Jewel {Laina's Soul} slowly moved towards Sarah after Felicity rushed over to her, it was like the body she was in was a newborn giraffe. She stumbled slowly as if dizzy, she fell to her knees as the power soaked into her. Crevan looked up from his position and moved to them faster then his normal stride, the King chuckled lightly as he followed at a leisurely stroll watching the slight panic on the General. " She is fine I am sure. She just overstretched her magical muscles so to speak. It can wear on the body even with years of practice...." He cut short of the lesson in how magic works. Everyone there was a magic user, minus his brother at the moment. Crevan sighed at his brother's attitude," Shall I pick her up and move her to a resting place?" He asked. He did not want to do just that without permission if he was granted as such he would at least pick her up in his arms.
Damien would move from Sarah's group slowly moving to jewel now knowing his wife was inside her body. " This is so very awkward darling." Jewel 's {Laina's Soul} laughter filled the air. " So very much. I doubt she wants you picking up her body like a lover, I smell a mixture of fragrances from her. " She said looking down at jewel's body. He would merely nod standing there watching her. He would, however, reach out his hand like a gentleman and help her up. But not knowing the customs of the woman's species, he decided to forgo a kiss, he did not know if the smell of a bird was a pet or mate on her. He would hold out his arm for her hold onto. Jewel {Laina's Soul} ginger gripped his arm as he assisted her to walk over to the fountain to sit down. " I take it the words she spoke was off? Does anyone of you know to reverse your families Variation of this magic?"
Jewel {Laina's Soul} shook her head a little it was odd trying to fit her soul in a body that wasn't hers. " What if there is not a solution darling. " He would look down at Jewel {Laina's Soul} quickly as if dread filled him. " This blood you soak in will limit you..." He looked at his wife's body{ Jewel's Soul}. " No offense Jewel." Jewel {Laina's soul} would frown at him, " No it was just a shock. This body is actually quite suitable" she said bringing her hands up, her husbands would quickly grab her hands before they could go anywhere. He would make it seem as if he was holding them lovingly, though he had grabbed them for other reasons thinking she might not be thinking straight. " I am sure. "
~*~*~*~*~
The young woman ginger set her first foot on the stone cobble as she wriggled her toes as her other foot came down feeling the chilled stone. She looked down seeing her ample body was only covered in an undergarment shirt, the sleeves seemed to hang over her hands a little and it came down to her thighs. She would gently hug her self in the dark, she saw behind the woman that appeared to her in the long dark dream a set of eyes. The eyes were red in color and moving closer, another appeared one after an another. She shakingly held up a hand having both Hellenia and Larissa raise a brow till they turned to look. Hellenia snapped her fingers and the yoke on the Seductress lost some of its runes, her hand would whip quickly to the side as she shouted. " Summone telum! Great staff desolatione!" (Summons! Desolation Great staff!) The wood looked like driftwood, though what looked like an orb. Beneath what seemed to be the wood had grown overlooked like cooled magma that glowed with heat just beneath it. "Aestuo elementis!" A charge in the staff made it glow as she dashed to the side as the weapon's charge was about to fire, she slides to a stop aiming it. The staff breathed fire in a stream just barely missing the area of the eyes, it lite up a creature looking so foul with many arms hanging off it some mutated stumps. Its mouth was a gaping hole with many sharp thin teeth, the nose looked like it had been sliced off. When the flames light got near it let out a shrill shriek backing away into the darkness. " That is why the coffin was lite. " Larissa said as she moved towards the door away from the both of them. Hellenia would growl throwing her hand out, the palm of her hand lighting up a tattoo of a pentagram. "subjugatio!" The Yoke around Larissa's neck tightened slightly, its runes that had gone dormant were lite up again. This, in turn, gave her a jolt from the spell making her fall to her knees dropping the great staff.
Grabbing a white large crystal from her satchel holding into the air, "Lux!" She screamed as she pulled her hood over her head. " follow me, girl! "She shouted. When the crystal gathered the spell it burst a burning bright light into the area, this made the girl shriek covering her eyes as she pressed into the back of the woman clutching her cloak. The surge of light showed at least twenty of these large beasts surrounding the chamber, the sound they made when the light connected with them briefly before it died down again was shrill. The Seductress forced herself up so she could limp/ run after them as they dashed for the doorway. The door started to close Larissa hearing Hellenia cursing loudly, she pushed her self to run faster even as the spell on the yoke was still trying to subjugate her. The pain was unbearable as she stumbled falling, which had her sliding just across the doors thresh hold before it slammed shut.
