(( Decoii)) "Remember I'll be gone for the next two weeks so... Don't get into any trouble, will you?" "Of course!" "I left enough money for groceries and recreation if you feel the need to. I'll be back before you know it." Jon's heavy Eastern European accent made Aldo smile wide. It always cracked him up, though it also saddened him a bit to see his brother go. Still. He managed to smile at his brother, and waved excitedly as he watched him gather his last few things. "Bye Jon!" He gave his brother a toothy grin, sitting up straighter, "I'll miss ya, baby!" Jon frowned, and yet, he laughed out loud at his brother's playful remarks. "Don't call me that. You silly... Ghoose." His thick pronounciation of the letter 'h' made Aldo smile. It was all the little things about his brother that made him pay attention that much more. Aldo layed back on the chair a little more and watched his brother gather up his last remaining things, before leaving with a final goodbye. Jon's research always took him places. Though Aldo was happy to stay and relax. He he sat in his boxers and a light blue shirt, thinking to himself, sighing out softly before standing up straight from the chair. "Daaamn," he exclaimed softly, smiling as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Two weeks huh..." Back where they used to live, two weeks was a miracle. The most Jon ever left was a weekend, maximum. And sure, he enjoyed the company, though he felt like he lived with a father looking after him. He smiled, wishing he still had his old contacts, already looking to throw some kind of relaxed party. The thought immediately excited him. The sensation of being a child in a candy store overwhelmed him. "I need to make friends," he murmured to himself, then silently went about the rest of his day. Monday morning was quiet. He took a long, hot shower, stared at himself in the mirror for longer than what he ought to have, then took more than a few hits from his bong, laying down in bed till he fell asleep. He woke up at night, went straight to the kitchen, and made two large batches of brownies. His 'special babies', he called them, and sat on the couch watching television as he ate brownie after brownie, getting higher and higher as he ate one after the other, ending up hungrier, then higher, and hungrier, and spent the entire night and a good portion of Tuesday morning simply eating that one batch of brownies. His life, he knew, was more relaxed than it should be. He practically free loaded of his brother, even when his brother insisted that he didn't have to work. To Aldo it almost felt as if Jon wanted to keep him in the house most of the time. He vaguely recalled telling him that he was getting a job to help out with rent, and so that his brother didn't have to pay for anything of his. Jon's reply? Nothing but not having to worry, that he made more than enough money on a weekly basis for the two of them. There was nothing to worry about. Aldo couldn't complain. He had a good family, and they moved around the country. He relaxed, laughed, chilled. He felt happy. It wasn't until Wednesday morning that he finally realized that he was out of food. Aldo sighed and got dressed in a fit pair of skinny jeans, a light green shirt decorating his torso. His hair was a total mess that he dared not even try to tame, and as he looked himself in the mirror, he smiled. A short walk and he was out of their apartment. Ten minutes later, walking nonchalantly, enjoying the sunny day and taking in the wonderful view of their new location, and he found himself at the closest grocery story. Hands in pockets, he took a basket and started walking up and down the isles, taking this and that, slowly filling up with goods he needed before stopping short at the yoghurt section. Aldo frowned, eyes narrowing a little. "Fuck these things," he mumbled, already feeling his stomach turn at the sight of yoghurt.

Rose was already at the supermarket by the time he entered the building. Small shopping cart in her hands as she looked at items here and there. When he entered she lowered herself as if she'd been looking at the mixture of soda's in a refrigerator. Using the cash registers to hide her until he headed into a certain direction. By then, she would move two aisle's down rotating around the store so that it would look like she was looking at things. He would pass her here and there but nothing suspicious or too eye-catching was happening on her behalf so she didn't expect him to notice her.
With her distance from him, she would have to focus on listening to him and being able to smell his path, but mainly staying close enough so that she could follow the patterns of footstep and not lose him. She already knew he wanted to come to the store and this was one he had been too before and the nearest to his home. It wasn't hard to figure it out, after all, she learned a lot by spending time in his house without the stranger even knowing it. Gathering information and learning as much as she could. Receipts, products with the store name, and empty store bags gave her a clear view of which place he was going to when he told himself that he needed food.
Seriously, with how verbal he was with himself, Caroline learned a lot more then she should have. After all, one would openly speak when alone, right? They would be more open in the safety of their homes if they didn't know that not only had someone invaded their privacy and broke into their house, but they were hiding in a closet, barely 15 feet away and observed for over 6 hours.
