Damien. I would like to request a few days' journey in your realm with an entourage of two witches, my canines, and a few guards to protect the witches and I. My reasoning is this: my brother's child is on the Isles. I would like to search for her, and possibly bring her home, if circumstances permit. If you allow my request, please send a letter with your seal with this dwarf –"
He looked up from his reading so that he could say, "You'd think that he would be nice enough to put my name. Which is Norman." And then he looked back down with a huff.
"Into my own realm. If not, send him to me empty-handed. I thank you for your time. Truly, Prince Kheelan of the Seelie Court."
Then he lowered the letter to his side, and waited patiently.

The look he gave them only made them laugh harder as they watched him walk away, they all most died in laughter having no respect as the older vampires. It seemed a busy street carts and carriages rushing through the streets i was a wonder that the dwarf would of made it all. When he presented himself to he king and queen Laina would smile giving a giggle bowing her head to him, Damien merely giving him a nod. Listening to him wheeze and read the letter the queen would have a sorrowful look on her face, even though she wanted to interrupt him she wouldn't waiting patiently for him to finish before she would make a cooing noise with a ending purr" Oh my dear dwarf please come approach and sit with us." She motioned to the seat that was not far from them. She would clap her hands, " Bring this brave soul something to eat and drink ...girls quickly cool him off. " Several young servants would move to get him drink and large ham hock to eat with many other assortments.
" Norman is it? Such pleasantries to meat you my dear dear dwarf." She said with a blush, Damien loved how his wife was always so pleasant with people, she helped smooth out his rough edges. " My dear man they made you walk all this way? No gift horse or nothing...any thing?"
He smiled to him seeming very relaxed by the pheromones that his wife was pushing out to try and sooth her husband and any one that could be swooned by them. She was a caring soul and could not stand to see any one in hurt. He kept most of the violence away from her because of it. A large dark frothy ale was brought in a large mug for him along with his food. " Tell me Friend what would happen if i sent you empty handed back to them?" Laina would make a whining noise which was hushed by his hand.
He wanted to know how it would effect him in a truthful manner, he was not one to shoot the messenger. Though he had a good idea who they were looking for, it was far to close in timing to be a coincidence in the new arrival of a witch and their asking for a pass in traveling in the realm. Which could seem rude and agaisnt the treaty if he said no out right with out making a escuse.

Obediently he lumbered to the pair, then sat down in the chair they offered. A sigh escaped his lips, relaxing almost immediately. The queen's pheromones didn't take long to do their work. "I don't like to ride on horses. Dwarves prefer the tunnels connecting the realms, anyway. And horses do not," he replied after wheezing out a sound of gratitude. "'Sides, I don't trust any gifts coming from the faerie. They are tricksters." He shook his head.
At the food and drink he smiled. He trusted the vampires and their food – they didn't entrap innocent beings like the faeries did for entertainment. "Thank you, lovelies," he said, smiling. Even though they couldn't see it; his beard was too big. He dropped the letter on the floor so that the plate could be set on his lap and the mug handle was in his hand. To King Damien he lifted a shoulder. "So long as my kind is still willing to give out our crafts and weaponry he won't do anything that will cause a riot. Either you send a note or not my favor will be paid. But if I were you – which I'm not, your Majesty, and I'm not an advisor to you, so you do not 'ave to take my word of advice – I would agree. Kheelan's witch seems to be at 'er wit's end. I dunno why this girl is so special, somethin' about bein' missin' for only God knows how long. And she is persistent. She was looking over his shoulder when he was writin' the note. Kheelan would give up. Hannah won't." After that he took a sip, then nodded. "Wonderful brew."