The young woman was bawling as she collapsed to the floor holding her face, " I can not see. " Hellenia panted heavily as she leaned her forehead against the wall, her chest rising and falling more from panic then the long head sprint they had to do. When her heart no longer wanted to climb out her throat she would push off the all, seeing Larissa sprawled on the floor twitching lightly as the magic kept punishing her. "You are lucky you had the will to push on. I was going to leave you in there as punishment for trying to leave us. " She watched Larissa flip her the bird from her face down position as she tried not to scream in pain.
Hellenia slowly walked over to the young woman before kneeling beside her," Hush, the spell didn't blind you. " She would take her hands away from her face. " It only hurts because you have been in that slumber since you were a babe. You are lucky he put a spell on you to keep your body in health, or you would have wasted away. " She said softly as she caressed her cheeks. " Come, Tempest opens your eyes. " Tempest would gently flutter her lashes before tightly closing her eyes again. " They still hurt" She whined softly. Hellenia sighed before gently petting her hair. " Alright, I will lead you out then. Hold tightly to my waist so you know when I move another direction." She would stand assisting Tempest to rise also, helping her to hold on to her. They would start to make their way out together, and as Larissa thought she was going to be alone in the depths of the castle she heard in the distance from Hellenia. "domitis perduellibus cupiens release!" (Release subjugation) The gasp Larissa let out was that of pain as it all stopped, she would be waiting sometime before she could follow.

When Sarah opened her eyes, they took in an open field lit up by the sun. The flowers beneath her seemed to be reflections of it, bright yellow in color as they swayed in the cool breeze. Normally, she would have been utterly confused. After all, it had just been night time when the spell was cast. And she definitely knew that she wasn't surrounded only by the brightest blooms they have ever seen.
What was this place?
"Your haven," a voice said beside her, causing Sarah turn and yelp in fright. An amused expression lit up the red-haired woman's face, bringing a twinkle in her emerald eyes. "Sarah, child, you don't need to be scared. This is your place. No one that you don't allow can be here."
"...I'm confused," Sarah confessed, worrying her bottom lip. "Am I dead?"
"Oh, no," the woman denied, raising her hands and waving them back and forth as if to wipe the notion away from Sarah's mind.
"But aren't you Aideen?"
The woman paused, then cleared her throat and curtsied. "Why yes, I am. So your mother has told you of me?"
"Yes." Felicity brought Aideen up a few times, telling her of the story of how the woman beguiled the Seelie King and fell in love with another man. How, even though his heart had been broken, he knew that the Dancing Witches had a tendency to reincarnate and vowed that he would find Aideen's soul again and marry her after he killed the demon that had created the Two Lovers' Curse. "She said that it was because of you that the family book had been lost and why King Oberon wants to marry me."
Sarah said it slowly after a bit of hesitation. Those were just such negative things that was said about her many-times-great aunt. But if Jewel looked like Aideen as Felicity had explained, then surely Aideen wasn't all bad. Jewel had come to the Isles hoping that she could save Queen Laina. (Jewel didn't really look like Aideen by way of hair and eyes though. She could see facial structures were the same at least, as well as the slight dusting of freckles across the bridges of their noses.)
"So it is a tale of infamy that my legacy holds," Aideen said in an Irish lilt, her face falling before shaking her head and sighing. "I can understand that. No matter." Once again, she smiled and started walking to the tree line. "But I wasn't invited to talk about my life story."
Sarah, after a brief moment of befuddlement, quickly caught up with her ancestress to walk in step beside her. She wasn't sure if it was because of the dancing lessons or that this was - she assumed - her subconscious that she didn't run out of breath, but on her last step before walking in pace with Aideen she asked, "Who invited you?"
"You, of course. Only you can control who comes and who goes in your safe haven."

Felicity looked up at Crevan's question, nodding. "Yes, I don't see why that would hurt." She wondered as an afterthought why Crevan even asked, standing up after Crevan picked Sarah off the ground and into her arms. She was certain that Sarah and Anya had told her about the Scion custom in the Isles and how she had been slightly disgusted by thinking that her daughter could be a ... pet. At first, she had seen Crevan in such a negative sight that if she could get away with it she would spit on him. But after a while, seeing Sarah and Crevan grow closer had her easing up and coloring Crevan differently.
After tonight, Crevan would gain all of Felicity's respect. And she was sure if Foster were here he would have given Crevan his as well.