She turned a couple of aisles and walked around the corner. Barely missing running into his cart. "Oh god, I'm sorry!" She apologized quickly, smiling before reaching for a yogurt and reading the label, face shifted in a look of disgust as she looked at her phone. "Gross." She said out loud and stepped out of his immediate way. "What else do you want that would make me feel sick for just buying?" She said out loud as she looked at her phone. She had been pretending to be reading a list given towards her and as she tossed the yogurt into her own cart, she shook her head.

Aldo had barely noticed the lady. He was still knee deep in his disgust for yoghurt, it practically being the one and only thing he hated in the world. And to him hate was a strong word. Aldo wasn't one to hate things, much less dislike them. He liked things and liked to like things and considered himself to be rather open minded when it came to trying out new things. Unless, of course, those things were yoghurt. He almost thought himself crazy with how he always went off on a rant with the things but-
"Wait," he said, pausing, turning to look at the lady, and then smiling wide. "I'm not crazy right? Oh my goodness please tell me you just said that. I'm not crazy and you just practically voiced what I was thinking, didn't you?!" Then he looked at the yoghurt and then looked at her and laughed softly. "Oh my god, fuck these things, right?! I mean seriously, who the hell thought it was a good idea to basically make milk super moldy and full of bacteria and shit and then force feed it to us telling us it's the healthiest shit in the world. I mean come on!" His smile grew wider, finally having found someone who knew what he was talking about. And for a few seconds, he paused and blinked, and flushed deeply when he realized just how randomly he had gone off on a tangent with just a... Stranger. But then again, he looked at the yoghurt once more and couldn't help but almost laugh as disgust built up on his insides.
Yes. He hated yoghurt. That much was clear. "I mean come on," he finally continued, "it's all marketed to seem as if it's all nice and healthy and good for your body but more than half of this-" he took a container of held it up in the air, "-is just chemicals on chemicals that destroy your insides like there's no tomorrow. And ugh, don't even get me started on how nasty the favors are. Cherry? Seriously? It tastes like ass. And vanilla? More ass. Chocolate? The Devils work."
He paused again, laughed softly, and shook his head. "Oh. I'm sorry I... Got a little excited there. Eheh. Sorry!" But still, Aldo smiled wide at the lady, and didn't really do anything to show he was looking to move away from her. "It's just, you know, yoghurt is so disgusting and... Fuck it, you know?"

Rose blinked and looked up, seemingly curious as to who he was talking too and when she realized it was her, she smiled and turned off the screen of her phone to show that she was listening to him. She had seen her opening and taken it before she even thought about it, if anything, she was pretty sure he was a passionate ranter, at least about the things he disliked, and she needed no more motivation. She was excited and nervous about this and she was trying to stay neutral to the situation but she was failing miserably.
She knew that Nessie was right, that a lot of jobs required a team. However, she was stubborn. She knew that she was just being looked out for and having not had a job on her own she had never experienced the full responsibility. She knew that like every other job, there was training and one had to be supervised before truly left alone. But in a way, she just wanted to impress Nessie and despite the fact that she'd been just running around getting high and having a good time, she wanted to show her that she was serious about this even if her attitude didn't reflect it.
After all, she grew up knowing of what Nessie did. Being around drugs and guns as a child did nothing to her. Hell, Nessie would sit I the kitchen cleaning out her weapons while Rose sat across from her drawing and coloring and that was the normal shit. Rose knew Nessie was strong and she saw the people Nessie messed with and she felt safe. She tolerated going to the shifter school and respected Nessie for what she did even though she had no idea what she herself wanted to do. All her life people would joke and call her 'mini-Nessie' and that would bother the shit out of her. After all, her mother was covered in tattoos and dyed her hair often too. So when she asked as a small kid if she could paint streaks of green in her hair, Nessie stained streaks and satisfied her even if it came out when she washed her hair the next day. When she desided that she wanted to continue doing it because it was cool there was nothing wrong with it. But she had hated to be compared to Nessie.
Now, she stood in front of Aldo and her body was a canvas. Rose was an artist, had been since she was a child. She respected all art forms and anyone who had the initiative to create something and go through with it. She enjoyed fashion, colors, but was drawn to tattooing seeing as it was one of the artforms she was first introduced too. She remembered going to tattoo shops and seeing all of the drawings on the wall and seeing the act being performed in front of her was beautiful. Now, her passion for it did show. The words 'Bitter Buffalo' decorated the skin that showed on her thigh between the gap of the bottom of her short jeans and the top of her thigh high socks. Her jacket was baggy, an inch or two longer then her shorts and the cut of her tank top allowed some swirls and colors to show from the tattoos that had been covered. She had a bit on her hands and the design of a snake on her ear. Despite the fact that most of it was hidden, it was obvious that she liked it a lot.