Damien seemed to listen to the dwarf as he spoke, his wife fawning over him making sure his mug stayed full. Her servants fawning and fussing over him. Liana would seem very worried about what it would mean if Damein refused them, she knew he would take the opportunity to enslave any one that set foot in the realm. Damien tapped his fingers on his chair before he sighed. " I suppose you can give them this. " He would snap his fingers and a servant would bring a paper and quill to him holding it so that he could write a quick letter. " Normally i would nicely tell them to shove it. But if something is done wrong I will set it right by enslaving the witch that comes here. I do not care for faeries any more then you my dear friend Norman. " He smiled to him. Liana would finally relax. " Shall I send my witch with you when you travel?" She said softly motioning for Armel who was standing in the shadows nursing his neck. He would step out wincing at the way the king shot him a look.
" Do you know any thing about this Hannah my good dwarf?" Damien asked, wanting to know more about what he might be dealing with. He was not wanting to be caught with his pants down as the saying goes, Witches and faeries working together something he had not heard of for a while. No one seemed to like the faeries, even some faeries hated other faeries. He started to think the whole realms where out of balance, glancing to his wife he could see the concern in her eyes and her trembling lip. " Oh dear calm your self I am sure every thing will be settled peacefully " He knew her tender heart would be the end of him some day, but he couldn't help but to bend to her wishes.
The servants would giggle as they played and brushed the dwarfs hair, they seemed fascinated by its long length. Each of them playing with it free braiding it but not pinning it up. Liana would smile at her girls but motion for them to leave him be, she didn't want them to bother him to much as he ate and drank.

Norman hadn't expected for him to actually listen. But he was actually relieved a little bit. Although he loathed Kheelan, he quite liked Hannah. She was a doll. (Just like these wonderful ladies that were fawning over him.) Seeing her hands spark every time she got upset was not only nerve-wracking, but she had a tendency for someone to want to tend to her when she got like this. That was the reason why Kheelan stayed with her for this long. No, she was not under his debt – the faeries' witches were seen as equals. Kheelan willingly stayed by her side. No magic needed.
"Oh, no, your majesty," he replied shaking his head. He did take a glance at the boy the queen was talking about. The tunnels will be too short for him. Only meant for people like me. Besides, he doesn't look to be fit for travelin'." He stabbed at the meat with the utensil he was given before bring a larg bite to his mouth. "I appreciate your offer, though. You're wonderful."
At his question, he made a "hmm" noise. "Well," he said after a pause. "I've only met her just recently. But from what I gather she is polite. And very talented. I bet she could coax a tree ta sprout leaves in the dead o' winter. And she is very skilled in realm-jumpin', too. Without a trace of illness. Seen it wit' my own eyes."
At the sight of the quivering lip Norman grew alarmed. He sat up straight and attentive, sloshing his drink a bit over the rim. But he didn't care. "Yes, Kheelan will only come on peaceful terms. He is your ally, so he's not going to demand something the Treaty doesn't allow." He only relaxed when his gracious benefactor stopped her trembling – despite there being very few female dwarves Norman had come across quite a few women that wasn't of his species. No matter what he couldn't stand the sight of a woman's tears.
"The Unseelie are actin' up again, anyhow. Kheelan would be stupid to ruin a partnership with you guys." Hey, just because dwarves were neutral that didn't mean they didn't know war. (They made the best weapons and armor, for Pete's sake, specially handcrafted for the buyers' preferences. If they had to they would protect themselves.) And because of this they realized how chaotic thing were getting nowadays.
He was almost done with his meal was when the girls were sent away. He did quite enjoy their presence, not minding that they played with his hair or anything; it took his mind of his disappearing pain. But he was not the one to order them to stay, so he turned around slightly so that he could give them a wave goodbye. "So sweet an' gentle. And respectful too!" Norman more to himself than his companions. He remembered the boys that had let him in, but now he couldn't find it within himself to get mad like he would have.
If he wasn't four feet tall...
A few more bites later, which finished off his food, he hiccuped. "Delicious," he mumbled, rubbing his stomach. "Thank you, again, for your generosity. In payment I offer my services freely to you for the next two years. My own services, though. I cannot say that for my kind as a whole." If it had been the faerie he would be in a lot of debt. Just for sitting in the chair. He stood up, put his tray down, and wiped his hands on his furs.
Dwarves weren't very sanitary, mind.
"But if you are finished, your highness," he bowed, not as much this time though, "I must take my leave. Take your time though. I don't wanna rush you." Really he was just stalling for time.