She looked over to Laina's body at the musical laugh that emanated from it. Thea had taken the female vampire's elbow and wrapped her arm around the middle to help support and lead her to the fountain. "I bet you smell my husband and pups."
Felicity exhaled a breath, still reeling that Sarah actually did this and what it could mean. "She did say the spell wrong, but it shouldn't have had this effect," Felicity responded to Damien, shaking her head. "Usually, our spells only work if spoken clearly and precisely. If even one word is wrong there would be no effect. That way none of us could take advantage of our gift.
"But there are very rare cases where one witch is deemed worthy enough to expand the book. Create and mend spells, but at high costs of energy. That spell that was originally supposed to be done didn't have a reversal anyway. But as soon as Sarah recovers I'm sure she'll want to fix what she's done."
"None taken," Jewel said from Laina's body to Damien, closing her eyes and feeling her daughter's and grandfather's presence beside her. "In the meantime I can see if I can heal your body from the inside out, Queen Laina. See if the principles of the spell still apply even if it was said wrong."
"You're taking this a lot better than I thought, Ma," Thea murmured, scowling.
"There's no sense in freaking out over this. It's easily fixable."
"Depending on whether or not the girl wakes up before Nate really starts to freak out."

Crevan would slowly move to the stone bench pulling a string on his cloak, the furred inside would make a soft spot for her to lay. He would gently lay her there; he gently wrapped the cloak around her before sitting on the armrest as if he was guarding her. He would look up from her to hear the exchange between people, he would ignore it turning back to Sarah wondering why she was still out. He currently felt nothing from her and that made him want to hold his breath, even with all the years he had spent honing himself to be a machine of war. Well, he still seemed to feel some emotion as of late.
Damien merely chuckled when Felicity finished her musing. " Sorry, no offense Felicity. But the girl is in the middle of basic magic training. And even though she is a witch that can create spells, she is not knowledgable enough to know how to do that. She has to know how spells are created depending on the type magic being used. "He paced a little bit. " The wave that hit everyone inside the circle did something to my connection to my mate." Jewel {Laina's Soul} smiled hearing the queen's voice, " Is that what that lovely smell is? I and my husband tend to stay away from using our sense of smell for several reasons. " She answered for him since he was busily losing his mind over something simple. " I haven't a clue. Usually its very hard to create a spell without intention. For all, I know you could cleanse my body by just being in it. Or it could be something Sarah might have to help with. No one knows what she was thinking during the creation of the variation of the spell. " She said in jewels voice. Her hand would come up to her neck gently not feeling the need to feed off blood.
" This type of magic creation is very dangerous. I imagine that is why she is still asleep from an overload of magic and use. " Jewel's {Laina's Soul} face scrunched up a little with worry for Sarah." I mean I have only been teaching her small spells that most learn when they are five years old here. I had not gone into any complex spells dealing with soul transfer or any of the like. "She shifted on the stone a little to get comfortable. " And I was trying to stay close enough to her type of magic. Considering she is much like me in the sense she is a well of power, even though it be untapped. " Looking to Sarah her expression worried further as Crevan seemed to worry over her constantly when she was well. She couldn't imagine what he would do now. " I mean for all we know she may wake in a few moments...." Damien stopped pacing seeing the look on his wife's face. He spoke finishing her sentence looking slightly horrified. " Or she could stay like this for months or years. " He said covering his face a little.

Tempest could feel the movements of the woman before her telling her where to step, she still refused to open her eyes for the moment. The only sound she could hear was water dripping down from spots in the hallway when the women before she stopped it jolted her as she crashed into the women back. By instinct alone, she opened her eyes not seeing anything, though the pain was there still, it wasn't as bad. " Illuminate." Tempest heard the woman speak for a small crystal in the hand of her lit up. She was surprised when this woman shoves it into her hand. The light hurt her eyes but not as bad as when the bright light hit her eyes. Hellenia let out a sigh sitting down on a pair of stairs. " We have to wait for till she catches up. The light will help guide her. " She said to Tempest with a smile. The young woman tilted her head a little. " Why was I in that room?" Hellenia would frown and shake her head. " Because the former First Great Mad King thought that certain powers were too strong. So a foolish King followed the mad king's law and took your mother from your Father forever. " She said with a smile that really wasn't happy. " He cursed him with great power." Tempest frowned sitting down next to her. " What do you mean, how is that a curse?"