Now Nessie's style influenced her a lot and she had been stupid to think so wrong of it. She admired her mother and wanted to be as strong as her, the women was flawless without even trying and after the wake up call she got around the age of 14 she decided that being compared to Nessie was something to be proud about. She had never thought that she'd come home and have her house destroyed. The sight had torn her and she had felt absolutely terrified and vulnerable. She remember looking at Nessie, the women's hands shaking and she knew they both felt the same way. But when she looked up at Nessie and saw the determination and how strong she was despite this and how she refused to let her true feelings weaken her composure. It was that day that she realized that she wanted to be like her and being compared to her wasn't a bad thing. Nessie was beautiful, she was strong as fuck too. So she took it as a compliment and she told her mother that she wanted to follow in her footsteps and help protect her. The words had been funny, she'd probably never be strong enough to protect Nessie and Nessie wouldn't need it in the first place.
Years later, it led her to standing in front of Aldo, someone who she literally stalked for a week, pretending that she had accidentally ran into him despite the fact that she had set it up and following along with the conversation of yogurt.
His voice had become louder in his excitement and she arched her brow and laughed softly, it was kind of cute. He looked like a kid on a caffine rush and she couldn't help but notice the people passing by giving them odd glances. So as Aldo talked, she would stare people down. If they looked at them, they sure as hell looked away the moment they realized they'd been cought staring. "What?" She snapped after Aldo had finished talking, looking at a pair of boys that had been mumbling and laughing in their expense. "Do you want to join the conversation?"
They straightened up and gave her a glare, "Ugly bitch" one said as they snickered and walked off.
"Oh, classy." She mumbled as she turned back to Aldo shifting in her place and shrugging. "Sorry- I just... I'm new to this place and so it's still hard for me to..." She shrugged like she couldn't figure out the right words to say and waved at herself. The town was calmed and had a lot of middle classed older folks and the asshole kids who came along with them. However, she normally wouldn't even give a rats ass. But knowing that Aldo was new to the town was something that she played on. Not being in school made meeting new people a bit harder. It wasn't like you could go to a supermarket or a park and come out with a friend. Often times the social places were bars and clubs and even that was hard because everyone was out to get drunk, laid, or have a good time with their own group of friends. So often times just wanting to sit and relax and just talk wasn't what was on the other persons mind.
Aldo was a social guy, too, so she thought it was getting to him especially with his brother gone. "But I'd rather not have any friends then follow assholes like that around." She finished before smiling and jumping slightly, obviously making an effort to return to the original conversation. She pointed to the line of yogurt and laughed. "Amen, brother. I mean who comes up with this idea anyway!?" She sounded and looked as passionate as he had. "Let's take this nasty previously edible item, combine it with this nasty thing, throw in a blender and deside to taste the outcome! Because not only did someone think of adding those things together but they thought of putting it in their mouths afterwards!" She shifted her face and it was clear that she was disgusted.
She never hated yogurt or disliked it. She was neutral to it and would have it if it was around but would rather go out of her way to buy a chocolate bar instead. However, talking about it in this light made her stomach turn because it was actually pretty damn gross. "I completely understand the cherry thing too! I mean it was pretty much ruined by the fact that every medicine ever is either it's original flavor or cherry flavored. So of course it's either 'here drink this, it'll help you stop coughing because you'll be too busy vomiting your existence through your mouth' or 'here try the cherry flavored alternative and cry yourself to sleep when you realize that you just murdered your tastebuds and their is no going back'. So now anything cherry flavored is medicine to me and therefore I don't do it."

Aldo watched, and smiled, and it wasn't because he just naturally loved to smile. And he didn't just listen because he loved talking to people. Well, it was that. But he immediately liked the vibe that the girl was giving off to him as she began to speak. His smile would turn into a wide grin, then go down to a small smirk, then it would widen once more at some thing she said or another. He hardly even noticed the strange glances he'd get left and right as he had ranted to her, and he certainly didn't see any aimed in her direction when she ranted at him. He didn't mind though, plus it wasn't like they were bothering anyone, standing off to the side rather than smack in the middle of the isle. "Hah! Medicine," Lado chuckled a little under his breath and looked down for a few seconds, grinning, then looked back up at her once he had calmed his sometimes obnoxiously looking smile.