Liana would wave off her witch he would remain to listen but out of view, he had plans for when this witch arrived to search. Damien would nod handing him the letter after sealing it in wax. " She may come with two escorts no more more..."He said with a soft voice, he enjoyed the dwarfs company. Seeing that he was more the polite with pleasantries of the court," I might have a few new orders to make for weapons. And you can have your choice of gold jewels, or precocious metals as payment. " He said to Norman hoping to keep the dwarf in his good graces even if he was selected only for messages. The queen seemed unhappy to see the short dwarf go. She would snap her fingers a servant would come to her and she would whisper in her ear, the girl going off quickly and returning with a small leather satchel for him. It held a meal for his travel and a wine flask with ale inside.
" May you enjoy your travels" the queen spoke to him as the servant giggled and kissed him on top of his head. The queen crossed her legs under her very long dress, the throne seemed to wrap more around her legs with its vines. Her skin would pale another shade after a moment, it was like the throne drained her of her magic power. Liana was only half vampire, the other side elemental from a foreign male. Her father was not her biological father, her mother had not had a tryst. She was considered a mistake and unwanted at first, but her mother had made it clear her daughter was never to be spoke against or made to feel different. But in truth she was the perfect match for the throne. She had much more powerful magic then her mother had being a half breed.
Damien would stand offering to escort Norman out so he could speak with him privately, he did not want to upset his wife any more then she had been. " Let me walk you out Norman my Friend." He would place his hands behind his back as he walked with him.
~*~
A woman screamed reaching out for him from a stake as flames went up around her, he would jerk awake gasping for air. Sweat beading down his face, he would slide out of the bed moving to a pitcher pouring water into a bowl before he would wash his face. Seeing Sarah curled up on the floor he would sigh. Moving over to her his body stiff with fading anger, picking her up. Holding her close for a moment before he would walk over and slowly place her into bed covering her up. He was not fully a monster, she said she would not sleep with him in the bed. And well he was not in the bed, he walked away from her after pushing a strand of hair behind her hair that had come out of her braid. Walking into the other room he would slide the curtain shut before standing over the table. He had a few hours before must leave, he would allow her to sleep a little longer.
A soldier came in quickly making him stiffen, now that he had Sarah he would need to speak about them announcing themselves. But for now he would leave it be as the young man whispered in his ear, he would nod as the man ran out. Hearing there had been a dwarf in the realm left him wondering why he had been there, and what it meant for the future. He knew that they were neutral party i the treaty, he figured some one was asking to walk on their realm's soil. He might have to post pone going to the other side of the grouping of ilse, or at least only him Sarah and a few soldiers would go leaving the main battalion to guard the city.

"I'll give it to him," Norman replied, grasping the letter and putting it in the folds of his furs. At Damien's response to his offer he nodded with acceptance. "If you must, King Damien. Thank you – again." Chuckling, he became fully aware that he kept saying "thank you" to the two. And really, he didn't mind it. "You guys are so nice."
When the servant came in and gave him the skin and satchel, he bowed slightly to her. At the kiss on his head he gave a low laugh. "Darlings." He watched as she left before patting his stomach. "I will enjoy them this time, your majesty."
Norman nodded to Damien, then walked side by side with him. He knew right then that the man wanted to speak privately with him. For that, he was straight-faced. More … sober for a lack of better terms. "Yes, your highness?" he asked quietly, looking up at his companion.
**
Sarah jerked a bit before settling against the man. Being used to the cold floor, the heat that she felt radiating from him caused a short shiver to go down her body. No, she didn't wake up, too exhausted to even move her body to accommodate how he was holding her.
As soon as she hit that bed a big sigh of contentment left her. Instead of sleeping in the fetal position like she had been on the floor, she was on her back, hands close to her face. She smacked her lips, then went still again.
She stayed like that until Crevan decided to wake her up.