Hellenia was surprised she didn't cry when she heard the fate of both of her parents, but she chuckled a little as she thought of how to word it. " Well, He has a never-ending need to fight even when in time of peace. And when he wages his wrath it becomes animalistic. His father told him that if he drank too much he would lose control. But being a tricky bastard that he is, he lied, its actually if he refrains from drinking his full that he will lose it. " She let out a sigh looking to Tempest from under her hood. " It is in the days of old; were witch clans refused to bow before the King's rule many many years ago, so he out of envy and spite stole into their houses taking their children as hostages. " She watched the facial expressions of the girl as she listened to the story. " So the King waited for the witches to come to him with demands of the release of their offspring. When they came he told them for every clan that bows to the king may their child be returned. " She took the light and held it up casting magic to show like a shadowed puppet show on the wall to show what happened. " The first clan to answer did not bow. He murdered their child in the most horrible way in front of them before turning them to dust. " The scene played out in shadow, tempest seemed to be watching horrified at the aspect.
"Still the pride of the other clans stayed strong. Another refused to bow to the king, their children to parished. It was down to so little left and they fell before him weeping for mercy not to mention the loss of freedom. " The scene played out before the mad king. She would stop the magic creating it. " That is what happened before mine and my husbands time, each king that sat atop the mountain of the mainland became mad. But that is a story for another time. " She said softly before sighing. " The rules set by the mad king were law. No future king thought it was pertinent to change it. Men are fools" She mumbled the last bit. She would smile seeing the Seductress came walking into the light. " And some females too apparently, " She said loud enough for her to hear.

"Why did I invite you?" Sarah couldn't help but ask, holding back a wince. It sounded so rude. She didn't want to come across that way. The people who raised her were big on family, her adoptive mother especially because she was Italian. Thinking back on it, Sofia was big on her husband's family, not so much her own though.
"You tell me," Aideen replied, casting a glance at the blonde-haired girl before winking. There was a knowing smile to her face. She knew, Sarah thought. But if she was trying to get Sarah to read her mind, she couldn't do it.
"Um, I don't know."
Suddenly, there was a bench, placed right by the closest tree they stood by. Aideen urged Sarah to sit on the cool metal beside her, so she did. "Your soul called to me," Aideen finally answered. Aideen placed Sarah's hand in hers. It was so soft, she thought, before looking up to the old witch's green eyes. "The part that makes you a Dancing Witch. It asked me to help you. You asked me to help you. But the problem is, with what?"
Sarah couldn't help but giggle, shaking her head. "How did I call to you if I didn't know that I did?"
Aideen giggled too, turning her head to face the open field and called out, "Yoo-hoo! My glorious great-great-aunt with the most beautiful red hair and striking green eyes! Come follow me! I need your help!"
Sarah snorted, an unladylike sound that she would be very self-conscious about if she were around someone like Julian. With Aideen though? She felt that she didn't mind. "I did not say that."
"Well, how would you know?" she rebutted, patting her hand. "If you don't know how you called me, then how do you know how you did it?" Aideen snorted herself, tilting her head back before letting loose a chortle. "You really didn't. You must agree that I do have rather beautiful features though."
"Absolutely!" Sarah subconsciously reached up to wrap a lock of her ancestress's hair to better admire it. "It's like when the sun rises and parts of the sky is red."
"Thank you." Aideen waited until Sarah put her hand down. Then she sobered and asked, "What is it that you need help with? Reach down deep inside yourself, Sarah. Ask yourself why I'm here."
***
"I know this," Felicity responded to Damien, not unkindly. But in the back of her mind she felt a bit irritated. Why? She wasn't sure. Maybe it was the 'no offense' bit. "But she would want to fix this as soon as she wakes up. When she comes to I could give her a crash course before Jewel and Thea need to get home. As soon as everything is as it should I'll revamp her studies. I underestimated her." She put her hands on her hips, looking away from the group for a few brief moments. She thought that with the dragon and faerie parts that came from Foster Sarah wouldn't be as strong as a regular witch. But it seemed that she was wrong. That the Fates or Spirit or whatever gave her family its power saw something that she nor Sarah could see. Indeed, it took a dire situation to bring forth her power. After all, Laina being possessed by a demon was dire.
But what was it about Sarah that she was given such a gift?
"I usually use herbs when I do my duties as a healer. I've trained my nose to discern different scents. Weres' senses are heightened as it is, but compared to others' my sense of smell is better." Jewel heard herself say in Laina's voice matter-of-fact. She wasn't trying to be snooty or feel as if she was better than anyone. "Nate does have a particular scent about him that I love, though," Jewel continued, smiling.