Taking this opportunity, he gazed quickly at her to actually tell who he was talking to, and to his pleasure she looked like a really chill kind of girl. The way she dressed kind of gave him an "I don't care" sort of vibe, and he couldn't help but notice her hair and some of the tattoos that showed along her skin. And it wasn't like she was ugly, cause she had a pretty face, fine features that he quickly caught on too. "You know I never thought of it that way. But you're right, you're right. Yes. It's basically your taste buds committing flavored suicide, the poor things." He laughed a little under his breath yet again, his hands playing with each other as he took a small step back so it didn't feel so constricted. Aldo looked down and slowly placed his basket down in the ground by his right leg, kicking it sideways a little so that it was well out of the way. "By the way, random ass complement here, I really reaally like your style. Like. Really." His hands bobbed up and down with every word. "Actually, no. You know what?" And his hands clasped each other in a small clap of 'aha!' "I don't like it, I love it! I used to know a shit ton of people that looked just like you. Well not just like you but, you know?! Goodness it makes me so glad to meet someone familiar. Like. Culture and shit, yeah?"
His hands rubbed against each other slightly. "And, like, I see you like tattoos. They look really pretty. I've always wanted to get one! But, ah, I guess I'm too pussy to do it. I'm not good with pain at all! It's like. No. Thanks. I've heard that hurts." Aldo passed a hand through the bush that was his hair. Though he loved it, felt like it was different and unique enough. It's not like he wanted to stand out. It was just a little something people tended to know him by, and stuck with it. "But, like, I've actually done a shit ton of designs, for the 'maybe just in case I'll get super fucking high and I'll stop pussying out' kind of situation. But, you know, you live and you live, or however the saying goes, and move on. Whatever comes your way, just fucking do it." He smiled softly, and blinked. "Ah, shit, I almost forgot. I'm Aldo William Orion. I'm kinda new here, with my brother, we just got here for I don't know how long. You know? Like you! Cause you told me that you're new to this place, an it's like, what's up! I'm new too! And I don't know that many people here so it's a little, ya know, weird.
"And I also just realized that I have probably, most likely, maaaybe wasted your time by ranting to you about yoghurt. But it's like, you have cool tattoos as well and I wanted to let you know that! Cause I know that not that many people actually appreciate a good tattoo when they see one. But not me. Oh no. I'll see a good one, you bet your fucking ass I'll be there to tell you how fucking awesome it looks! Cause from what I can see? They look awesome. And your style is awesome too. And I'm probably making it sound like everything is awesome but it could be? Ah, I'm rambling. You, miss, have awesome tattoos and awesome style. That's what I've been trying to say this whole time. I just feel like I have a lot to say. I like talking to people. It's fun."
Aldo laughed and stopped himself short for a moment, his eyes glancing away for just one quick second as he forced his mind to reset. "I... Am talking so much." He bit his lower lip a little. "And my manners, I haven't even asked for your name!"

Rose was nodding along with everything he was saying. She knew he could talk, had heard him go on such tangents with his brother on the phone and she felt almost bad for him. Being new to a location full of stuck up people and having no one when would suck for such a social person. But she had to admit that it was a bit overwhelming, but far more amusing. She couldn't help but feel like she had to wait for him to finish his rant before commenting and she did just that. Nodding, laughing, and shaking her head at the things he said just to show him that she was actively listening.
"First of all, thanks for the compliment. You can barely see the extent of how many I have with this outfit but it's fucking cold outside." She said, chuckling at the fact that she was showing a lot of skin regardless. "I'm usually walking around half naked showing them off and it's funny when you go some place the older folks go to, you might think they'd have a heart attack or something. But yeah, I just moved here and I come from a place with a lot of culture too. It feels like I don't fit in but I'm not really worried or bothered by that at all. I don't care for people that are too busy judging others."
She laughed and pointed to her cart. "You're not holding me up or anything. I came here for something to snack on but can't figure out what I wanted so I'm just thinking of hitting up a café on my way home." She started walking off, telling him to follow her because she was starting to feel a bit cold. She'd just move out of the general refrigerated section of the store. But as she walked she continued to talk to him, regardless of if he followed or not.