Damien would smile to him as he followed him down the long hall of the throne room. " I acquired a gift for my brother, shortly after your lady wants to come into my land. I am wondering if that is the reason for it. What do you think Norman?" He said, he knew the truth of it. But as Norman seemed a gentle soul he wanted to see what he thought about what should be done.
Not that he would do ask the dwarf asked if it meant handing over something he did not have. Besides his brother was suppose to leave today for one of the outer Isle. He peaked back at his wife as he smiled before taking him out the front door. Stopping at the steps, he would crouch to be at Normans level. " I am worried for the treaty because the gift is no longer mine to turn over if that is what they asking to come here for. " He was trying to make it clear he had no say in what happened with what they might be seeking. Though this was not entirely the truth, he could order his brother to keep her. Though his brother in turn could refuse, it was a tricky slope.
~*~
Crevan started to pack up a satchel of maps and such as he waited, seeing her not rise he would leave the satchel on the chair to return to the room. He would start to dress in his armor, it looked light weight and form fitting. " Raise young Sarah." He stated loudly hoping that would wake her. But after dressing he had guessed it was not loud enough, so he would walk over taking a quill up from his side table tickling her nose with it. " Sarah?" He said more softly in a questioning tone, a soft smile forming on his face. She looked cute sleeping, she reminded him of his wife. This made his smile fade a little but his soft demeanor did not change.
He seemed to want her to wake up with out being scared, perhaps angry at him. But he preferred not to tempt fate this early in the morning. He chuckled till he heard a soldier enter his tent. Letting out a low hiss the sound would retreat, his back turned to her.

"Oh, I don't believe in coincidences," Norman said upon hearing Damien's explanation. "So I'm sure that's got to be it." At the steps he stopped and let the man crouch in front of him. Usually, he felt it demeaning to have someone get down to his level. As if he were a mere child. But this time he let it happen. This matter was bigger than his dislike of taller people literally stooping to his level.
"They will ask," he mutters, fists on hips. "The girl's powers have been sealed off, so naturally they'll ask to have her returned so that when her powers do get free they will teach her their ways. But if you tell them no, and your brother tells them no, by oath – the Treaty – they are not allowed to take her. In my selfish opinion your brother should keep her; serves him right for keepin' me under debt for fifty years." He scoffed.
"My professional opinion is still that she should stay. The girl would be much better off here than with the Seelie Court, if your hospitality is anything to go by. But it is your decision, King Damien." He raised his hands and tilted his head as if to say, "Ces't la vie."
**
No, she didn't move when Crevan spoke. She moaned sleepily after turning her head away from the feather. But that wasn't what woke her up.
From sleeping on the hard floor she gained a crick in her neck. It hurt to move her head, and because of this she woke up. At first, all she did was open her eyes. Seeing the folds of the sheets and blanket instead of the floor confused her a lot. Her eyebrows screwed together, and when she heard his hiss her breathing stopped.
Slowly, she raised her hand to the back of her neck before moving to sit up. In the back of her mind Sarah was happy to see that Crevan was dressed. But mostly she was confused and puffy-eyed. "Um…" she trailed off, wincing at how tender she felt. "What's … wrong?"