Jewel only nodded, thinking. "You're right," she replied to Laina's soul within her body. "But it certainly doesn't hurt to try." Recently she brought up meditation, doing it sometimes only five minutes in a day and other days she did it for hours. Maybe she could help with that, imagining herself stitching wounds or something.
When it was brought up that Sarah might not wake up for a long time, Thea stood straight. "Why doesn't someone wake her up?"
"She needs time to recuperate," Jewel said, Laina's eyes looking up to Thea with a warning in them saying, 'don't try to piss people off'. "It's like a human having the flu and they feel tired all the time. Their body is trying to ward off the sickness without it being put in a worse situation."
"This is magic we're talking about, though, Ma." Thea narrowed her eyes at her mother in the queen's body. "She's not sick."
"No, she isn't," Felicity agreed, looking to the she-wolf with both hands still on her hips. "And we could try. I very much doubt that she'll be receptive to it, considering there was a lot of magick going through her body. A lot of energy was used. Energy she shouldn't have used. Hypothetically speaking, if she did regain enough of what she lost to come to, she might not even want to."

Damien frowned a little " I think we all did honestly, such a small vessel for the amount of magic. " He scratched his chin gently as he seemed to think about his first impression of her when he bought her. She had drastically changed in many ways. Though in esteem she seemed the same as any teen that was convinced she wasn't worth much, which he didn't think at all and he sure he knew his brother thought her worth was more then she did. This gave Damien a twinge of guilt for the reason in buying her, he shook that from his mind as he turned to hear the exchange of the switched pair.
Jewel {Laina's Soul} smiled hearing her speak about her mate back home and it the love she had for him through her words. She seemed to alight with happiness," Oh? That is interesting, to say the least. I would not have known this. I heard that they had all the same abilities, its an interesting subject I would like to know more on perhaps later. " When Thea mad the remark of just waking her Jewel {Laina's Soul} remained silent on the matter. She knew the reason why you did not wake someone who most likely drained their magical energy from altering and casting the spell at the same time. Not to mention was a novice in magic wielding, even her husband did not remark letting Jewel and felicity handle it.
Crevan straightened from looking at her turning to look to Thea and the group, " You will do no such thing regardless of whether she is able to or not. I saw the force that hit felicity knocking her back before she could react. " His eyes were slightly red as if he was ready to feed again. " If it had that much power to do so imagine what happened inside her body where the magic resides?" He moved from Sarah. " You may not see the damage but that doesn't mean there isn't any."
"Like for instance if I make you eat glass nothing on the outside would tell you that you are bleeding internally. Well, at least until you threw up blood" Jewel {Laina's Soul} made a sharp noise gathering his attention. " She meant nothing by it Crevan. They do not study magic. " His eyes faded back to their normal color as he seemed a little shocked that he had been the way he was. " Forgive my temper." He said looking as if he was confused as to what he had said to them, He would shake his head as if he had been hit in it before moving back to Sarah. He kneeled as if about to pray to close his eyes.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Larissa narrowed her eyes at her briefly before she straightened up as if stretching when she saw Hellenia stand she felt as if she would collapse knowing the flight of stairs they would have to climb. Because the under castle had other wardings not done by the throne, which barred from people having people teleport directly into the area. She wondered what was so special about this young woman, she didn't see anything really that could be considered even remotely special. Tempest looked to Larissa as if she knew what she was thinking which made the witch take a step back a little till the young woman looked around as if seeing better then she did after the great flash of light. Hellenia took the steps two at a time," Keep up Larissa. "
The witch was already over the woman telling her what to do. She was used to snapping her fingers and getting what she wanted, traveling like this and being treated like a slave was not something she enjoyed. " So, what you gonna do with miss precious?" Hellenia stopped making them both run into her. " You presume to ask me my business?" She did not even bother looking back. Larissa shoved the girl out of the way," Yes, you said she was the daughter of the general. Even if you were his mother do you think he will just stand by while you parade her around like your secondary toy?" Tempest blinked not understanding why they were arguing.