"Aldo, eh? That's a pretty dope name and I don't mind the talking at all. It's actually a very refreshing change of pace to find someone like you. You actually remind me a lot of my best friend before I lost contact with him. As for the tattoo's I actually did some of them myself!" She said with a huge grin on her face. "By the way, the name is Rose White."

Aldo nodded and smiled. "Yeah I understand you. Honestly I don't care what others think of me too much. I know what I am, you know? So judge me if you want, but I'm not changing." He smiled and listened to her perfectly, then at her small gesture he bent over and picked at the handle of his basket with his long fingers. There was a short moment where he heaved the basket full of groceries and placed it from one finger to the other, trying to find the perfect fit, till he actually did. He turned without looking at the yoghurt once more and started to follow her, digging his free hand into his left pocket of his pants, keeping up pace with her slightly so that he walked slightly besides her, though a little bit behind. About half a step. It made it easier on him to look at her without having to strain his neck.
"Funny you should mention the cafe. I was thinking of going there myself sometime today. Maybe I could meet some more people there while a nice cup of hot chocolate. With marshmallows. Mmm, damn. I love marshmallows in hot chocolate." He licked his lips and laughed a little at his own stupid remarks, his head perking up a bit as he followed her some more. "Rose White? I've never met anyone with the first name Rose. That's actually really cool!" He laughed softly. "I've been watching Breaking Bad so your last name just made me giggle a little. Sorry. I'll stop. God I say some weird things sometimes. But but! Let's retrace a few things," he pulled his hand out of his pocket and waved it about a bit. "You said you have made some of your tattoos by yourself? Like literally you've taken the ink and inked yourself? Cause if that's what you meant then I'm going to tell you something, lady. That. Is. Bad. Fucking. Ass. Like. Legit super bad ass. Buuuut, if you meant that you designed them yourself, then I'll tell you something else. That is mega bad ass."
He shook his head a little, reached over for some canned pears and throwing two on his basket as they walked. "Short of it is, both options are bad ass. You're awesome. That's awesome." He couldn't help but look at her tattoos that showed once more, and smiled slightly. "If it was legal I'd probably run around naked just to show off my own tattoos. I feel like that's something to be proud of. I mean, it's super fucking artistic to turn ones body into an actual canvas. Creative as fuck. And a little risky. Which makes it so much more awesome. And it looks really fucking great on you. But hey, wait, you know what, fuck it. You seem like a chill girl, so here's the thing. I kinda want to get to know people better, and chill with them. I got this sweet ass spot, and I want to throw a little something just to chill. Music. Food. You know how it is." He lowered his voice a bit and got a little closer to her. "I smoke the you-know-what. There will be some of that, if you're into that kind of stuff, you know? But you don't have to," he raised his voice again, "it's mostly just to get to know people. I used to do these all the time back home, I feel like it'll be a little fun. What do you say? It's open invitation too. Bring whomever you want."

Rose couldn't lie or even hide the look of pure amusement from her face. She'd heard him talk to others before but it was different when directed at her. In the back of her mind she briefly wondered if he'd still think she's awesome if he knew what she really was up too. The thought made her smile grow and she just nodded and listened to him speak as she walked on. It wasn't until she was at the end of the aisle that she stopped walking and turned towards him, by that point he was ranting about a get together of sorts that she knew he'd been thinking about for the last month.
When he lowered his voice and moved closer to her, she moved closer to him. Brow arching in a questioning way. Rose looked around quickly making sure that no one could listen and once satisfied turned to look at him to see him with what was probably the most serious expression she'd seen on his face. He still looked amusing as fuck, but still. When he mentioned the drugs she ended up laughing loudly and pulling away. Giggling like he'd said the funniest thing in the world and shaking her head at him. "You're hilarious. Sorry, I don't mean to be such a bitch- It's just-" She paused to laugh once again before making it to the front of the store.
"How about this for a chance? I just met you and you seem pretty fucking dope. So, I'd like to get to know you better but I won't go to a gathering when you're the only one I know and I really could hadly say I know you." She smiled and turned towards him. "Xo, let's go to that café for a bit, huh? hang out, eat lunch or whatever and I can see if you're actually a cool person to chill with. No offense but I've definitely been around people that seem chill at first and turn out to be the biggest assholes ever. Besides, I don't feel like getting anything right now and if you're interested I can show you the first tattoo I did on myself and all the other ones that are covered."