Damien did not mean any disrespect at being at his level, it was the only way to see into the mans eyes. The window to truth and the soul, he would nod to him. " Then I would heed your advice my freind. And thank you for all the trouble it has caused you. You are welcome here any time, and to any of the ale and food you like. Merely show them this " He would take off a medal from his chest that was around a chain, it was a token of the royal symble. Placeing it around his he would smile. " May the realms be kind and swift on your travels friend. " He would slowly rise smiling at him.
When he motioned to him saying good bye he would smile walking back inside slowly his thoughts at ease. He would smile to his wife who seemed very tired, " You may go rest till this evening. We will go then." She pouted but smiled when his hand touched her cheek. " Please darling" He whispered, she would stand up the vines pulling back from her and her body going limp he would catch her gently kissing her hair. Scooping her up he would turn to see her witch, he regreted setting her into his arms because of his tretchery earlier. But he had matters that would need attending soon, He would sit back at the throne thinking his brow furrowed in thought.
Armel would walk with her back to their chambers, setting her into the bed he would tuck her in seeing how pale she was made him even more angry at the king for allowing her to use such a wicked throne. He had no clue that she did it willingly, she wanted to protect the isle's and the city. She was curled in his arms before putting into bed, sitting by her side he plotted further to kill the king.
~*~
Crevan would blink looking back at her and smile" Morning sleeping beauty. It is about time to leave for shopping. Get you more things to wear and a bag to carry it all in or luggage or something. " He was not going to tell her he had gotten angry when some one walked in on him trying to tickle her awake. It would of caused him to blush and be embarrassed. He wondered if she wanted to have a bath before going. " Would you prefer a bath before going?" He asked, he could have his men bring in the tub and fill it with hot water.
This idea made a smirk cross his lips in thought not realizing he had, his face would blush a little as he realized it. " That is if you like..to" He said holding his helmet turning it this way and that a moment. " I will wait out side.." He said seeming a little flustered as he cleared his throat.

The dwarf felt humble, as he bowed his head. Never had someone given him such a gift before. To freely walk in and make himself at home. "I'm honored. And may you live long and always be in the favor of your people."
He left with that blessing, grubby fingers holding the medal against him so it wouldn't bounce as he walked. Without looking back at the disrespectful boys he walked out of the palace grounds and towards the tree from which he came out beforehand.
Oh his travel to the faerie realm he ate and drank occasionally. But he didn't eat much, choosing to savor the delicacies rather than gobble them. Within the hour he arrived at the faerie realm, and was not at all surprised that Kheelan and Hannah was waiting for him.
"That took longer than it should have, Norman," Kheelan said, reptilian eyes boring down on the dwarf. But before he could respond he faerie man merely sighed. "What did he say?"
Silently, warily watching the hounds that sat behind the two taller people, he reached into the folds where he put the letter from Damien. When the man with dragon horns sprouting from his head took it and broke the seal Norman turned around to head back to the way he arrived.
"Thank you, Norman," he heard just before he left. No, it wasn't from Kheelan. But from Hannah. If it had been from him Norman would have died from shock.
After a few minutes of glossing over the letter, he crumpled it and incinerated the ball, leaving the wax behind. "YOU are invited, with two escorts." Smoke billowed from his mouth as he spoke. "Witches are indeed more favorable in the Isles."
Hannah smacked his stomach, making him "umph". "Stop being so mean. Besides, you said you don't have an interest in Sarah."
"What I said was that she might not be of use to the kingdom." He gave her a cold stare. "Though I am curious as to how she is, considering she is my niece."
"She's my niece, too." She stuck her tongue out childishly. "But I didn't say she was useless."
"That's not – fine. I am an evil man." He turned a 180 and gave a shrill whistle. Immediately two white unicorns emerged from the woods. "Let us grab our things and your sister. She will be your other escort."

That bath sounded good. Delightful, even. She's been sleeping on the ground until just recently (hopefully just recently. Otherwise she'd flip out). So obviously she'd want to soak a bit.
But that smirk and slight blush had her deciding that she can wait on that bath. Besides, she thought, how would she get a bath? It wasn't the twenty-first century here. "I'll wait on the bath," she said hastily, waiting until he was out of the bath before quickly hopping out of the bath.
Then she stopped, thinking. How was she going to get into her dress? She couldn't necessarily lace it up like how she unlaced it miraculously last night. Sighing in irritation, she wished she could get back in the jeans she had been wearing. One longing look at the armoire was made before slowly dragging her feet to the dress.
Then to the armoire so that she could get a pair of boots out and lace them up – at least it wasn't a one man job, then – first. Next she about-faced to the dress, quickly took off the night shirt just in case Crevan decided to come back, and stepped into the dress.
It took all of her courage to open her mouth. As she mustered that up she was clutching the front of her dress tightly. For a good few minutes, she had on a face that looked nervous. Her neck was still sore, so when she finally looked toward the flap she winced. "I need help."