" She is not a toy. Nore is she a slave, her yoke unlike yours is to protect those around her. Merely to seal the power. " Larissa growled poking her in the chest. " You sealed it with death at the end of the spell. " Hellenia would blink staring at her. " And? Did you ever think there is no one strong enough to break my spell? So I could put what I wish at the end of it? " Larissa opened her mouth to speak but just closed it and started up the stairs ahead of Hellenia. She knew later after they reached the top she most likely would be punished for questioning her newfound Mistress. Tempest followed them keeping silent as she thought about how her life might be now that she was out of the void.

The glare Thea gave Crevan was filled with such venom, the tiny baby hairs on the back of her neck standing on edge. Thea didn't step one foot toward him, but Panos put his hand in front of her as if she were going to in a discreet manner.
Thea had ... grown, in a manner of speaking. When she was younger, shortly after her time spent in the Arena, she used to find reasons to get angry over, picking fights if someone so much as looked at her the wrong way. For a time after that, she did try to find ways to control her temper. Yet when Selena came back into her life, she found it difficult to find time, reverting back to her old days.
Now, she found it especially handy when it came to times like these that she no longer looked for fights. Her mother is in a situation where she needed Thea to be level-headed. And she will, even if it meant biting her tongue and swallowing her pride.
"Hopefully she'll wake up soon." Laina's shoulders drooped with Jewel's sigh. Jewel lifted Laina's hand and pressed the heel of the palm against her temple as if she was getting a headache. "But if not we'll have to made do with the situation." Jewel closed her eyes, scrunching her brows together and swallowing. There was an urge she felt that she had never felt before. Like she was hungry, but nothing sounded good.
Was this what vampires felt when the needed to feed?
"I suggest that we all go back into the castle and act as if everything is normal for now," Felicity said, watching Crevan kneel beside Sarah. The sight reminded her of an illustration she saw when she was younger. Aine had claimed it was the beginning of their clan. Or the end of the beginning, rather. The illustration depicted a pressumed-dead princess, her hands folded on her stomach as she laid on her bed with a morose knight kneeling beside her.
Felicity didn't buy that they were descended from a princess. Nonetheless it was a hauntingly beautiful image. "That way Prince Julian and Armel don't worry or cause any problems. Not that they would, I assume," Felicity said as an afterthought.
It was then that Sarah's eyes flew open, and she sat up quickly. Felicity stared wide-eyed, not believing what she saw. She didn't expect for Sarah to be up so soon. Could her magic have recuperated so quickly?
"Owww," Sarah moaned, lowering her head in her hands and digging her fingers in her scalp. "What happened?"

Crevan chose to ignore the feeling like a trained warrior to react to whoever may have the ill intent. He normally would have put his hand on his hilt, but seeing as he did not think any of them would attack him here he refrained from it. Jewel {Laina's Soul} let out a slow little sigh pinching the bridge of her nose. " Let us retire yes before others come looking for us. I know my witch will have a fit if he finds out. Technically our connection was lost when I transferred to you. "
She would stand up dust the bodies bottom off and shake her head. " He is probably searching the entire castle for me assuming I am dead." Damien chuckled loudly at hearing that." Good that witch oversteps his bounds every chance he gets." She shook her head. " He just thinks you neglect me and that he can do better." She said as she passed him which had him having his eyes narrow, he opened his mouth to say something but closed it. He felt guilty for her being sick all the time, so in turn, he accepted the thought.
" I know it's not true. " She said softly as the bodies hand gently caressed under his chin briefly before she walked towards Sarah. When Sarah nearly shot up she jumped holding the bodies chest as if the heart would leap out of it. Crevan looked to her," Careful. " He said gently touching her shoulder. " You used a fair amount of your essence." He did not know what they called it so he just used that as a place holder. He wanted to pick her up and hold her but he refrained from that. Jewel {Laina's Soul} would lean down looking at her with a smile." Well, I bet you feel like you drank all the blood wine in the cellar. "She said with a giggle. " How bad is the pain?" The body reached out touching her forehead as if to test the temp. Though instead when she whispered a spell it would sending healing from her head down. She would tilt her head a little fluttering her eyes lashes." Is that better?"
~*~*~*~*~*~*
It took a little while for them to make their way out of the under castle before coming up in the inner garden. A Large tree resembling the tree of life stood by a brook coming from a waterfall that seemed to be magically spelled. Hellenia would step out of her sandals letting her feet touch the grass her toes sinking in like it was carpet. Her face would tilt up she closed her eyes taking in the light that seemed to fill the room, its glow seemed to calm her nerves. She remembered coming here when she first adorned the throne, it used to make it so much easier to endure. Till the demon wanted more. Tempest moved into the large garden slowly, she was in awe of it. Her body felt a sudden relaxing feeling that seemed to slowly ebb the strain on her muscles, even Larissa couldn't help but close her eyes and let the pain melt away.