Do wasn't quite sure why, but he laughed alongside Rose when she started laughing, and no doubt the two of them probably seemed like a pair of foolish idiots in the middle of the supermarket. He was one of those people who found laughter to be contagious, even of people were laughing at him he would just brush it off and deal with it later when the time came to deal with such things. A laugh was a laugh and he wasn't about to pass up an opportunity. But he nodded at her following words, listening silently but closely, and when she finished he just smiled.
"No, of course, that sounds awesome! I admit it was a tad bit silly to straight up put an offer like that on the table and what you are saying totally makes sense. I was just a little bit excited to meet someone is all!" He laughed softly as he placed the items he had gathered on his basket unto the belt, paying for them a few moments later with a wad of cash he kept tucked deep inside the pockets of his pants, directly besides his phone. He turned to face her with bags in hand. "It would be so fucking awesome to get to know you as well, going out and talking sounds amazing," Aldo placed a huge emphasis on that last word and smiled like a retard. "And holy shit, yes! I would love to see the other ones. That would be super fucking cool.
"So what I'm thinking is, right, give me your contact info and I'll give you mine. Let me go home reallu quick, drop these things off, get a couple of things and then meet you at the cafe or wherever later today? Maybe in... an hour and a half? Some of the things I got would spoil under the heat. So you can give me a call when you're ready and tell me where we'll meet up. And if you like me and think I'm chill, then fucking awesome! You know? But if not well easy peasy just delete my info and boom no hard feelings whatsoever. I hope you like me though. You honestly seem like a cool person to be around."
Aldo looked around himself and smiled more. "But anyways, my phone number is: seven five four - three eight eight - nine three four one. A little confusing yeah. It's better if you call me. I have one of those flip phones that aren't too great for texting. You know what I'm talking about right! I don't really keep up with technology too well."
But nonetheless Aldo smiled, and looking at Rose, he hoped deeply that he had made her as a friend. She reminded him of his old group of hangouts, a nice throwback with a fresh twist. Aldo smiled without really noticing. "What do you think? Sounds like a plan?"

Rose smiled and waited for Aldo to pay for his things. She took the time to look at her cart and trealized that she'd gotten herself a couple of snacks along the way. Smiling, she looked at the cup of pre-cut melons mixed with grapes and cheese, a twix bar, and a Dr. Pepper. By the time his things where paid for, her's laid on the belt ready to be scanned. She smiled at Aldo, smiling as if it was natural when usually she'd be frowning giving people a very sarcastic judgemental look.
"That sound's like the perfect plan. Besides, I left when it was chilly out so i could use the time to shower and change." She told him, unzipping her bag and pulling out a thin black smart phone and her credit card. She swipped the card on the machine and pressed a couple of buttons, signing afterwards. Once handed the reciept, she moved over, grabbed her bag and thanked the cashier. "Alright..." She told herself, turning on her phone and putting in her password. After clicking a couple of buttons she repeated his number outloud and pretended to enter his number into her phone.
She didn't need to, really, she already had it saved.
"I actually do keep up with technology." She told him as she messed through her phone. Keeping up with him even if she was replying to a couple of texts from Jaz and her mom. "Although, I'll be the first to admit that it gets expensive when I keep fucking up my phone." She grinned and turned around giving him her back and holding the phone out. Without asking for permission she took a picture of the two of them, and saved it as his contact picture.
Turning around, she grinned. "I suck at calling people just as much as I suck at texting But I perfer to text. So just hit me up when you're ready and don't worry, if i don't reply just call me okay? Nag me a bit because it isn't personal I'm just a shitty person, kay?" She told him, "Trust me, I'll be there." She added with a nod and waved a small shy goodbye before turning and leaving. She headed off in the oposite direction then he did. She wasn't planning on following him this time, in fact, she walked towards Reaver's apartment.
It took a couple of minutes in which she ate her twix and drank her soda. By the time she stood in front of his door, she was already pulling out a small set of keys, looking for a royal blue key and inserting it into the lock to open the door to his apartment. By now, she was around the dude so much that she had a small basket of clean laundry that belonged to her. Taking out the fruit from her bag, she walked into his house and made her way towards the kitchen without even announcing her presence.