Damien smiled to him" I am glad, may your forges burn bright friend. " He ended up in his office after speaking with Norman going over paper work, having repairs to several sectors in the city wall and pipe line. He thought he had sent the work orders earlier that year, were these new? He was growing angry with how little things lasted these days, he would have to talk with the dwarfs about making pipes as well. The black smith here seemed useless when it came to making anything other then horses and nails. Throwing the paper work aside he would growl leaning on his desk, he had problems piling up; his office full of files and paper work it was madness. Anya had rose this morning showered, dressed and eaten breakfast. She had left him a note saying she was going to the market and would be out most of the day. He sighed tucking the note into his pocket before he sat down pouring himself a drink before he dived into his paper work.
Anya smiled as she crossed the cobble streets after her shopping for a personal meal, she had returned to the castle tucking it away for later to cook. But now? She was head towards Crevans tent wanting to check on Sarah, she knew that he was going to be leaving and she had no clue what had happen over night. She wanted to know if he was taking her with him or if Anya could steal her away for the day. Smiling Anya would stop to speak with one of the guards on the main road asking him about his family, she was friendly with them all that deserved it and avoided others.

Crevan would wait on the other side listening to her mess and fidget with the dress, bringing his hand up to look at his nails thinking they needed a good cleaning. When he heard hear whimper about needing help he smiled. " Yes M'lady" He said sliding past the flap, he would sigh. " Get all situated and ill tug the cords tight. " He said waiting for her to adjust the dress so it would be fine, He would tuck some of the fabric where it was suppose to be. Smiling he would shake his head. " You know I think when we reach the outer isle, you can see the bath houses. They have the best sweets..." He trailed off as he started to tighten up the dress. " perhaps I should buy you some male clothes. My niece loves to wear tunic and pants as well. She says it is more efficient then stumbling around in a large dress. " He chuckled lightly before sighing. It had been a long time since he had seen his niece, he wondered if she was doing well. He had heard word from his son that he had spotted her, but he was not on good terms with his son.
He would turn it into a bow before stepping back, " There..."He whispered before smiling picking up his helmet again he would chuckle. " Dear Sarah Even with your hair ruffled I must say you are a vision" He would bow to her, trying to put her at ease. He would try and refrain from using his Pheromones knowing that most would know the difference between genuine feeling and coaxed ones by pheromones.

Sarah did get situated, pursing her lips as she did so. It didn't take long, and eventually she was ready for the corset to be tightened. She breathed regularly like yesterday when she first got the dress, trying not to notice how close he stood and the warmth she felt from him.
Though as he tightened it and spoke she listened to him. She didn't mind getting male clothes. She was more comfortable in jeans – don't get her wrong, she'd love to get dolled up with dresses and the like, but she would prefer it if she could dress herself. Despite being Crevan's servant she didn't think she'd ever get used to his presence. Let alone helping her with dresses.
"What kind of sweets?" Sarah asked about the bath houses, one hand nervously moving the messy braid so that he could have better vision in tying the bow. She liked sweets, but she was a weird one; she didn't have a big sweet tooth, preferring things that were spicy rather than sweet.
And when he spoke about the male clothes she shrugged her shoulders slightly. "I dont mind."
When he was finished she turned around and looked at him. Nervously she tugged a bit on her braid, and a blush rose to her face. He didn't seriously mean that, did he? Strangely she was reminded of Killian. How he showered compliments on her like it was nothing. Seeing him bow she couldn't help but giggle a bit. He was vampire royalty – she should be the one bowing. "I wouldn't say that," she replied.