" Oh my god's, where has this been all my life." She let out a groan of relaxation.
Tempest walked barefoot in the grass moving towards the tree, she gently placed a hand on one of its great roots. " It was a gift from a being for my coronation. " Hellenia said in a soft voice all most like she was reminiscing that moment. " He said that it would help me through my troubled times, and generations after me." She said her eyes still closed as she took a deep breath through her nose as if enjoying the scent. Both the women seemed enthralled by the large tree. They stood with their eyes closed as if resting, Tempest was not in the least tired even as this place calmed her she thirsted for adventure. She waited a few moments watching them in silence, she would then move out of the large garden into the inner works of the castle.
Her hand would run along the wall slowly as she looked at the great portraits of the family. She stopped before one that was of what she assumed was her father, his features were strong and he was alone. She stood there only briefly before she walked on, seeing a few girls walking down the hall carrying towel and folded clothes. They would give her an odd look as they passed. She merely continued on passing a doorway that opened to prince Julians room, it opened just as she passed by. Adisa would be taken aback by a half-naked girl walking down the hall, " Oi?! Tart maid put some damned clothes on. This castle isn't your own damned paradise!" Tempest blinked looked around seeing no one but herself, turning to her she pointed at herself." Me?" Adisa chuckled moving out of the door slamming it shut a little hard. " Yes, you! Who else?!" Tempest again looked around before tilting her head. " I guess no one. " Adisa narrowed her eyes a little. " Are you drunk? Wait...You do not look familiar."

Sarah's head throbbed to the beat of her heart. Her body ached like she had been pounded by a giant hammer. Her ears rang with a sharp pitch that all the voices that she heard was more like background noise. She looked to her Master, his voice more of a low whisper to her than his usual timbre. "What?" she asked, looking at him and struggling to gain focus through her fingers.
When Jewel came to her side right by Crevan, she lowered her hands and squinted up at her. The light of the three moons were so bright that it made her head hurt even worse than it did. "Um..." she trailed off, feeling Jewel's hand go to her forehead. She closed her eyes again, more to ease the pain for herself. Then slowly, she felt the pain ebb away with the wave of magic she felt coming from Jewel until all she felt was hunger pains. Sarah opened her eyes again, taking a large breath in and then letting it out in a slow exhale. "Yes, thank you Lady Jewel." Then as an after thought, she scrunched her eyes together before saying, "But I thought that you didn't practice magic?"
"I don't," Queen Laina replied across the way, leaning a bit so that Sarah could see her between Jewel and Crevan. "That's Queen Laina in my body."
"...What?"
Felicity couldn't help but chuckle. It was the last thing that she should be doing. In reality, she should be making sure that Sarah was okay along with Crevan and Jewel. Yet she stood nearby, watching the exchange between the group. "You misread the spell."
"That really does not surprise me," Sarah retorted before scowling. "What did I do though?"
"You switched Jewel and Queen Laina's souls around. Now Queen Laina is in Jewel's body and vice versa," Felicity further explained, putting her hands on her hips and raised one brow.
"Haha, no." Sarah honestly thought that Felicity was playing a trick on her. But when she saw that Thea and Panos were standing on either side of Queen Laina with identical stoic faces and Queen Laina herself having an awkward smile on her face, her eyes grew wide. "Felicity, you said that if I messed up the spell nothing would happen!"
Felicity winced at Sarah's reaction, and watched as Sarah fumbled with Crevan's coat so that she could stand up. "I would be slow if you're trying to get up," Felicity advised softly. "You did use alot of energy in casting the spell."
Sarah stopped trying to get out of the coat, hands buried in the inner lining of it. She paused for a few moments, worrying her bottom lip out of habit but trying to ground herself by way of feeling the texture of the coat's material. Then she listened as Queen Laina's voice carried through the air to her, "It's true. You did switch our bodies. You're a lot stronger than you thought."
"What does that mean though?" Sarah asked, looking at each of the member of the group, eyes wide. "How can I fix it?"
"You can't fix it yet." Felicity met her daughter's golden eyes for a moment before sighing and looking away. "You depleted your magic so much so fast. It's not until you can actually be strong enough and learn to create and cast a spell that you can fix it."