Aldo looked up and without questioning gave the camera his best smile, showing his pearly whites, somewhat of a toothy grin. He had a large smile he felt proud of. "Oh, you keep up with technology, huh? Well at least I'm not having to worry for fucking up my phone. Quite literally you would have to drop this into a pool to break it. They oughtta be made straight out of diamonds." He grinned a little; even his cheeks were beginning to hurt from all the smiling he had done but he could not actually help himself at the moment. "Fantastic! I guess I'll be seeing you soon then." Aldo waved back at her, it was somewhat of a small shy wave just like hers but with a little more enthusiasm put into it. They walked out of the supermarket side by side but watched for a few moments as she went off in a direction he wasn't going to. Aldo smiled, turned about, and headed off to the opposite direction.
The walk felt shorter than it had been to get to the market. Perhaps it had been because his thoughts lingered on his possibly new friend or maybe it had something to do with that whole thing that the journey back always feels shorter than the adventure forwards. His head quickly adapted and he already knew what routes to take, although he was more than keen on exploring to see if he could find some shortcuts to key places, like a mall or a smoke shop, places to eat and so on. The sun was still held high in the air and beat down on him. It was only now that he realized it had been just a tiny bit chilly, after Rose had mentioned it to him. He reached up with his free hand and rubbed his exposed right arm, smiling softly at passerbies, until finally he got home. He knew his brother Jon wouldn't be home but he could never quite keep himself from hoping to meet a familiar gaze whenever he inserted the key and flung the door wide dramatically.
"Lord Aldo has arrived!" He announced, laughed softly, and kicked the door shut as he stepped through and walked to the kitchen to put away the things he bought.
Reaver sat reading over all the notes he had, case files that weren't part of his usual contracts, cup of hot camomile tea in hand as he bent over the dining table. The entire table was occupied with all of his work: pictures, contact information, addresses, links, maps with question marks and circles. He bit his lower lip softly and cursed under his breath as his hand slowly unraveled truths that weren't meant to be. If anything, what was on his table was quite controversial if one was to recognize the names and faces he was investigation.
To put it quite frankly, he had finally reached the important phase of his plan. But it left him restless, having placed some recent and older crimes aside to do this. It was day three of constant analyzing and self-questioning. Reaver could feel his head pounding with a headache. He hadn't even heard Rose enter his apartment up until when she entered the kitchen. He looked up and smiled softly at her. "Wow, you were serious when you said you made a copy of my key. Ah, tea?" He questioned, but stopped and shook his head. "Nah, you don't like tea."
Reaver started to put some of his things away, the things that were most controversial. He was not sure if she would recognize the names and faces but he wasn't about ready to reveal anything. Not until he was a hundred percent sure. Not until he had solid proof. A few pictures slid into folders, and his journal was closed quickly. Reaver stood. He hadn't seen Rose in about four days. "Sorry about the mess." He smiled. "I've been working on... A few things lately and it's boggling my mind. Nothing too extreme though." Though it was, and if she had seen the worried look in his face if she had entered, she would have known. But now Reaver smiled and hid away all negative thoughts, his mismatched colored eyes staring at her, before looking down at the groceries. "Ah, got me anything I might like?"

Rose was grinning like an idiot. She felt so sure and secure of this that she felt on cloud nine floating around with strange clouds. Aldo was so easy she didn't even have to work for it and that made her the happiest. Such a big case and she was flying through it with no hesitation. She was proud of herself and it was moments like this that she wished she could tell Reaveer or her mom but knew better. She hated this about herself, the secrets. But it was going to be fine and she could tell herself that to keep herself up high. Besides, she was so happy she didn't want to tell Reaver. Hell, she wanted to get on her knees and blow him to share the good vibes.
She even told the stupid ass bitch next door to have a good day rather then her usual sarcastic, 'I see you're still alive, sad day.' By the time she made it to the kitchen and Reaver noticed her, her grin widened. He was handsome and her heart skipped at the sight. Something about the length of his shoulders, deepness to his eyes asd curve of his lip... Something made her always want him. He wasn't her mate and she wasn't in love or any of that stupid shit.
It was complicated.
It also was something else she'd rather not talk about. She walked up to him and leaned over the table, placing a quick kiss on his lips before moving away and digging through her bag. "OF course I was serious, baby." She said, pausing to wink at him before pulling out a water and the bowl of fruit. "They didn't have your berries and these seemed the freshest. Just make me a list and I'll buy shit for the house." She said before throwing out the bag and taking off her jacket, revealing the bra she wore right under.
Crossing her arms over her chest she watched him for a minute with a small frown, studying him. But shaking her head. "You're a little bitch every time you apologize for no reason."

Reaver studied her silently, but smiled as he returned the quick and light kiss that she gave him. It almost always caught him off guard yet at the same time he had come to expect it just a tiny bit. Probably expecting as much as when she sexually harassed him in public, or suddenly began blowing him. Reaver didn't complain, certainly, he was more than fine with it and she seemed so as well. Besides she was a beautiful girl, and as she took off her jacket he couldn't help but have his eyes wander around up and down, following the curvature of her skin as she crossed her arms over her chest. He found himself biting on his lower lip softly, then looked away, back down to the few papers that were still exposed out on the table. "No blueberries? Damn. I guess we aren't in season yet. I'll go ahead and make the list later and let you know."
"And a bitch, huh?" He grinned wide suddenly, and stood from his seat. His hand tightly grasped the cup of tea in his hand, a habit he took from his grandfather, and his grandfather's grandfather, and took a few gulps. With a soft sigh, Reaver licked his lower lip slowly with the tip of her tongue while staring at her deeply. "Says the girl that end up bent over for me begging to be filled." Immediately afterwards he laughed despite a throb and moved in her direction, past her, and placed the now empty cup inside the sink, filling it with water before rinsing it out. He moved slightly to the right and started to dry it out, speaking as he worked, "I am guessing that you've had a good day then? You seem to be in somewhat of a good mood, Rose." Reaver smirked. "Most of the time when you get in here something happened that has you in a slightly pissy mood. It's funny. But I'm glad things seemed to work out today."
He took hold of one of the yoghurt bottles she bought. "Ooh. Nice. Don't mind me." Reaver took a spoon from a drawer and tore open the seal, dipping the silverware inside before licking at it slowly with the entire length of his tongue. He finally turned to face her, sitting back against the counter. "Will you be staying here for a while? I kind of missed your company these last couple of days."

Rose loved the fact that he always kissed her back, despite sometimes being a bit hesitant. She didn't classify what they had as anything in particular, she couldn't. They were not mates, nor did they have a striking amount of matching interests to always draw them together. In all reality, Reaver and Rose were rather unorthodox. What they had was too unconventional to be considered a friendship and while she did care for him, she couldn't see them as friends. Yet she did care for him, valued his opinion, and loved spending time together...
She also enjoyed his dick but that was another story.
To be honest, there was something so contradicting about Reaver that drew her to him. He was a rude ass motherfucker then turned around to be one of the most polite and beautiful people she could ever meet. There was something about his deep set mismatching eyes that made her feel like she was in heaven and in hell at the same time. The deepness of his voice made her ache for him often and so did his size. Even though he had a habit of slouching onced he stood in front of her and she was pinned, she couldn't help but notice the length of his shoulders.
She shivered at his words, her reaction rather visible with the way her hairs stood on end and she straightened up. When she felt his tongue on her lip she almost moaned but knew better then to give him that victory. "I am in a good mood, considering your arousal is rather obvious. Finally warming up to me and losing that shyness?"

"Ouchies, Rose. I am a little bit hurt. Do you really think I'm only now starting to warm up to you?" He raised an eyebrow, then looked down at his yogurt nonchalantly, licking another spoonful clean. "If anytning, I warmed up to you immediately when you started to fuck me in public at that club, in front of everybody." Reaver smirked,ca soft blush forming on his face. "And then I'd say I warmed up to you a little more later that night here in my apartment." Finally he looked up at her, there was a slight blush on his face he hoped she wouldn't notice, even when his cheeks were ever so slightly hot. "And a little more when I washed your hair off the following morning."
Shrugging his shoulders as if to say 'oh well', Reaver opened his mouth, but before words came out he laughed softly. He tried again, a few sounds appeared, not anything resembling words, and he laughed again. Finally regaining his composure, Reaver spoke, badly imitating Rose's voice in a sort of childish imitation of what a girl sounds like. "'How is your foot doing, Reaver?' Oh why thank you for asking, Rose! How very sweet and kind of you to worry about my personal well being. It's doing better! I can walk normally now and the pain is gone! Thank you for asking. Your thoughts are soo appreciated."
He backed away from her before she could hit him, up against a wall, laughing some more, then a little more when he realized he was laughing, ending up in a loop of starting and stopping for a few seconds before finally shutting himself up with a spoonful of yogurt in his mouth. "Pleath dun hith me!" He mumbled with the spoon in his mouth, grinning like an idiot.