Sarah groaned a little bit, a low sound in her throat that conveyed just how upset she was. Once again, she put her head in her hands - this time in despair - before looking up to Jewel - Queen Laina - the woman standing beside her and said, "I'm so sorry, Queen Laina. I didn't mean to, I promise."

Crevan watched her fumble through the realization at she had done, he was not surprised by the look of failure as she buried her face in her hands. He would remain silent thought, he was not going to coddle her. He knew that eventually, she would need to stand on her own if she was to survive any world out there. Jewel {Laina's Soul} watched Sarah's sad look as she spoke to her," Little one. You are no way shape or form ever to say sorry to me for this. "
The body took her hand and patted it gently," I could never be mad at you. You remind me so much of myself at that age. I bumbled through my studies early on too. I never knew I held such great power. " She giggled softly in jewels voice." I had to learn from many great failures to get to the stage of magic I am at right now. "
Jewel's {Laina's Soul} body shifted and she looked at her own. " I know you want to return rather quickly jewel. But do you think it would be alright if you stayed a while?" She said with a smile. " I can send a message to your mate if you are too worried?" Crevan would look to Sarah for a moment.
" Sarah, shall I move you into the guest chambers of the queen for you to rest?" He asked her thinking she might be too weak to walk, his face was stoic but his eyes were concerned. Everyone standing in the group seemed very concerned for her. Alister would quickly teleport to Sarah looking down at her," It seems danger follows you, Miss Sarah. Such adventures await you." He set a little lollipop that was shaped like a bunny on her lap. Crevan blinked thinking it was odd what he was giving her a piece of candy at a time like this.
~*~*~*~*~
Adisa's hand began to charge with a ball of energy, the small pentagram etched on the palm of her hand assisted in the cast of a whispered spell. " You are an intruder. I do not know you." Tempest again looked around again as if there was suppose to be someone else she was referring to. Adisa moved to throw the magic at her, but the figure appeared nearby Tempest holding her hand out as the blast came her way." clypeus!" (Shield!)
The figure moved like a nimble ninja as she rushed Adisa. " plena impediendum!" (Full Paralyze)Her palm hit her hard as the magic charged and was cast. Adisa flew across the room with a force that made the wall creak, the figure would quickly grab Tempest's arm pulling her out of sight around the corner. The door opened and the prince rushed out looking around, seeing Adisa on the floor motionless but her eyes wide. He rushed to her side looking around his nose twitching to catch a scent, he smelled a few scents he was familiar with. He didn't leave her side waiting to see if anyone was going to attack.
The figure held tempest close her hand over her mouth waiting to see what he was going to do. When he didn't chase she slowly let go and ushered her down the hall away from them, her hand never left Tempest's arm. Turn she made sure that Tempest was facing her," She could have killed you. Why was she attacking you?" Tempest could not keep her eyes locked on her eyes as she fidgeted nervously. " I was just walking and she came out of his room and called me a-a tart maid. Asked if I was drunk. Then she said she didn't recognize me. "
Hellenia let out a sigh before she gently let go of her arm, gently patting her arm hellenia would shake her head." You must be careful when traveling the halls. Some are overzealous when protecting their charge."

Sarah didn't ever expect to be coddled. She sure as hell didn't expect it now. But as Queen Laina - through Jewel's movements - patted her hand and assured her, she felt a lot better. A lot better as in, if she had been given these encouraging words when she first came here, she wouldn't have believed it. Her self esteem wasn't up to par, most definitely not. But she was slowly getting there.
The urge to cry was painful though, she couldn't help but think. Sarah was so moved, can't believing that Queen Laina actually felt that way about Sarah. But she held the urge back, tired of crying today. So she nodded to Queen Laina, a small hopeful smile on her face.
"That would be great, thank you, Queen Laina," Jewel replied, exhaustion in her own eyes. "I can send it with Thea in the morning."
"I'm not leaving you," Thea retorted, with an unamused chuckle.
"Thea," Jewel said, Laina's voice dropping down to a tone that implied that they would talk about that later.
Thea shut her mouth then, but not because she was considered obedient.
Sarah took a deep breath in, intending to settle her nerves. Then she swallowed and nodded to Crevan, knowing she couldn't walk without tripping or falling. When Alister all of a sudden popped out of nowhere, she jumped, and so did Felicity (who had been studiously watching Sarah interacting with the queen and the general).
Sarah only laughed at her own reaction, picking up the sucker and merely thanking Alister for "the sucker and his cryptic words." Yet those cryptic words will stay with Sarah for a long time.
